Fjord Village - Fjærland (Bøyabreen Glacier + Glacier Museum) - Ålesund - Fjord Village
Itinerary details
After breakfast, visit Bøyabreen Glacier, a branch of Jostedalsbreen, one of the largest glaciers on mainland Europe. It hangs on a steep mountainside, with its highest point at 1,700 meters and a 1,400-meter elevation difference between the highest and lowest points. Snow and ice that remain frozen year-round are compressed by gravity, forming a river-like landscape of blue ice crystals. Then visit the nearby Glacier Museum. The museum is entirely gray, and its design carefully considers the terrain, landscape and seasons, incorporating elements such as Nordic light, gray stone and lush forests to harmonize reality and imagination and create a classic work of its time. Continue to Ålesund, which is situated on three islands in Norway’s Møre og Romsdal county and serves as the gateway to Geirangerfjord. Explore the coastal town of Ålesund and overnight at a hotel in a fjord town.

Day 9
Reykjavik - Golden Circle - Kerið Crater Lake - Southern Town
Itinerary details
Depart from the hotel in the morning and set out for one of Iceland’s most popular sightseeing routes, the Golden Circle. The first stop is Þingvellir National Park, Iceland’s largest national park and its only UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 930 AD, the first Viking settlers in Iceland established the world’s first democratic parliament at Þingvellir. Located on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Þingvellir straddles the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates and is of great geological significance. The next two stops are the Geysir geothermal area and Gullfoss. At the Geysir geothermal area, watch the spectacular Strokkur geyser shoot a column of water high into the air every 10 minutes and experience Iceland’s active geothermal activity. Gullfoss is one of Iceland’s most impressive waterfalls, plunging 32 meters with a dramatic rush of water. Afterwards, visit Kerið Crater Lake (optional, at your own expense). The crater is about 270 meters wide and over 55 meters deep, with a 14-meter-deep lake at its base. The surrounding rocks are a beautiful and mysterious mix of red and orange. Aurora activities will be arranged depending on weather conditions.
Important notes
The Northern Lights are a natural astronomical phenomenon that occurs unpredictably, generally late at night in high-latitude regions. They are highly weather-dependent, so sightings cannot be guaranteed. Please note: Iceland’s unique geographical location gives it spectacular and unusual scenery, but the weather can also change rapidly. For safety, experienced senior guides will adjust the itinerary as needed based on actual weather conditions. In severe weather, certain attractions may be canceled to ensure guests’ safety. Thank you for your understanding.

Southern Town - Seljalandsfoss - Skógafoss - Plane Wreck - Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach - Vík - Southern Iceland
Itinerary details
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll drive to two major waterfalls in the south, Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, where you can take in the region’s magnificent yet gentle scenery. Be sure to admire the waterfalls from different viewpoints for a fresh perspective. Our next stop is the apocalyptic-looking DC-3 plane wreck (optional, at your own expense). Although the wreck is the result of an aviation accident, no one was injured, and it has since become a distinctive man-made attraction. Weathered by the elements, the plane’s fuselage grows more dilapidated over time, yet has a desolate beauty of its own. We’ll then visit the famous Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach on the south coast, where the basalt columns make a fantastic setting for photos. Next, we’ll pass through the town of Vík at the southern tip of Iceland’s main island. On a hilltop in town stands a small church with a red roof. We’ll also see Eldhraun, a lava field formed by lava flows after a volcanic eruption.
Important notes
Note: The itinerary order may be adjusted according to hotel locations and circumstances on the day. The guide's arrangements will prevail.

Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon - Southern Town

In winter, meet at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon for a blue ice cave adventure led by an experienced glacier guide (optional; available only from November to March). In summer, enjoy an optional【glacier lagoon boat tour】(May to October). Ice caves are rare natural phenomena formed naturally. They can only be visited in winter, when temperatures drop below freezing and the river beneath the ice freezes over. Different caves with distinct characteristics form in different locations each year. Depending on the conditions and safety at the time, we will selectively visit one natural ice cave during the tour. *The location of the Blue Ice Cave tour must be confirmed again

Egilsstaðir - Dettifoss - Lake Mývatn - Goðafoss - Akureyri
Itinerary details
After breakfast, depart from your hotel in Egilsstaðir and travel to northern Iceland. First, visit Dettifoss, renowned as Europe’s most powerful and highest-volume waterfall. Continue to the Lake Mývatn area, which is not only beautiful but also preserves a complete volcanic landscape. Take a walk to see the sights around the lake, where a conical volcanic crater rises above the surrounding terrain. The lava formations of various sizes in this area were created by eruptions from this crater. Next, visit Goðafoss. Though less mighty than Dettifoss, it has a more divine quality thanks to the mythology associated with it and its winter setting, when it is surrounded by snow. After the visit, check in at a hotel in Akureyri or the surrounding area. Iceland’s winter weather is unpredictable, daylight hours are short, and access roads to waterfalls are often temporarily closed. To ensure a safe and smooth itinerary, some waterfalls in the north—including Dettifoss, Hraunfossar, and Barnafoss—will be omitted from November through April. Please take note.

If you’re lucky, you may see marine life such as humpback whales, dolphins, and porpoises. The whale-watching location will depend on the arrangements for the day. Then visit the beautiful Hraunfossar, also known as the Lava Falls. These magnificent falls flow into the rushing waters of the Hvítá River. A 10-minute walk along the riverbank takes you to Barnafoss, the Children’s Falls, where the rocks come in a variety of shapes. Overnight in Reykholt or at a nearby hotel. Tour Information
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our “Booking Information and Liability Details.” This document contains important information for travelers on our outbound tours and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guide and Other Important Information,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the booking confirmation, and in the tour notification before departure. Once you submit an order, we will consider this confirmation that you have fully agreed to all published terms. If any tour member violates the rules stated in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all details, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact information, room type required, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer. Once your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize tour assignments based on the order in which payments are received. We will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person. After verifying that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order's validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the tour, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. If the group departure is confirmed, members must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order’s payment deadline. Coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines. Members booking within five working days before departure must promptly pay the balance; otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by any method of payment. After paying, please email or fax us proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter remittance or a screenshot of the successful online transfer). Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our Finance Department cannot match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the tour ends, we may require the member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently verify that the payment was duplicated, we will promptly refund the overpaid amount.
3. Once our company confirms receipt of the group member's payment, we will confirm their place on the tour. Three days before departure, the group member will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, the notice may not arrive three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to room-sharing with guests of the same sex. When arranging hotel room types according to guests’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests or a solo traveler books (for example, 3, 5, or 7 people), we will arrange room-sharing based on the actual circumstances. Guests who do not agree to share a room may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms or due to other uncontrollable factors, room arrangements may change, and guests must cooperate with our arrangements. If room arrangements at the hotel do not meet a guest’s requirements because they entered their gender or room-type preference incorrectly when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
Note: Although we arrange shared accommodation for guests who do not know each other, the character and behavior of fellow travelers are entirely unrelated to our company. In the event of differences in habits or any disputes, neither our company nor the tour guide is responsible for mediating or getting involved.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed due to early departure, €30 will be deducted (or €50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction will apply if no hotel night is missed. If a group member requests to leave the tour early after it has begun, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal requirements. Any expenses or losses resulting from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the responsibility of the group member. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, a severe or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Tour members aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining the tour without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from their own actions.
7. Pregnant participants must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a rule, participation is not recommended for those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Participant Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship duties and be responsible for the minor’s safety. Any consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision shall be borne by the tour member.
9. Tour members must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification document details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members shall bear all consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a tour member providing an incorrect mobile number that prevents the tour guide or other relevant staff from contacting them). Any resulting costs or losses, including personal return travel, transportation, and travel expenses, shall be borne by the tour member.
10. Please do not book any flights or other transportation tickets related to the tour itinerary before your booking is confirmed. If you choose to book such tickets but are ultimately unable to join the tour, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a tour member falls under any of the following circumstances, unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations: (1) They have an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) They carry items that endanger public safety and refuse to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) They engage in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) They engage in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other Party A members, and refuse to heed warnings or cannot be stopped; (5) Other circumstances stipulated by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it shall notify the tour member in writing or by other means and refund the remaining amount after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

(III) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Group members should treat travel service staff with respect and show mutual respect and support for other tour members. Respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface or write on scenic features or buildings, and do not engage in uncivilized behavior such as spitting or littering.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. Guests are advised to choose and purchase travel accident insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, they should take good care of their luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with them or take other protective measures. Unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the guest has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and is not responsible for consequences arising from the guest’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transportation, recreational activities, and other services include the corresponding insurance required by local law; this insurance is not included in overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a tour member voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the member is solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right, when circumstances require, to change accommodation, routes, the order of sightseeing, attractions visited, and departure dates.
2. If the group does not have enough participants, or changes occur due to issues with a ship or aircraft or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, we will refund all fees paid by group members or recommend a similar product as an alternative. We shall not be liable for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other events beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the itinerary, but must notify group members in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses resulting from such events, and group members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, guests should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry valid passports and visa pages, residence permits, and other required documents at all times. If a member leaves the tour midway because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this decision, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this disrupts the itinerary of other tour members, the member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member suffers personal injury, death, or property loss during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or an injury sustained during personal activities, or a breach of the terms and rules set out in our company’s agreement), the member is solely responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a participant deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader may cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company accepts no responsibility for anything the participant does after leaving the group.
8. All times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour members have onward travel plans requiring them to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from tour members’ failure to allow sufficient buffer time for their independently arranged travel.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful Information
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Electrical plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the necessary plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European transport operators require children to occupy a seat regardless of age. As most coaches do not have child safety seats available, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one passenger seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please be sure to carry rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, retain the police report to make a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans tend to have a simple breakfast. Hotels usually serve only bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. All hotels arranged by our company include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks with you in case of need, especially for seniors and children.
3. Do not drink unsafe water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or is spoiled;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in climate or food while traveling, bring any medicines you regularly use. People with chronic conditions should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without due care.
6. Our travel agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Tour members who wish to drink must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible for all resulting liability.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
①European cities are relatively small, and there are very few hotels in city centers. These hotels are also small, with older facilities, and do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
②European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, notify hotel staff or your tour guide immediately.
④For various reasons, such as environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤Italian hotel buildings are often quite old and generally provide blankets. These are usually kept in the room’s closet. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥Guests may bring a small travel hair dryer if needed.
⑦German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. This bed arrangement is common in most parts of Europe, whether travelers prefer one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel meals:
①European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
②Please value food and do not waste or take it away.
③ Breakfast hours vary among European hotels. Be sure to arrive at the restaurant early enough to eat during the hours stated by the hotel, so that you do not arrive too late and find there is not enough food available.
④Hotel food differs somewhat from what is customary in China. Breakfast is generally simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner may also be modest, and both the quantity and quality can differ considerably from standards in China.
3. Hotel safety tips:
①Please keep your valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ②Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into your hotel, familiarize yourself with the hotel’s safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located, and familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, stairways, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers the name of your hotel or your room number. Do not allow strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep make sure the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you and do not leave them near the window or on the floor.
⑤If you need to leave the hotel during your stay, please inform the tour guide traveling with the group and get a hotel business card from the front desk. It has the hotel’s address and phone number. If you get lost, you can use the address on the card to ask for help.
Transport
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time for a prompt departure. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance; our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who does not gather at the agreed time and place, or join the tour partway through, will be considered to have forfeited the tour, and no refund will be given.
②The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact boarding and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches are divided into three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. Since bus luggage compartments have limited capacity, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will assign vehicles based on the final group size to ensure one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, in most European cities coaches must park some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they like. Violations can result in heavy fines. Sometimes the pick-up and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions; we appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
①Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
②Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with any items on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is making a temporary stop, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, please make sure the windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥Because the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, a breakdown may affect the itinerary. If this happens, the travel agency will promptly make alternative arrangements. Please cooperate with the group.
III. Other Information and Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, you must assess your personal health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing appropriate or specified clothing. Guests are strongly advised to avoid these activities during their free time on the trip. If a guest insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not walking around freely or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, exercise extra caution and avoid going out alone.
