East Coast
Itinerary details
Enjoy the dreamy east coast seascapes along the way: blue sea and sky, colorful rock formations. Climb up to overlook Wineglass Bay, one of the world's top ten beaches, with a stop at the small town of Swansea along the way. ※ Featured East Coast Itinerary (choose one) Option 1: Hobart → Swansea → Wineglass Bay → Coles Bay Tasmania's east coast is a dreamlike world, with blue skies, white clouds, colorful waters and multicolored rocks adorning the coastline. In 1999, the American travel magazine Outside named Wineglass Bay one of the world's top ten beaches. However, Wineglass Bay sits among mountains, its beauty not immediately visible; visitors must climb up and put in some effort before appreciating its beauty. Along the way, stop at the charming coastal town of Swansea to enjoy the scenery of Tasmania's east coast from different angles. Option 2: Hobart → Maria Island National Park (guide does not accompany on the island) In the morning, after a drive of just over 1 hour, arrive at the ferry terminal in the town of Triabunna. Take the ferry for 30 minutes to reach Maria Island. This is the most famous offshore island in Tasmania, with unrivaled natural scenery and rich cultural heritage. Australia's unique wombats and kangaroos can be seen everywhere on the island. In the afternoon, take the 4:15 PM ferry back to the ferry terminal in Triabunna. After the tour, the guide will take guests back to their hotel in Hobart. Free replacement; Maria Island ferry ticket $56.5 per person, to be paid by the guest

Rugged mountain ranges, icy glacial lakes, unique grasslands, and primeval rainforests are all found in Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park: in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. At Cradle Mountain, you can try world-class hiking trails, observe unique wildlife, and fully embrace nature. Dove Lake is renowned for its mirror-like reflection of Cradle Mountain, with crystal-clear waters that look like a fairyland. Finally, there is the town of Sheffield, a famous mural town in Australia, renowned for its many colorful murals. Located at the foot of the Rowland Mountains in northern Tasmania, Australia, it is 63 kilometers from Cradle Mountain. Walking into the town is like stepping into a world of murals; the entire town is like a three-dimensional picture book, with murals everywhere that are dazzling to the eye.

Tour Information
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's "Registration Notice and Liability Terms." The "Registration Notice and Liability Terms" of this company are important matters notified to outbound travel group members, and together with this company's "Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights of interpretation of the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation, and the group travel notice. After you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If a traveler violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the traveler.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the webpage. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by personal errors in the registration information. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Since tourist bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Please arrange payment within the valid order period after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically treated as withdrawing from the tour, and the company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that 100% of the group fee is paid in full within two working days of placing the order. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time-limited requirements, members who register within five working days before the group departure must proactively and promptly complete payment. Otherwise, the company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances, without prior consent from the registrant. Regardless of the payment method, any handling fees incurred for paying the group fee shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the bank counter remittance transaction slip or a screenshot of the successful online transfer page) to our company by email or fax. The proof must include the corresponding order number; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the received funds to the order. If, due to late payment, the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the group ends, the company has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the tour guide. If, after verification, it is found to be a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the overpaid group fee.
3. After confirming receipt of the group member's payment, our company will confirm the group member's participation. Three days before departure, group members will receive a departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, group members may not receive the departure notice three days before departure. If this happens, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company, by default, arranges hotel room types according to the requirements given by group members at registration. In special circumstances, such as insufficient rooms at certain hotels during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members need to cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the requirements of the traveler because of incorrect gender or room type information provided at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the availability of rooms on the day of check-in, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the group member.
5. Due to limited accommodation in New Zealand, the company reserves the right to adjust hotels according to actual conditions, while ensuring a standard equal to or higher than the original.
6. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively notify us at the time of registration or before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-Tour Departure Statement." For early departure, a deduction of 16 euros will apply for each night of accommodation not used; if no hotel nights are reduced, no fee reduction will be granted. If a group member requests to leave the group midway during the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign a "Mid-Tour Departure Statement," and fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity, and other relevant aspects during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant information honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Tourists with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illnesses, terminal illnesses, or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Given tourists' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their registration.
7. Elderly persons over 70 years old registering for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Tour Participation Statement." If there is no family member accompanying them but they insist on registering, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. All consequences caused by the group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
8. If a group participant is pregnant, they must disclose this truthfully at registration. Pregnant women beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are generally not recommended to join the tour; if they insist on registering, they must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Disclaimer," though our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. Those with less than 24 weeks of pregnancy who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and fill in a "Tour Participation Statement," though our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the situation. All consequences caused by the group member's personal reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. Any and all consequences during the trip arising from the minor group member's own reasons or from the accompanying person's negligence in supervision shall be borne by the group member.
10. Group members must confirm that all travel information provided is accurate and complete, with personal identification documents and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, being unable to cross the border due to an expired personal ID or a visa type that does not meet the entry rules of the relevant country, or the group member's mobile phone number being wrong so that the tour guide and other relevant staff cannot reach them) shall be borne by the traveler, including losses such as personal return costs, transportation fees and travel expenses.
11. Applicants are kindly requested not to book any air tickets or train/bus tickets related to the itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for the tour. If an applicant books air tickets or other transport tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative and the registration is ultimately unsuccessful, all losses shall be borne by the applicant.

All of the above situations must be based on written notice; otherwise they will be deemed automatic waiver, and the Company assumes no liability.
(4) Obligations of Tour Members
1. Group members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. Group members, when exercising their rights, must not harm the interests of the state, society, the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Abide by public order and respect social morality. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel, and show mutual respect and cooperation among fellow group members; respect local ethnic customs, traditions, and local conditions; strictly prohibit defacing landscapes or buildings with graffiti, spitting, littering, or other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn the knowledge needed for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance on their own. During the trip, you should properly keep your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried on your person or protected by other measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to local weather conditions and the safety of children.
6. When group members voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism projects included in regular tour itineraries, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, and other tourism activities that may cause personal injury to group members, any resulting disputes, property losses, or personal injuries shall be borne by the group member personally, and our company shall not be held liable.
(5) Liability
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. In case of insufficient participants, or changes beyond the company's control such as ship or aircraft problems, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, the company will refund all fees paid by group members in full or recommend a similar alternative product. The company bears no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major contagious epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, civil disturbances, war, or other catastrophic incidents beyond the company's control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unexpected situations such as weather, transportation, or strikes, the company has the right to cancel or replace any tour item before departure or after departure, and also has the right to shorten or extend the itinerary, but must notify group members in advance. Any additional expenses or losses incurred are unrelated to the company, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.
4. Because public safety conditions vary from country to country, group members should pay attention to personal and traffic safety and properly keep their belongings and luggage. If any loss, theft, robbery or other damage occurs during the trip, please promptly notify the tour leader and report to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If early withdrawal from the group occurs due to problems with identification documents or passports, the traveler shall bear the consequences on their own, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the group member shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury or property loss during the itinerary due to an accident (such as an accident during recreational or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries caused by personal activities, or the group member violating the terms and notices stated in our company's agreement), the related liability and expenses shall be borne by the group member; our company shall not be responsible for such injuries, deaths, or property losses; if such matters cause losses to our company, the group member shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a group member intentionally fails to comply with the rules or obstructs the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel their participation qualification, fees paid will not be refunded, and the company shall bear no responsibility for any actions of that group member after leaving the group.
8. The times stated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, festivals and events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If group members need to take other transportation to other cities for subsequent itinerary arrangements, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays or obstructions. Our company shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from self-arranged itineraries due to group members failing to reserve sufficient spare time.
