Itinerary details
In the morning, we depart from the designated hotel in downtown Tromsø and travel by coach through the magnificent Nordic snow-capped mountains and fjord scenery to Senja (Senja), the second-largest island, known as the "miniature of Norway" secret land. Following Norway's National Scenic Routes, we first arrive at the [Bergsbotn Viewpoint], where you can stand on the suspended wooden viewing platform and look down over the deep fjords and winding mountain roads. Next, we head to the [Tungeneset Viewpoint], where you can stroll along the black rock boardwalk by the Atlantic and gaze at the ["Devil's Teeth" Mountains] (Jaw of the Devil/Ersfjordstrauten), named for their resemblance to saw teeth rising above the sea, and feel the rugged, majestic power of the far northern coast. After the tour, we proceed to the gateway town of Senja to check in.

[Henningsvær] Known as the Venice of Lofoten, its main urban areas lie on two islands connected by a fjord, like a perfect natural canal. At the southern end of the village is the [World's End Football Pitch], considered one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world. You can stroll along the waterfront paths of the two main islands and enjoy the beautiful scenery of seaside cabins and boat masts complementing each other. [Svolvær] — the gateway to Lofoten, a stunning fishing village within the Arctic Circle, a dreamlike place where fjords, the midnight sun and the aurora intertwine. You can stroll through the fishing harbor watching colorful fishing boats come and go, climb mountains for panoramic views of the magnificent fjords and town, visit art galleries for inspiration, and enjoy outdoor activities such as sea fishing and cruises, gaining a dreamlike journey where nature and culture intertwine. Day 3
Lofoten Village - Hamnøy - Reine - A - Lofoten Village
Itinerary details
Today we will spend the full day exploring the secluded paradise of the Lofoten Islands. 【Hamnøy】This is the filming location of the cover of Lonely Planet. The red fishermen's cabins facing the sea and standing apart from the world form a unique scene. Walk across Hamnøy Bridge to experience the tranquility and everyday life between mountains and sea. In the quiet air, there is a sense of secluded beauty, like a fairyland outside the world. Reine Village, located at the western tip of the Lofoten Islands, has red and yellow fishermen's cabins scattered along the coastline. Surrounded by granite peaks and fjord scenery that feels like a fairyland, it was voted one of Norway's most beautiful fishing villages by Norwegian local media in 2005, and is a must-visit stop when traveling in Lofoten. A Village is the world's shortest-named town. It is a small fishing village engaged in cod farming. "Å" means small river in Old Norse, and it is also the final letter of the Norwegian alphabet. The name was chosen to express that this town is as remote as the end of the world. After the tour, return to the hotel and check in. If time allows, you may also experience the fjord cruise at your own expense. △ [Tranquil Trollfjord Cruise (approx. 3-3.5 hours)] Trollfjord, located in northern Norway, is a breathtaking natural wonder, with glaciers and waterfalls covering its summits, forming an extremely magnificent landscape painting. The fjord entrance is only 100 meters wide, but it widens the further in you go, like a passage leading to a mysterious world. Since cars cannot drive inside the fjord, you must take a boat to explore it. Cruising through the fjord (approx. 3-3.5 hours), you will feel the awe-inspiring power of nature. Every bend of Trollfjord reveals unforgettable scenery, from towering cliffs to waterfalls plunging straight down, providing stunning backdrops for your photography.

Travel Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our company's "Registration Notice and Liability Rules." The "Registration Notice and Liability Rules" are important matters notified by our company to outbound tour group members and, together with the "Overseas Tour Safety Notice and Other Precautions," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right of interpretation of all content on this website.
(1) Registration Process and Notes
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage as well as in the order confirmation and the group departure notice. Upon your submission of the order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the website. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and boarding/departure points. Our company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by the individual. After successful submission, our company will send you an order confirmation. Since tour bus seats are limited, our company will arrange boarding priority based on payment receipt. Ultimately, our company will arrange vehicles based on group size, ensuring one seat per person. Please arrange payment within the valid order time after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically considered as withdrawing from the group, and our company reserves the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that they pay 100% of the group fee within the reservation retention period, provided the group is confirmed to depart. Due to limited seats on tour buses and hotel room allocations, and because hotel bookings often have time limits, group members who register within five working days before departure must complete payment promptly on their own initiative. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances, without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees incurred regardless of the payment method shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip for bank counter remittance or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax. The proof must include the corresponding order number; otherwise, the finance department cannot match the received funds to the order. If the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the end of the tour due to late payment, our agency has the right to require group members to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the tour guide. If it is later verified to be a double payment, our company will immediately refund the overpaid group fee.
3. After the company confirms receipt of the group member's payment, we will confirm the group member's participation. Three days before departure, group members will receive a departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filter blocking, group members may not receive the departure notice three days before departure. If this happens, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-sex room-sharing. When arranging hotel room types based on the requirements provided by group members at registration, if a single or odd-numbered guest registers (such as 3, 5, 7 people), we will arrange room-sharing according to actual circumstances. If you do not agree to the room-sharing arrangement, you may choose to pay the additional single room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak tourist season when some hotels have insufficient rooms or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a traveler's requirements due to incorrect gender or room type information provided at registration, our company will coordinate and arrange according to the remaining rooms available on the day of hotel check-in, and any resulting additional costs shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and are paired to share a room are arranged by our company; however, the personalities and conduct of group members are unrelated to our company. Should any differences in habits or disputes arise, our company and the tour guide have no responsibility to mediate or intervene.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us proactively at the time of registration or before joining the group and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Declaration". For early departure, a deduction of 30 euros will apply for each night of accommodation not used (or 50 euros per night for full-tour single room bookings). If no accommodation is reduced, no tour fee deduction will be made. If a group member requests to leave the group during the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Declaration"; paid fees will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity, and other matters at registration and during the itinerary, fill in relevant materials honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member themselves. Travelers with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illnesses, terminal illnesses, or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Based on travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept them.
6. Persons aged 70 and above who register for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and must complete the "Tour Participation Declaration." If no family member accompanies them but they insist on registering, our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused during the trip by the group member's own reasons shall be borne by the group member.
7. If a participant is pregnant, this must be truthfully declared at the time of registration. For pregnancies beyond 24 weeks, joining the tour is generally not recommended. Those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Disclaimer, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. For pregnancies under 24 weeks where the participant insists on registering, a family member must accompany them and complete a Tour Participation Statement, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by individual reasons of group members during the trip shall be borne by the members themselves.
8. Minors may join the tour only if accompanied by at least one adult who assumes guardianship responsibility for their safety; any consequences arising from the minor's own conduct or the negligence of the accompanying adult during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all travel information provided is accurate and complete, with personal identification and contact phone numbers being particularly important. Any consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, inability to cross the border due to expired personal documents or visa types not meeting the entry requirements of the relevant country, or the tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact the traveler because of an incorrect mobile phone number) shall be borne by the traveler, including any resulting personal return costs, transportation fees, travel expenses and other losses.
10. Registrants are kindly advised not to book any flights or train/bus tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for participation. If a group member books such flights or tickets of their own accord and registration is ultimately unsuccessful, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. Tour members who fall under any of the following circumstances may be terminated by the travel agency (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) suffering from infectious diseases or other illnesses that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) carrying items that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant authorities for handling; (3) engaging in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) engaging in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other Party A members and failing to stop after being dissuaded; (5) other circumstances affecting the performance of the contract as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the tour members in writing or in other forms, and may refund the remaining balance to the tour members after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

(3) Member Obligations
1. Group members must not engage in any illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social morals. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel, and show mutual respect and cooperation with other group members; respect local ethnic customs, traditions, and folkways; strictly refrain from carving or scribbling on scenic spots or buildings, and do not engage in uncivilized behavior such as spitting or littering.
4. Make an effort to master the knowledge needed for travel and improve your awareness of self-protection. We recommend that group members choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance on their own. During the trip, you should properly keep your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried with you or protected by other measures. Unless a group member makes a specific request, the travel agency assumes that group members have purchased overseas travel insurance on their own, and is not responsible for any consequences arising from a customer not purchasing insurance. (Note: the insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Vehicle use, entertainment and other items already include the corresponding insurance required by local law, which is not part of the overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, pay attention to local climate conditions and to child safety.
6. Group members voluntarily participate in dangerous travel activities included in regular tour itineraries, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, and other travel activities that may cause personal injury. Any resulting other disputes, property losses, or personal injuries shall be borne by the group member individually, and our company bears no liability.
(4) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions visited, and departure dates as needed based on specific circumstances.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or if changes occur beyond our company's control, such as problems with the ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will refund in full the fees paid by group members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company bears no responsibility for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major contagious epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other catastrophic incidents beyond the company's control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unexpected situations such as weather, transportation, or strikes, the company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after the trip has begun, and also to shorten or extend the itinerary, but will notify group members in advance. Any additional expenses or losses arising therefrom are not the responsibility of the company, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.

VIAJES FH shall not be liable for any losses incurred by group members who arrange their own itineraries without reserving sufficient spare time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Notes
1. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own different socket adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that children must occupy a seat regardless of age. Since most tour buses do not carry spare child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own child safety seats, but each child safety seat may occupy only one bus seat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all self-provided safety seats will be suitable for tour buses; please take note.
2. Safety Notice
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable; please be sure to carry rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. Our company is not responsible for loss, theft, or other incidents.
3. Clearly write your name and contact method on your luggage for identification and so that it can be easily returned if found. If luggage is lost, promptly notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) and report to the police. If it is ultimately not recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or insurance company (if insurance was purchased).
Dining
1. Hotel breakfast: In Europe, a simple breakfast is customary. Breakfast provided by hotels usually consists of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. All hotels arranged by our agency include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and dry snacks or other food with you for emergencies, especially for the elderly and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat unsanitary food or food that smells or has spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or drinks given by strangers.
5. To prevent acclimatization problems during the trip, bring commonly used or habitual medication. Patients with chronic conditions should carry medical records in case of need. Never take medicine provided by others at will.
6. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol. Group members who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any and all responsibility for drunken disturbances, disruption of public order, infringement on others, or financial losses caused to third parties shall be borne solely by the person responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are smaller, the number of hotels in the city center is extremely limited, the hotels are small in scale, and their facilities are relatively old, not on par with comparable hotels in China.
② Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided in European hotels. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Be sure to check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, please report them immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons such as environmental protection, long history, and Europe's cooler climate, many hotels do not have air-conditioning equipment.
⑤Hotels in Italy tend to be older in architecture, and blankets are usually kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦German-style double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is also common in most European regions.
2. Hotel meals:
① Hot drinking water is not provided in hotel rooms in Europe.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Since breakfast time slots differ among European hotels, please be sure to go to the restaurant early according to the hotel's notified time, to avoid arriving late due to personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Hotel dining differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not always lavish. Both quantity and quality differ considerably from domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please keep valuables safe yourself and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings in a safe place, and bring one set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for replacement in case of loss. The company is not liable for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and become familiar with the hotel's emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room casually. Lock the door when entering or leaving the room, check before sleeping that the doors and windows are closed and the deadbolt is locked, and keep valuables close to you, preferably not placed by the window or in other exposed places.
⑤ When group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the accompanying tour guide and get a hotel business card from the front desk. The card contains the hotel's address and phone number, which can be shown to ask for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and disembarking:
① All tour group members must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coach will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be given.
② The departure and arrival times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific boarding and alighting locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding location on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, our company will notify you promptly. Please be patient and wait.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, medium coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while medium coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively smaller luggage space. Given the limited luggage space on coaches, it is recommended to bring as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are far from the sights, and drivers are not allowed to stop randomly; violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. Thank you for your understanding, dear group members.
2. Bus safety reminders:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Please do not carry prohibited items.
③ Do not fiddle with any items in the vehicle at will, so as to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During the temporary bus stops, follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, meals, or shopping, please make sure the tour bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. In case of loss or theft, the travel agency assumes no responsibility.
⑥Due to the long travel time, the vehicles bear a heavy load along the way. If a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures, and group members are kindly requested to cooperate actively.
3. Other Notices and Precautions
1. Please obey the local laws and regulations of each region.
2. Be sure to carry your relevant documents and valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group for safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health condition and abilities, and comply with the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening safety belts, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. Group members are kindly requested to avoid participating in these activities as much as possible during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on participating, they must bear the risk themselves.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities that are suspected of being illegal.
6. Please pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around freely and not feeding animals within the wildlife park.
7. When touring in areas with poor public security, extra vigilance is especially required, and going out alone should be avoided.
