Tasmania
Itinerary details
Travel south through downtown Hobart and board the ferry at the ferry terminal. After a 20-minute ferry ride, arrive at Bruny Island. Drive along the coastline, passing through forests, toward the famous North-South Line. This narrow path connects the southern and northern parts of Bruny Island like a thin thread, with the vast ocean stretching out on both sides. This is also a habitat where penguins return to nest. After lunch, visit an oyster farm on the island to taste the most delicious oysters in Tasmania (at your own expense). Sightsee at the lively Adventure Bay on Bruny Island and look for the unique white kangaroos found only on the island. Hidden in the island's mountain forests are small shops where you can eat cheese, taste seafood, or even have a glass of whisky.

Tasmania
Itinerary details
Port Arthur is a penal colony site from the colonial era, the largest prison in the Southern Hemisphere in the 19th century, and the best-preserved prison heritage site in Australia today. Port Arthur's human history and the beautiful scenery of the Tasman Peninsula make it one of Tasmania's most famous tourist hotspots. Every visitor to Tasmania makes a dedicated trip to Port Arthur (entrance fee not included). On the way to Port Arthur Prison, we will also visit the four major natural wonders of the Tasman Peninsula: Tasman Arch, Devils Kitchen, Tessellated Pavement and Blowhole. An optional 1.5-hour sea cruise is available, departing from the Port Arthur pier, offering magnificent cliffs, unique rock formations and wildlife. After the tour, the guide will take guests to the airport, concluding a pleasant trip in Tasmania. Flights departing after 8 PM can be picked up free of charge to Hobart Airport. It is recommended to book departure flights after 8 PM.

Group Travel Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our company's "Registration Instructions and Liability Details." The "Registration Instructions and Liability Details" are important matters notified by our company to outbound travel group members and, together with the company's "Overseas Travel Safety Instructions and Other Precautions," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret all content on this website.
(I) Registration Procedures and Notes
For registrations made through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation, and the group departure notice. After you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If group members violate the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences shall be borne by the group members themselves.
1. When registering, please first complete the registration order on the webpage. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from errors in personal registration information. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Since tour bus seats are limited, the company will give priority to boarding based on payment receipt. Ultimately, our company will arrange vehicles according to group size, ensuring one seat per person. Please arrange payment within the valid order period after verifying the information. Those who have not fully paid the tour fee by the deadline will be automatically treated as withdrawn from the group, and our company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must, provided the group is confirmed to depart, pay 100% of the group fee within the order holding period. Due to limited tour bus seats and hotel room allocations, and hotel bookings often having time restrictions, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment; otherwise, the company has the right to hold or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees incurred regardless of the payment method shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (bank counter transfer slip or screenshot of successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, finance cannot match the received payment to the order. If the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the group ends due to late payment, the company has the right to require the group member to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the group tour guide; if double payment is verified afterward, our company will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the travelers' payment, we will confirm their participation in the tour. Three days before departure, travelers will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, travelers may not receive the boarding notice three days before departure. If this happens, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-sex roommate matching. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements provided at registration, if there are single or odd-numbered guests registering (such as 3, 5, 7 persons, etc.), our company will match roommates according to the actual situation. If you do not agree to the roommate arrangement, you may choose to pay the additional single room supplement. In special circumstances, such as insufficient hotel rooms during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons that may cause changes in room types, group members must cooperate with our company's arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the group member's requirements due to an incorrectly entered gender or room type requirement at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on room availability on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and are assigned to share a room are arranged by our company, but the personality and behavior of group members are not related to our company. In case of any habit differences or disputes, our company and tour guide have no responsibility to mediate or intervene.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively request this at the time of registration/before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement." For early departure, a deduction of 30 euros is made for each night not stayed (or 50 euros per night if the member registered for a single room for the entire trip). If no hotel nights are skipped, no fee reduction applies. If a group member requests to leave the group midway through the tour, they must inform the tour guide proactively and sign the "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement"; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity and other matters during registration and in the itinerary, fill in relevant information accurately, and complete legal procedures. Any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the journey shall be borne by the group member. Tourists with special medical histories (such as those with serious illness, terminal illness or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Given tourists' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a booking.
6. Elderly persons over 70 years old who sign up for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and must complete a "Tour Participation Declaration". If no family member accompanies them but they insist on joining the tour, our company reserves the right to refuse them depending on the circumstances. Any and all consequences arising from a group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
7. If a participant is pregnant, they must truthfully declare this at the time of registration. In principle, pregnant women more than 24 weeks along are not recommended to join the tour; if they insist on signing up, they must be accompanied by a family member and complete a "Disclaimer", although our company reserves the right to refuse them depending on the circumstances. Pregnant women less than 24 weeks along who insist on signing up must be accompanied by a family member and complete a "Tour Participation Declaration", although our company reserves the right to refuse them depending on the circumstances. Any and all consequences arising from a group member's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. All consequences arising during the trip due to the minor group member's own reasons or the negligence of the accompanying person in supervision shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all participation information provided is accurate and correct, with personal identification information and contact phone numbers being particularly important. Any consequences caused by incorrect information provided by group members (for example: inability to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not complying with the entry tourism regulations of the relevant countries, or the tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact the participant due to an incorrect mobile phone number provided by the participant) shall be borne by the participant, including losses such as personal return fees, transportation costs, and travel expenses.
10. Registrants are kindly reminded not to book any flights or train/bus tickets related to the registered itinerary before the order is confirmed for the group. If a group member books flights or tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative and the registration ultimately fails, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. If a group member falls under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (except where otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other group members; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities for handling; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities that violate public morality; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other Party A members and failing to stop after being dissuaded; (5) other circumstances affecting the performance of the contract as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the group member in writing or by other means, and may refund the remaining balance to the group member after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

1. Included in the fee:
1) Deluxe air-conditioned tour bus or other transportation specified in the itinerary

The free roommate matching service does not apply to accommodations before or after the group tour.
(III) Group Member Obligations
1. Group members must not engage in any illegal activities during the trip.
2. Group members shall not infringe upon the interests of the country, society, or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others, when exercising their rights.
3. Abide by public order and respect social morality. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and respect and assist one another; respect local ethnic customs, habits, and local conditions; strictly refrain from carving or scribbling on scenery and buildings, and avoid uncivilized behavior such as spitting or littering.
4. Strive to master the knowledge needed for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. Group members may choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance on their own. During the trip, you should properly safeguard your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried with you or protected by other measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to local weather conditions and children's safety.
6. When group members voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism projects included in formal travel itineraries, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping and other tourism projects that may cause personal injury to group members, any other disputes, property losses or personal injuries arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member individually, and our company shall bear no liability.
(IV) Responsibility
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates as needed under specific circumstances.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or if there are changes beyond our company's control such as problems with the ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will refund all fees paid by group members in full or recommend a similar product as a replacement, and our company shall not be liable for any cancellation of the itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, civil disturbances, war, or other disasters beyond the company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as weather, transportation, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the company has the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also has the right to shorten or extend the trip, provided that group members are notified in advance. Any additional expenses or losses arising therefrom are not the company's responsibility, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since public security conditions vary across countries, please pay attention to personal and traffic safety, and properly safeguard your belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery or damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report to the police immediately. Our company assumes no legal liability;
5. Group members must carry valid passports with visa pages, residence permits and other documents at all times. If withdrawing from the group midway due to problems with documents or passports, the participant must bear the responsibility themselves, and remaining tour fees will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the member shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.
6. If an accident occurs to a group member during the itinerary (such as an accident while participating in recreational or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries resulting from personal activities, or the group member violating the terms and notices stated in our company's agreement) that leads to personal injury or death or property loss, the relevant liability and expenses shall be borne by the group member themselves; our company shall not be responsible for such injury, death, or property loss. If this causes losses to our company, the group member shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a group member intentionally fails to comply with the rules or interferes with the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel their participation qualification. Fees paid will not be refunded, and all actions of the group member after leaving the group are unrelated to this company.

Our company is not responsible for losses incurred by self-arranged itineraries due to group members failing to reserve sufficient spare time.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Notes
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring a student card.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children must occupy a seat regardless of age. As most tour buses do not have separate child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own. However, one child safety seat may only occupy one bus seat, and therefore it cannot be guaranteed that all self-provided safety seats are suitable for tour buses. Please take note.
II. Safety Instructions
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to carry rain gear and a warmer jacket with you.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe; FH GLOBAL, S.L. is not responsible for any loss, theft or similar incidents.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification, so that it can be returned easily if the luggage is lost and found. If luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot be recovered in the end, keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or insurance company (if insurance has been purchased).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans are used to simple breakfasts. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. All hotels arranged by our company include a buffet breakfast.
2. Carry bottled water, dry snacks and other food with you in case of need, especially for the elderly and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat unhygienic food or food that is spoiled or has an odor.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or beverages offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in climate or water during travel, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records for emergencies. Never casually take medicines provided by others.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Group members who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any and all liability arising from drunken behavior causing disturbances, disrupting social order, infringing on others, or causing financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible for the incident.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and there are very few hotels in the city center, which are limited in scale and have older facilities. They are not comparable in standard to similar hotels in China.
② Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided in European hotels. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, historical buildings, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air-conditioning equipment.
⑤ Italian hotels are relatively old. Blankets are generally kept in the wardrobe in the room. If you cannot find one, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ If needed, guests should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double rooms usually have one large bed made up as two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed configuration is also common in most parts of Europe.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hot drinking water is not provided in hotel rooms in Europe.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Since breakfast hours differ among European hotels, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early according to the hotel's notice time, so as to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Hotel dining in Europe differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, with only bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not very lavish either. Both the quantity and quality are noticeably below domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety reminders:
① Please keep valuables safe and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep travel documents and belongings properly safe, and carry a set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for replacement in case of loss. VIAJES FH is not responsible for any loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in the hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, please review the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and familiarize yourself with the hotel's emergency exits, emergency staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers where you are staying or which room you are in. Do not let strangers, or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff, enter your room casually. When leaving your room, lock the door, check before sleeping that the door and windows are closed and the safety lock is engaged, and keep valuables close to you rather than near windows or other exposed places.
⑤ When group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the tour guide and pick up a hotel business card at the front desk. The card shows the hotel's address and phone number, so if you get lost, you can show the address on the card to ask for help.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour group members must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coach will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be provided.
② The pick-up and drop-off times indicated on the webpage are estimated times. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by VIAJES FH. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, VIAJES FH will notify you promptly. Please be patient and wait.)
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size coaches, midi coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Full-size coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively smaller luggage space. Because bus luggage space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible when traveling. VIAJES FH will arrange vehicles according to the final group size and guarantee one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at the attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located far from the sights, and drivers are not allowed to park at will. Violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Bus safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not casually handle any items on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.

⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, meals, or shopping, please make sure to close the tour bus windows and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
