Important Information for Tour Participants
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability.” This document contains important information for members of our outbound tour groups and, together with our “Safety Information and Other Important Notices for Overseas Travel,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve the right to interpret all content on this website.
(1) Booking Process and Important Information
If you book through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour notification before booking. Once you submit your order, we will consider this confirmation that you fully agree to our published terms. Guests are responsible for all consequences resulting from any breach of the rules set out in these terms.
1. To register, please first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully fill in and verify all details, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact information, required room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by errors in the information you provide. After your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize tour allocations according to when payment is received. We will assign vehicles based on the size of the group, ensuring one seat per person. Once you have verified that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be treated as automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Provided the group departure has been confirmed, group members must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order-hold period. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, group members booking within five business days before departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred in paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number in the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, our agency reserves the right to ask the group member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is subsequently verified that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the overpayment.
3. We will confirm your tour booking after receiving your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It will include information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. We arrange room sharing by default with guests of the same gender. When arranging hotel rooms according to guests’ requests at the time of booking, if a booking includes a single guest or an odd number of guests (such as 3, 5, or 7), we will arrange room sharing as appropriate. If you do not wish to share a room, you may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or for other uncontrollable reasons, room arrangements may change, and guests must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on the day of check-in do not meet a guest’s requirements because they entered their gender or room preferences incorrectly when booking, our company will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
Note: Although room-sharing arrangements for guests who do not know each other are made by our company, we are not responsible for the roommates' personalities or behavior. If differences in habits or any disputes arise, our company and the guide are not responsible for mediating or getting involved.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the group partway through the trip due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €30 will be deducted (or €50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire trip). No reduction in the tour price will be made if no hotel night is missed. If a tour member requests to leave the group partway through the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Tour members must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Tour members are responsible for any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over who sign up for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Tour Participation Statement. If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
7. Pregnant participants must disclose this fact when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Disclaimer, although our company reserves the right to refuse their participation depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete the Participant Declaration, although our company reserves the right to refuse their participation depending on the circumstances. Participants shall be solely responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their guardianship responsibilities and is responsible for the minor’s safety. The tour member is responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or from the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour members are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements for tourists; or a tour member providing an incorrect mobile phone number, making it impossible for the guide and other relevant staff to contact them). Any resulting personal return costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, or other losses must be borne by the tour member.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the trip before their tour booking is confirmed. If applicants choose to book flights or other tickets related to the trip but are ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses themselves.
11. If any of the following circumstances apply to a tour member, the travel agency may terminate the contract (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) The member has an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) The member carries items that endanger public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) The member engages in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) The member engages in activities that seriously infringe on the rights and interests of other Party A members, and refuses to heed warnings or cannot be stopped; (5) Other circumstances prescribed by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract due to any of the above circumstances, it must notify the tour member in writing or by other means, and may deduct necessary expenses at its discretion before refunding the balance to the member.

2) For a solo traveler booking a “Premium Chinese Small Group Tour,” we can accept travelers who are willing to share a room. The solo traveler must first pay the single-room supplement. If another traveler later agrees to share the room, the supplement paid in advance will be refunded;
3) Room sharing is not offered on some itineraries. If an odd number of people sign up for one of these itineraries, they can only join by paying the single-room rate, for example, on tours in the United States, Canada, Kenya, or Egypt [Note: Customer service will notify you separately about itineraries where room sharing is unavailable].
(3) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and cooperation toward other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and must not carve or write on landmarks or buildings, spit in public, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. We recommend that each tour member choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance independently. During the trip, tour members should take good care of their luggage and belongings, keep valuables with them, or take other protective measures. Unless a tour member specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the tour member has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from the customer’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Vehicles, recreational activities, and other such services include the corresponding insurance required by local law; this insurance is not covered by overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local climate and keep children safe.
6. If a tour member voluntarily participates in a hazardous activity included in the regular itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the tour member shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(4) Responsibilities
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions, and departure dates as necessary based on specific circumstances.
2. If there are not enough participants, or if changes occur beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the trip is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a similar alternative product. We shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond the Company’s control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions or strikes, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before departure or after the tour has begun, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided that group members are notified in advance. The Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses arising as a result, and group members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and safeguard their belongings and luggage. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip as a result of loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. All tour members must carry a valid passport and visa page, residence permit, and other required documents at all times. If a member has to leave the tour midway because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for the consequences, and no refund will be given for the remaining tour fees. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, the member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member suffers an accident during the trip (such as an accident while participating in entertainment or games, or illness, death, a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or a breach of the provisions and notices stated in our company’s terms), resulting in personal injury or property loss, the tour member shall bear all related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no liability for such injury or property loss. The tour member shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our company’s tour leader has the right to cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company will not be responsible for anything the member does after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure circumstances, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour members have onward travel arrangements requiring other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays or disruptions to the itinerary. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from tour members’ independently arranged travel plans when they have not allowed sufficient extra time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information
I. Helpful Information
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the necessary plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years of age may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please be sure to carry rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, retain the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans typically eat a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The hotels we arrange all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Carry bottled water and snacks with you in case you need them, especially if you are elderly or traveling with children.
3. Do not drink unclean water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or is spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from unfamiliar food or climate during your trip, bring any medicines you commonly use. Travelers with chronic illnesses should bring their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without permission.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Tour members who wish to drink must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. The individual responsible shall bear all liability for any drunken disturbance, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights, or financial loss caused to a third party.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, so centrally located hotels are very limited in number and size. Their facilities may be older and not up to the standard of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own everyday toiletries.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it to the hotel staff or tour guide immediately.
④For various reasons, such as environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤Hotels in Italy are often housed in old buildings and generally provide blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room’s closet; if there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥If needed, guests should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ A German double bed is usually one large bed with two sets of bedding. Whether travelers need one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is common in most parts of Europe.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food and avoid waste. Do not take food away.
③ Breakfast hours vary among European hotels. Be sure to arrive at the restaurant early enough to eat within the time specified by the hotel, so that you do not arrive too late and find there is not enough food due to personal circumstances.
④Hotel dining differs somewhat from dining in China. Breakfast is usually simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are not always plentiful, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from what you may be used to at home.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please take good care of your valuables and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case you need them to arrange replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fine resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with the hotel’s safety instructions. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located, and familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is fastened. Keep your belongings close to you; do not leave them near the windows or on the floor.
⑤If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, please inform the tour guide and get a hotel business card from the front desk. It shows the hotel’s address and phone number; if you get lost, you can use the address on the card to ask for help.
Line
1. Pick-up and drop-off:
① All tour participants must assemble on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. If you do not assemble and depart at the agreed time and place, and are unable to join the tour en route, you will be deemed to have forfeited your participation, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up point on time, or if the schedule changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, medium-sized coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while medium-sized coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As coach luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid excessive crowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are far from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish. Violations can result in heavy fines. Sometimes the drop-off and pick-up points are some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with anything on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow the tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure the coach windows are closed and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥The journey is long, and the vehicle is under considerable strain. If the coach breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group, for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, you must assess your personal health and capabilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or specified clothing. We strongly advise tour members to avoid taking part in these activities during free time on the trip. If a tour member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings. For example, do not walk around or feed the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public safety, take extra precautions and avoid going out alone.
