Itinerary details
Travel south through downtown Hobart and arrive at the ferry terminal to take the ferry. After 20 minutes, you arrive at Bruny Island. Drive along the coastline, winding through the forest to the famous North-South Line, a narrow path that connects the southern and northern parts of Bruny Island like a thin thread, with the boundless sea on both sides. This is also the habitat where penguins return to their nests. After lunch, visit the oyster farm on the island to taste the most delicious oysters in Tasmania (at your own expense). Tour the bustling Adventure Bay on Bruny Island to look for the white kangaroos unique to Bruny Island. Hidden among the mountain forests of the island are small shops where you can eat cheese, taste seafood, and even have a glass of whisky.

Travelers joining the 3-6 day tour: the specific itinerary times and order may be adjusted, but the content remains unchanged; the tour guide's explanation upon arrival shall prevail;
Flights arriving on the first day must arrive by 9:00 a.m. or earlier. Guests arriving before 9:00 a.m. should wait at the airport after disembarking for the tour guide, who will pick them up at the airport between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. If guests cannot arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., please contact OP when registering for the tour to confirm whether an adjustment can be made so that you can join the group normally;
Return flights must be booked to depart after 20:00. If a flight after 20:00 cannot be booked, please contact the OP when registering for the tour to confirm whether the schedule can be adjusted and you can still join the tour normally;
Wineglass Bay is part of Freycinet National Park, and the tour fee includes the entrance ticket to this national park. Once visitors enter the national park area, a fee is incurred. Therefore, even if natural causes such as bushfires or heavy rain prevent visitors from touring Wineglass Bay normally, the portion of the entrance ticket will not be refunded.
If the guest departs from Launceston Airport on the last day, even if the flight is after 8 PM, the guide must return to Hobart the same day, so the guest will need to be dropped off at Launceston Airport at around 4 PM.
About hotels: 4-star hotels. We usually use Best Western, Quest Savoy, and Travelodge Hobart. Other optional 4-star hotels are Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wrest Point, and Old Woolstore. These three hotels carry an additional surcharge; please confirm the specific price with customer service when booking. Group Booking Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's Registration Notice and Liability Terms. This company's Registration Notice and Liability Terms are important matters notified to outbound tour group members, and together with this company's Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of the content of this website.
(1) Registration procedures and precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage, in the order confirmation, and in the tour notification. Once you submit your order, our company considers that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by that group member.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the web page. Carefully fill in and verify all information entered, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by individuals. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Since tourist bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Ultimately, our company will arrange vehicles according to group size to ensure one seat per person. Please arrange payment within the valid order period after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full group fee by the deadline will be treated as automatically withdrawing from the group, and the company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must, provided the group departure is confirmed, pay 100% of the group fee within the order holding period. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time restrictions, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment. Otherwise, VIAJES FH reserves the right to hold or cancel such orders as appropriate without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees incurred regardless of payment method are borne by the payer. After payment, please send the proof of payment (bank counter remittance slip or screenshot of successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, finance cannot match the received payment to the order. If the group fee has not arrived 2 days before the group ends due to late payment, VIAJES FH has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the group guide, and if verified afterward as a double payment, our company will immediately refund the overpayment.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the group member's payment, we will confirm the member's participation in the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, group members may not receive the departure notice three days before departure. If this happens, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-sex roommate matching. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements provided by group members at registration, if a solo or odd-numbered guest registers (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), our company will match roommates according to actual circumstances. If a guest does not accept the roommate arrangement, they may choose to pay the additional single room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak tourist season when some hotels have insufficient rooms or other uncontrollable reasons may cause changes in room types, group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the participant's requirements due to incorrect gender or room type information entered at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the availability of rooms on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and are sharing a room as arranged by our company are responsible for their own personality and behavior, which are unrelated to our company. Should any differences in habits or disputes arise, our company and the guide bear no responsibility for mediation or intervention.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively raise this at the time of registration/before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement." For early departure, a deduction of 30 euros per unused night will apply (or 50 euros per unused night for a full-tour single room booking). If no hotel nights are unused, no tour fee reduction will be granted. If a group member requests to leave the group midway through the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement"; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding health, identity and other matters during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant materials honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Tourists with special medical histories (for example, those suffering from serious illness, terminal illness or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. In view of tourists' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept them.
6. Travelers aged 70 and above who sign up for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and must complete the Travel Declaration; if a traveler without a family member accompanying them insists on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate. All consequences caused by a traveler's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
7. If a traveler is pregnant, they must truthfully disclose this at the time of registration; pregnant travelers whose pregnancy exceeds 24 weeks are generally not recommended to join the tour. If they insist on signing up, they must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Disclaimer, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate; for pregnancies under 24 weeks where the traveler insists on signing up, they must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Travel Declaration, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance as appropriate. All consequences caused by a traveler's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. All consequences arising during the trip from the minor member's own causes or from the accompanying person's negligence in supervision shall be borne by the member.
9. Members must confirm that all participation information provided is accurate and correct, with personal identification information and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by members (for example, inability to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not complying with the entry tourism regulations of the relevant country; or inability of guides and other relevant staff to contact participants due to an incorrect mobile phone number provided by the participant) shall be borne by the participant, including personal return fees, transportation costs, travel expenses and other losses incurred.
10. Registrants are strictly advised not to book any flights or train or bus tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for the tour. If a group member books flights or transport tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative and the registration ultimately fails, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. If a group member falls under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (except where otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other group members; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities for handling; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities that violate public morality; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other Party A members and failing to stop after being dissuaded; (5) other circumstances affecting contract performance as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the group member in writing or by other means, and may refund the remaining balance to the group member after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

The free roommate matching service does not apply to accommodation before or after the tour.
(3) Obligations of group members
1. Group members must not engage in any illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the country, society, or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Abide by public order and respect social morals. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and show mutual respect and cooperation among fellow group members; respect local ethnic customs, habits, and local conditions; strictly refrain from carving or scribbling on scenic spots and buildings, and do not spit or litter or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Strive to master the knowledge required for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. Group members may independently choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, you should properly keep your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried with you or protected by other measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to local weather conditions and be mindful of children's safety.
6. When travelers voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism activities included in a regular tour itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, and other tourism activities that may cause personal injury, any resulting disputes, property losses, or personal injuries shall be borne by the individual traveler, and our company bears no responsibility.
(4) Liability
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates according to specific circumstances.
2. In case of insufficient participants, or changes beyond our company's control such as problems with ships or flights, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will refund in full all fees paid by members or recommend a similar product as a replacement. Our company bears no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond the Company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as weather, traffic, strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances, the Company has the right to cancel or replace any tourism item before departure or after departure, and also has the right to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify group members in advance. Any additional expenses or losses incurred are unrelated to the Company, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since security conditions vary from country to country, please pay attention to personal and traffic safety, and properly keep your belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery or other damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report it to the police immediately. Our company does not assume any legal liability.
5. Group members must carry valid passports with visa pages, residence permits and other documents at all times. If early withdrawal from the group results from problems with documents or passports, the participant shall bear the consequences themselves, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the group member shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
6. If an accident occurs during the itinerary (such as an accident while participating in recreational or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries resulting from personal activities, or a traveler violating the regulations and notices stated in our company's terms), causing personal injury, death, or property loss, the relevant responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the traveler themselves; our company shall not be liable for such injuries, deaths, or property losses; if this causes losses to our company, the traveler shall be liable for compensation.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to comply with the rules or interferes with the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel that member's participation qualification. Fees paid will not be refunded, and all actions of that member after leaving the group are unrelated to this company.

(5) Safety notes for overseas travel and other precautions
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring a student card.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children must occupy a seat regardless of age. Since most tour buses do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own. However, each child safety seat may occupy only one bus seat, and therefore it cannot be guaranteed that all child safety seats brought by passengers will be suitable for tour buses. Please take note.
II. Safety Notice
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to carry rain gear and a thicker jacket with you.
2. Please keep your personal belongings and luggage safe; our company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or other incidents.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification, and to facilitate its return if the luggage is lost and later found. If luggage is lost, you should promptly notify the relevant institutions (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and report it to the police. If the luggage cannot ultimately be recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant institutions or insurance company (if insurance has been purchased).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans are accustomed to simple breakfasts. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Hotels arranged by our company all include a buffet breakfast.
2. Carry bottled water, dry food, and other snacks with you for emergencies, especially for elderly people and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat food that is unhygienic, has an odd smell, or has spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or beverages offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in climate and water during the trip, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records in case of need. Never take medications provided by others at will.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Travelers who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any responsibility arising from excessive drinking, causing disturbances, disrupting social order, infringing on others, or causing financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited, and their scale is modest. Facilities are relatively old, and they do not match the standard of comparable hotels in China.
② Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided at European hotels. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, please report immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, historic buildings, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air-conditioning.
⑤ Hotel buildings in Italy are relatively old. Blankets are generally kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double rooms usually have one large bed with two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is common in most of Europe.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hotel rooms in Europe do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Breakfast times vary among hotels across Europe. Please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early, as instructed by the hotel, to avoid arriving late due to personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Hotel dining in Europe differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not particularly lavish. There is a considerable gap in quantity and quality compared with domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please keep valuables in a safe place yourself and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards so you have proof for replacement in case of loss. The company is not responsible for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and learn the hotel's emergency exits, the locations of emergency stairs, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers where you are staying or your room number. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room freely. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave the room, check before sleeping that the door and windows are closed and the deadbolt is engaged, and keep valuables close to you rather than near windows or other exposed places.
⑤ If group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the accompanying tour guide and collect a hotel business card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel address and phone number, which can be shown to others for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour bus will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and fees will not be refunded.
② The pick-up and drop-off times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or the time or location is temporarily changed, our company will notify you promptly. Please be patient.)
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size coaches, midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses. Full-size coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively less luggage space. Given the limited luggage space on buses, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located far from the sites, and drivers are not allowed to park randomly; violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Bus safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not casually handle any items in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, follow your tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure to close the bus windows and carry your valuables with you; the travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥ Because the journey is very long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, if a bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will quickly take remedial measures. Group members are kindly requested to cooperate actively.
III. Other Notes and Precautions
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry your relevant documents and valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, you should follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for safety reasons.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health condition and abilities, and comply with the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening safety belts, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. Group members are kindly requested to avoid participating in these activities during free time on the tour as much as possible. If a group member insists on participating, they must bear the risks themselves.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around freely and not feeding animals within the wildlife park.
7. When traveling in areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
