Itinerary details
Join this wonderful journey and explore the stunning scenery of Europe's most famous mountains! You will spend an unforgettable day in the Dolomites valleys, immersed in the perfect blend of natural wonders and human history. Departing from Lake Garda, we head to the Dolomites. Along the way there will be a brief stop at a rest area for restroom use and coffee purchases (about 15 minutes). 10:00 A short stop near Soraga Lake to enjoy the magnificent views and take photos. We will pass through Moena or Cavalese to experience the culture of northern Italy. These typical mountain towns are beloved by skiing enthusiasts, and many shops sell local specialty products. 12:00 Take the bus to the 2,240-meter-high [Pordoi Pass], an excellent spot to view the Dolomites' three major peaks: Marmolada, Sella and Catinaccio. You may enjoy lunch and take photos freely here, or for an additional 28 euros take the cable car to the summit to take in the magnificent panorama of the Dolomite mountains. (Stay at Pordoi Pass until 14:30.) 15:45 Visit the mountain town of [Ortisei], world-famous for its wood carving craftsmanship. This mountain town, well known to skiing enthusiasts, boasts exquisite wooden buildings, churches and shops, and is an ideal place to buy distinctive Dolomites souvenirs. Return from Ortisei, arriving back at the pickup point between 18:30 and 19:30 (exact time depends on the departure point). Duration: 11 hours *The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only.

【Note】:
If a group member cannot join the tour on schedule due to special circumstances, the member may reschedule for a future trip, with rescheduling terms subject to the conditions described above.
If a group member suddenly withdraws mid-trip or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals or sightseeing), the member must personally complete and sign the "Mid-Trip Withdrawal Statement" provided by our company, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
The above matters must be based on written notice; otherwise they shall be deemed automatically waived, and the Company shall bear no liability.
Travel Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's "Registration Notes and Liability Details," which is an important notice from our company to outbound tour group members and forms part of the travel contract together with this company's "Safety Notes and Other Precautions for Overseas Travel." Our company reserves all rights of interpretation of the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Notes
For registrations made through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company's web pages, order confirmation and group departure notice. After you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If group members violate any rules already mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the group members themselves.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the website. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. Our company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by the individual. After successful submission, our company will send you an order confirmation. Since tour bus seats are limited, our company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Please arrange payment within the valid order period after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically treated as withdrawn from the tour, and our company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before the tour departure date. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment. Otherwise, VIAJES FH reserves the right, depending on the specific circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees arising from payment methods are borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the bank counter transfer receipt or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the received payment to the order. If the tour fee has still not been received 2 days before the end of the tour due to late payment, VIAJES FH has the right to require the member to deposit the corresponding tour fee in cash with the tour guide. If, after verification, a double payment is found, our company will immediately refund the overpaid amount.
3. After the Company confirms receipt of the group member's payment, we will confirm the group member's participation. Three days before departure, group members will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup/drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, group members may not receive the boarding notice three days before departure; if this happens, please proactively contact relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company will by default arrange hotel room types according to the requirements group members provided at registration. In special circumstances, such as during peak tourist season when some hotels have insufficient rooms or due to other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not match a participant's requirements because the participant entered an incorrect gender or room type request at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the remaining rooms available on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively request this at the time of registration/before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-tour Withdrawal Statement." For early departure, a deduction of 16 euros per unused hotel night applies (or 30 euros per night for those who registered for a single room throughout); if no hotel nights are unused, no tour fee reduction will be granted. If a group member requests to withdraw midway through the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the "Mid-tour Withdrawal Statement," and fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity and other matters during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant information honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the journey shall be borne by the group member. Tourists with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illness, terminal illness or infectious disease) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Given tourists' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a booking.
6. Elderly travelers over 70 years old who sign up for the tour must be accompanied by one family member and fill out a 《Tour Participation Declaration》. If a traveler without a family member insists on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Any consequences caused by the traveler's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
7. If a participant is pregnant, they must state so truthfully at the time of registration. Pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are generally not recommended to join the tour. Those who insist on signing up must be accompanied by one family member and fill out a 《Disclaimer》, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on signing up must be accompanied by one family member and fill out a 《Tour Participation Declaration》, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Any consequences caused by the traveler's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. Any and all consequences arising during the trip due to the minor member's own reasons or the accompanying person's negligence in supervision shall be borne by the member.
9. Members must confirm that all group registration information provided is accurate and correct, with personal identification information and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by members (such as being unable to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not meeting the entry tourism regulations of the relevant country, or the tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact the member because of an incorrect mobile phone number provided by the member) shall be borne by the member, including personal return expenses, transportation fees, travel costs, and other losses.
10. Travelers are advised not to book any flights or train/bus tickets related to the itinerary before the order is confirmed. If a traveler books flights or transportation tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative and the registration is ultimately unsuccessful, all losses shall be borne by the traveler.
(2) Tour Fees
1. Cost includes:
1) Deluxe air-conditioned coach or other transportation specified in the itinerary.
2) Accompanied throughout by an experienced Chinese tour leader who guides sightseeing.
2. Fees not included:
1) Driver, tour guide and all tipping fees.
2) Meal expenses for all meals during the itinerary.
3) Expenses incurred during free time.
4) Admission tickets, boat tickets and bridge toll fees for optional paid tour items listed in the itinerary.
5) Personal expenses incurred by group members during the trip, such as non-complimentary meals on transportation, excess baggage fees; laundry, telephone, telegram, beverage and alcohol charges during accommodation; hotel charges for extended stays; personal medical expenses for injury or illness, costs and rewards for recovering lost personal belongings, etc.
6) Fees for various medical insurance, personal accident insurance and baggage insurance.
7) Additional expenses caused by force majeure factors such as weather, traffic delays, strikes, vehicle failures, personal issues, and circumstances beyond the control of our company.
8) All expenses after leaving the group.
9) Other items not included in the "Fee Includes" above.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation for other fees not listed in the above clauses.
(3) Member Obligations
1. Tour members must not engage in any illegal activities during the trip.
2. Tour members, when exercising their rights, must not harm the interests of the state, society, or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social morality. Group members should respect the dignity of tour service staff, respect and assist one another among group members; respect local ethnic customs, habits and local conditions; strictly refrain from carving or scribbling on scenic spots and buildings, and do not spit or litter or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn the knowledge needed for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. Group members may independently choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, you should properly safeguard your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried on your person or protected by other measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to local weather conditions and watch over children's safety.
6. When travelers voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism projects included in the itinerary of a regular tour, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, and other tourism projects that may cause personal injury to travelers, any other disputes, property losses, or personal injuries arising therefrom shall be borne by the traveler individually, and our company shall not be liable.
(4) Responsibilities
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates according to specific circumstances.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or if changes occur that are beyond our company's control, such as problems with vessels or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will fully refund the fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company bears no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, civil disturbances, war, or other disaster events beyond the Company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unexpected situations such as weather, transportation, or strikes, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also reserves the right to shorten or extend the itinerary, provided that group members are notified in advance. Any additional expenses or losses arising therefrom are unrelated to the Company, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since public security conditions vary from country to country, group members should pay attention to personal and traffic safety and properly safeguard their belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery or other damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report it to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry valid passports and identification documents at all times. Any mid-tour withdrawal resulting from problems with identification documents or passports shall be borne by the participant, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the group member shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
6. If a traveler encounters an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while participating in entertainment or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries resulting from personal activities, or the traveler violating the terms and notices stated in our company's agreement), resulting in personal injury or death or property loss, the relevant liability and expenses shall be borne by the traveler themselves; our company shall not be responsible for such injuries, deaths, or property losses; if such matters cause losses to our company, the traveler shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a group member intentionally fails to comply with the rules or disrupts the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel that member's participation qualification, and the fees paid will not be refunded. The company bears no responsibility for any actions of the member after leaving the group.
8. The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holidays or events, riots, or strikes. We apologize for any inconvenience. If members have subsequent travel arrangements requiring other means of transportation to other cities, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. The company is not responsible for losses incurred by members who arrange their own itineraries due to insufficient spare time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's "Safety Notes and Other Precautions for Outbound Travel," which is an important notice from our company to outbound tour group members and forms part of the travel contract together with this company's "Registration Notes and Liability Details."
1. Friendly Reminders
1. Most attractions in Europe offer discounts for students. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, the plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children, regardless of age, must occupy a seat. Since most tour buses do not provide separate child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own, but each child safety seat may only occupy one bus seat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all self-provided safety seats will be suitable for tour buses. Please take note.
2. Safety Notes
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to carry rain gear and a thicker jacket with you.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. VIAJES FH is not responsible for any loss, theft, or similar incidents.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification, and to facilitate return if lost luggage is found. If luggage is lost, promptly notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and report to the police. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or insurance company (if insurance was purchased).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help members who need it arrange Chinese group meals. If the number of diners is insufficient for a group meal, or if a Chinese meal cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (such as small towns without Chinese restaurants), the tour guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals from supermarkets or accommodation hotels. If the meals arranged according to the itinerary cannot meet the requirements of all members, we apologize for any inconvenience. It is recommended that members carry mineral water and dry food with them for emergencies.
2. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor environmental hygiene, choose cooked food and packaged beverages.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort from changes in climate and water during the journey, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records for emergencies. Never casually take medicines provided by others.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Group members who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any responsibility arising from drunken disorderly conduct, disruption of public order, infringement on others, or financial losses caused to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited, the hotels are generally small, their facilities are relatively old, and they are not comparable to similar hotels in China.
② Hotels in Europe do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, kettles or other daily necessities. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ In the event of trade fairs or other large-scale events, the Company reserves the right to choose the hotel star rating.
④ If you book with the Company a hotel in a city that is not an overnight city in the itinerary, the Company reserves the right to choose the hotel star rating.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hotel rooms in Europe do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel dining differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more abundant, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not very lavish, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from domestic standards.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of a double bed plus a single bed, and only two adults with one child under 14 years old are allowed.
② For general individual travelers, our company arranges room sharing (twin beds). If there is an unmatched single male or single female, we will try to arrange sharing with other same-sex group members or add a bed; if a couple needs to stay in separate rooms when necessary, please cooperate. Guests who end up with a natural single room when rooms are finally assigned must pay the single supplement in advance. Our company will try its best to arrange room sharing for you; if a group member finds a roommate before departure, the single supplement will be fully refunded.
4. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please keep valuables in a safe place and do not leave them in hotel rooms. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for reissuance in case of loss.
② Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. Our company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, please familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and learn the location of the emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
⑤ Please check whether the amenities provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, please report immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not disclose the hotel or room where you are staying to strangers. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the room door when entering or leaving, check that the door and windows are closed and the deadbolt is locked before sleeping, and keep your belongings close to you, preferably not near windows or other exposed places.
⑦ If group members need to go out while staying at the hotel, they should inform the tour guide and obtain a hotel room card from the hotel front desk. The card shows the hotel address and phone number, which you can show to others for help if you get lost.

1. Boarding and alighting:
① All group members must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and location or fail to join midway will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times stated on the website are estimated times. The specific pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the time or location is temporarily changed, our company will notify you promptly. Please be patient.)
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size coaches, midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses. Full-size coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively smaller luggage space. Given the limited luggage space on buses, it is recommended that you avoid bringing too much luggage whenever possible.
④ To avoid overcrowding in front of attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located some distance from the sites. Drivers are not allowed to park randomly, and violators will be subject to heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points may be some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Safety tips for riding the bus:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
② Do not carry prohibited items.
③ Do not tinker with any items in the vehicle at will, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, please follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure the tour bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥ Due to the long travel time, the vehicles carry heavy loads along the way. If a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures. Please cooperate actively with the tour group.
3. Other Notes and Precautions
1. Please abide by the local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health condition and abilities, and comply with the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seat belt, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. Group members are kindly requested to avoid participating in these activities as much as possible during free time on the tour. If a group member insists on participating, they must bear the risks themselves.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around freely and not feeding animals in wildlife parks.
7. When touring in areas with poor public order, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
