Booking and Travel Notes:

1. Please gather and disperse at the designated location at the time notified for the group. No pick-up or drop-off service is provided outside the designated gathering point.

2. Please be sure to provide valid contact information. If you cannot be reached or are late and miss the itinerary, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture and no refund will be given.

3. As this is a shared-vehicle service, all itinerary arrangements are fixed and temporary changes requested by guests will not be accepted. Sightseeing visit times are subject to corresponding restrictions.

4. If an individual leaves the group midway for personal reasons, this will be treated as voluntary forfeiture of the remaining itinerary, and the travel agency will not be responsible for any liability or losses.

5. Please gather at the pickup point at the time agreed with the tour staff. Do not be late, so as not to delay your itinerary and that of other travelers. If you are late and cannot join the tour bus for sightseeing, please proceed to the next meeting point on your own. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Drone aerial photography is provided free of charge. If the drone cannot fly due to weather or other reasons, no discount or refund will be given.

7. Pink Lake, White Sand Dunes and other sites are natural landscapes. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted reasonably depending on the actual weather. If the viewing experience is reduced due to weather, the travel agency shall not be liable.

8. This itinerary includes no shopping items. If any issues arise from shopping at stores or scenic spots, the travel agency shall not be liable.

9. Optional excursions are subject to third-party suppliers and weather and other factors; actual arrangements will prevail.

10. The lobster lunch is a group meal. If you have a seafood allergy or do not eat seafood, please inform us in advance; it will be replaced with a beef burger at no extra charge and no refund difference. The travel agency is not responsible for any physical discomfort caused by seafood allergies.

11. Due to limited local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, dining, etc. may fall short of those in developed cities. We appreciate your understanding.

12. Most hotels in this destination area do not provide disposable toiletries. We appreciate your understanding.

13. Departure times in the itinerary are for reference only. The specific meeting and departure time shall be subject to the tour guide's notice.

14. Without changing the number of attractions, the Company reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the entire itinerary.

15. During the trip, if force majeure factors prevent an attraction or venue from being visited normally, after consultation and agreement with you, our staff may cancel or replace that attraction or venue based on the actual situation, or refund the fee on site at the ticket price stated in the tour product (the refund is not based on the posted price of the scenic area or venue). We appreciate your understanding.

16. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to protect your rights. The Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by flight delays or cancellations, traffic accidents, accidents, loss or damage of property, weather, or other force majeure factors.

Safety reminder:

1. For your safety, when participating in indoor or outdoor activities with a certain degree of risk (such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, ice skating, snow play, skydiving, sand sliding, four-wheel motorcycles, offshore lobster fishing, etc.), please fully understand the weather conditions of the day, your personal physical condition, and the relevant announcements and recommendations from other professional institutions, and participate within your abilities.

2. When participating in activities, please follow the instructions of scenic area or project staff, fully understand project risks, cooperate with safety protection measures as required, and never engage in dangerous behavior during the activity.

3. While waiting, lining up, or being seated, follow the arrangements in an orderly manner, leave sufficient safety space, and avoid crowding or pushing that could lead to crushing, strains, falls, drowning, falling, or other accidents, and maintain safe distances. Some high-risk projects have high physical requirements; do not conceal medical history or participate blindly.

4. Do not act alone when participating in activities. If an individual has an unexpected situation requiring a change to the itinerary, you must obtain the staff's consent in advance.
