Reykjavík - Golden Circle - Kerið Crater Lake - South Coast Towns
Tour departure point
Reykjavik Tour departure time: [June–September] 9:00; [October–next year May] 10:00. Departure point: Harpa Concert Hall parking lot, Reykjavik
Itinerary details
Depart from the hotel in the morning and gather, then head to one of Iceland's most popular travel routes — the 【Golden Circle】. The first stop is 【Þingvellir National Park】. It is the larger national park in Iceland and the only UNESCO World Heritage Site in Iceland. In 930 AD, the first Vikings to settle in Iceland established the world's first democratic parliament at Þingvellir. Located on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Þingvellir spans the Eurasian and North American plates, giving it considerable geological significance. The next two stops are the 【Geysir geothermal area】 and 【Gullfoss waterfall】. At the Geysir geothermal area, you will witness Strokkur shooting water columns high into the air every 10 minutes, and experience the vigorous geothermal activity of Iceland. Gullfoss is one of Iceland's most spectacular waterfalls, standing 32 meters high, with its thundering torrents truly awe-inspiring. Afterwards, visit 【Kerið crater lake】 (optional, at your own expense). This crater is about 270 meters wide and more than 55 meters deep, with a 14-meter-deep lake at the bottom. The surrounding rocks display a mix of red and orange colors, both beautiful and mysterious. Aurora activities will be arranged depending on weather conditions, and you will be notified accordingly.
Important notes
The Northern Lights are a probabilistic natural astronomical phenomenon, generally occurring late at night in high-latitude regions. They are greatly affected by weather, and their appearance cannot be guaranteed. Please pay special attention: Iceland's geographical location is unique, its scenery is spectacular and unusual, and the weather is prone to frequent changes. For safety reasons, experienced senior tour guides will adjust the itinerary at any time according to actual weather conditions (in severe weather, the corresponding attractions may be cancelled while ensuring guests' safety), to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. Thank you for your understanding.

Southern Town - Seljalandsfoss Waterfall - Skógafoss Waterfall - Plane Wreck - Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach - Vík - Southern Iceland
Itinerary details
After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to the two great waterfalls of the south, Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, to experience the magnificent yet gentle scenery of the south. Don't forget that you can enjoy the waterfalls' unique views from different angles. The next stop is the apocalyptic-looking DC-3 Plane Wreck (optional, at your own expense). Although the plane crash was an aviation accident, since it caused no casualties, it became a distinctive non-natural landscape. The aircraft fuselage, weathered by wind and erosion and gradually deteriorating, has taken on a desolate beauty. Afterwards we will visit the well-known Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach on the south coast, where the basalt columns on the beach are also a superb photography location. Then we pass through Vík, the small town at the southern tip of Iceland's main island; on the hilltop above this town stands a small church with a red roof. We will also drive past the Eldhraun lava field, formed by lava flows after volcanic eruptions.
Important notes
Note: The order of the itinerary may be adjusted according to hotel locations and conditions on the day; the tour guide's arrangements prevail.

Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon - Southern Town
Itinerary details
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off and continue along the south coast to explore the magnificent scenery of Iceland's southern shore. Arriving at Vatnajökull National Park, we visit Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, a sparkling jewel in Iceland's natural crown. After the visit, take a stroll on the Diamond Beach across the way. In winter, gather at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and, led by an experienced glacier guide, go on an ice cave adventure (optional, at your own expense) (only from November to March each year). In summer, you can experience a Glacier Lagoon boat tour (optional, at your own expense) (May to October). Blue ice caves are rare natural phenomena that form naturally. They can only be seen in winter, when temperatures drop below zero and the river water beneath the ice layer freezes. Each year, the caves form in different locations with markedly different styles. Depending on conditions and safety at the time, we will selectively visit one natural ice cave during the itinerary. *The blue ice cave adventure group needs its location reconfirmed!

Itinerary details
After breakfast, depart from the hotel to explore the [Eastern Fjords region]. The coastline here is picturesque and distinctive, featuring historic fishing villages, magnificent natural scenery, majestic waterfalls, volcanic meadows, rugged mountains, and spectacular glaciers. Along the way we visit the [Petra Stone Museum] (optional, at your own expense), [Bird Eggs], and the renowned 'Daydreamers' Town' — [Seyðisfjörður], located in the fjord of the same name in eastern Iceland. About 668 residents live in this 'secluded' fjord town. Then we drive to Egilsstaðir, where you will check in for the night at a hotel in Egilsstaðir or nearby.

Egilsstaðir - Dettifoss - Mývatn - Goðafoss - Akureyri
Itinerary details
After breakfast, depart from the Egilsstaðir hotel for northern Iceland. First we visit [Dettifoss], hailed as the most powerful and voluminous waterfall in Europe. Then we head to the [Mývatn area]. Besides its beautiful scenery, this region preserves a complete volcanic landscape. Walk around the scenery near Lake Mývatn, where a cone-shaped volcanic crater stands; the lava formations of all sizes in this area are the result of eruptions from this crater. Then we visit [Goðafoss (Waterfall of the Gods)]. Although not as majestic as Dettifoss, it is even more sacred due to the mythological history behind it and its snow-covered winter setting. After the visit, check in for the night at a hotel in Akureyri or nearby. Iceland's winter weather is unpredictable with short daylight hours, and access roads to waterfalls are often temporarily closed. To ensure a safe and smooth itinerary, some northern waterfall sites, including [Dettifoss], [Hraunfossar] and [Barnafoss], will be cancelled from November to April of the following year. Thank you for your understanding.

Then we head to the beautiful [Hraunfossar], also known as Lava Waterfalls, magnificent and spectacular, where the waterfall flows into the rushing waters of the Hvítá River. Walking 10 minutes along the riverbank brings you to [Barnafoss (Children's Waterfall)], with rock formations of varied shapes. Overnight at a hotel in Reykholt or nearby. Iceland's winter weather is unpredictable with short daylight hours, and access roads to waterfalls are often temporarily closed. Itinerary details
In the morning, depart toward the famous 'Little Iceland' 【Snæfellsnes Peninsula】 to admire 【Kirkjufell (Church Mountain)】 and 【Kirkjufellsfoss (Church Waterfall)】. Throughout the day, you can experience sunlight glittering on the waves, drizzling rain over the mountains, and steaming hot springs. Then head to Arnarstapi. On the way back to Reykjavik, visit the 【Black Church of Búðir】, a historic church of more than 300 years, dating back to 1703. Búðir Black Church is a landmark of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and one of Iceland's oldest wooden churches. Return to Reykjavik, and the tour ends.

Tour Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's Registration Notice and Responsibility Rules. This company's Registration Notice and Responsibility Rules are important notices for outbound travel group members and, together with this company's Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions, form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all the terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation, and the tour notice. Upon submitting your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If a group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences shall be borne by that group member.
1. When registering, please first complete the registration order on the website. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect registration information entered by you. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Since tour bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Ultimately, the company will arrange vehicles based on group size, ensuring one seat per person. After verifying the information, please complete payment within the valid order period. Members who do not pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically deemed withdrawn, and the company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that, once the group is confirmed to depart, they pay 100% of the group fee within the order retention period. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited and hotel bookings often have time restrictions, members who register within five working days before departure must complete payment promptly. Otherwise, the company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees incurred regardless of payment method are borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the bank counter transfer slip or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof, otherwise finance cannot match the payment to the order. If the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the group ends due to late payment, the company has the right to require the member to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the tour leader; if it is later verified as a duplicate payment, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. After confirming receipt of payment from group members, our company will confirm their participation in the tour. Three days before departure, members will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, members may not receive the boarding notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff proactively for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-gender room sharing. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements submitted by group members at registration, if a single or odd-numbered guest registers (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), our company will arrange room sharing according to the actual situation. If you do not agree to the room-sharing arrangement, you may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak tourist seasons when some hotels have insufficient rooms or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members are required to cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the group member's requirements due to incorrect gender or room-type information entered at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on room availability on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and are placed in shared rooms are arranged by our company, but the personality and behavior of fellow group members are unrelated to our company. If any differences in habits or disputes arise, our company and the tour guide have no responsibility to mediate or intervene.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively notify us at the time of registration or before joining the group, and sign the "Mid-Tour Departure Declaration." For early departure, a reduction of 30 euros will be made for each night not stayed (or 50 euros per night for those who registered for a single room throughout the tour). If no hotel nights are unused, no fee reduction applies. If a group member requests to leave the group during the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the "Mid-Tour Departure Declaration," and fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity, and other matters at registration and during the itinerary, fill out relevant information honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Travelers with special medical histories (such as those with serious illnesses, terminal illnesses, or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Given travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a traveler.
6. Travelers over 70 years old registering for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and fill out a Tour Participation Declaration. If a person without a family member insists on registering, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by the group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
7. If a participant is pregnant, this must be truthfully stated at the time of registration. Pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are generally not recommended to join the tour; those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete a "Disclaimer", although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant but insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete a "Tour Participation Statement", although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by personal reasons of group members during the trip shall be borne by the group members themselves.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills the guardianship obligation and is responsible for the safety of the minor. Any consequences arising during the trip due to the minor's own reasons or the accompanying person's negligence in supervision shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all travel information they provide is accurate and complete, with personal identification documents and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (e.g., inability to cross the border due to an expired personal ID or a visa type that does not meet the entry tourism regulations of the relevant country, or group members providing an incorrect mobile phone number so that the tour guide and other relevant staff cannot reach them) shall be borne by the group member, including any losses such as personal return fees, transportation costs, and travel expenses.
10. Travelers are reminded not to book any flights or train tickets related to the itinerary before the order is confirmed. If a traveler books flights or train tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative and the registration ultimately fails, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. Under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (except as otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from infectious diseases or other illnesses that may endanger the health and safety of other travelers; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties, and refusing to stop when advised or unable to be restrained; (5) other circumstances affecting contract performance as stipulated by law. If the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the traveler in writing or by other means, and may refund the remaining balance to the traveler after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

(III) Member Obligations
1. Group members must not engage in any illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the country, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social morality. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and respect and assist one another; respect local ethnic customs and local conditions; strictly refrain from scribbling or defacing scenery and buildings, and from uncivilized behavior such as spitting or littering.
4. Make efforts to acquire the knowledge needed for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. We recommend that group members purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance of their own choosing. During the trip, you should properly safeguard your luggage and belongings, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures. Unless a group member specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that group members have purchased overseas travel insurance on their own and is not responsible for consequences arising from failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transportation and recreational activities include the corresponding insurance required by local law, which is not part of the overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, pay attention to local climate conditions and take care of children's safety.
6. When group members voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism activities included in the regular tour itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping and other tourism activities that may cause personal injury to group members, any other disputes, property losses or personal injuries arising therefrom shall be borne by the group members themselves, and our company shall bear no responsibility.
(4) Responsibilities
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions visited, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or changes beyond our company's control occur, such as problems with ships or aircraft, the company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, the company will refund all fees paid by group members or recommend a similar product as a replacement, and the company bears no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major contagious epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other incidents beyond the Company's control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company has the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also the right to shorten or extend the itinerary, provided that group members are notified in advance. The Company is not responsible for any additional expenses or losses arising therefrom, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Since public security conditions vary from country to country, group members should pay attention to personal and traffic safety and properly keep their belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery, or damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report it to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability for this;
5. Group members must carry valid passports with visa pages, residence permits and other documents at all times. If early withdrawal from the group is caused by problems with documents or passports, the participant shall bear the consequences, and remaining group fees will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the member shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.
6. If a group member encounters an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident during entertainment or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries caused by personal activities, or a group member violating the terms and notices stated in our company's agreement) resulting in personal injury or death or property loss, the relevant liability and expenses shall be borne by the group member themselves; our company shall not be responsible for such injuries, deaths or property losses; if this causes losses to our company, the group member shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to comply with the rules or interferes with the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel their participation qualification, and the fees paid will not be refunded. If group members need to take other transportation to other cities for subsequent itinerary arrangements, it is strongly recommended to reserve at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. The company is not responsible for any losses in self-arranged itineraries due to group members not reserving sufficient spare time.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Precautions
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student card.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children be seated regardless of age. Since most tour buses do not provide additional child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one bus seat, and not all self-provided seats are guaranteed to be compatible with tour buses, so please be aware of this.
2. Safety Notice
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable; please be sure to carry rain gear and a warm coat with you.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe; our company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification, so that it can be returned easily if found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant institutions (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) as soon as possible and report it to the police. If it cannot be recovered in the end, keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant institutions or your insurance company (if you have purchased insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: In Europe, breakfast is usually simple. Hotel breakfasts typically consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. All hotels arranged by our company include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water, dry snacks and other food with you for emergencies, especially for the elderly and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat food that is unsanitary, spoiled, or has an off smell.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or drinks given by strangers.
5. To prevent altitude or climate sickness during the trip, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Chronic patients should carry their medical records in case of need. Do not take medicines provided by others at will.
6. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol. Group members who like to drink should strictly control their alcohol consumption during the trip. Any responsibility arising from drunken rioting, disturbing social order, infringing on others, or causing financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible for the incident.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited, and their scale is modest. The facilities are relatively old, and they do not match the standard of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④For various reasons, such as environmental protection, long history, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤Italian hotels are relatively old in construction. Blankets are generally kept in the room's wardrobe; if none are available, please contact the front desk to request more.
⑥If needed, guests should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦German double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets, so whether travelers need one large bed or two single beds, this bed type suits most European regions.
2. Hotel meals:
① Hot drinking water is not provided in rooms at European hotels.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Since breakfast times differ among European hotels, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early according to the time announced by the hotel, to avoid a situation where late arrival due to personal reasons results in insufficient food being available.
④Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, with only bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not particularly lavish either. Their quantity and quality are considerably different from domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please keep valuables in your safekeeping and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry one set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for replacement in case of loss. Our company is not responsible for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and learn the hotel's emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room casually. When leaving or entering your room, lock the door. Before sleeping, check that the door and windows are closed and the deadbolt is locked. It is best to keep valuables with you rather than near windows or in other exposed places.
⑤When group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the accompanying tour guide and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel address and phone number, which can be shown to others for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coach will not wait. Those who fail to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific boarding and alighting locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding point on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, our company will notify you promptly. Please be sure to wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-sized coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while mid-sized coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively less luggage space. Given the limited luggage space on coaches, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size to ensure one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at the attractions, in most European cities coach parking areas are located far from the sights, and drivers are not allowed to park randomly; violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Safety tips for riding the coach:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Please do not carry prohibited items.
③ Do not casually handle any items on the vehicle, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④During temporary bus stops, follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, meals, or shopping, please make sure the tour bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft.
⑥Because the journey is very long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, if a bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will quickly take remedial measures. Group members are kindly asked to cooperate actively.
III. Other Notes and Precautions
1. Please abide by the local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry your relevant documents and valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health condition and abilities, and comply with the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening safety belts, and wearing appropriate or designated clothing. Group members are strongly advised to avoid these activities during free time on the tour. If a group member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Please pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals within the wildlife park, etc.
7. When touring in areas with poor public order, you should be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
