How We Work

We aim to explain prices, availability, inclusions, supplier conditions and the main change and cancellation rules before payment, and ask travelers to verify names, dates, travel documents and itinerary details. For products with changing prices or availability, the final price and availability are subject to written quotation or order confirmation.

Travel services may be fulfilled by cruise lines, airlines, hotels, destination management companies and other professional suppliers. Depending on the role we assume for a specific order, we communicate information, assist with bookings and handle customer service matters.

Service Principles

We aim to help customers arrange their trips in a clear, reliable, and practical way. If prices change, availability is limited, suppliers make adjustments, or issues arise during a trip, we will explain the facts, available options, and next steps.

We do not use marketing promises in place of order terms, nor do we withhold information that could affect travelers’ decisions. Contracts that have already been concluded and consumers’ statutory rights are not diminished by website promotions.
