Tour Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our "Registration Notes and Liability Rules." Our "Registration Notes and Liability Rules" are important matters notified to outbound tour group members and, together with our "Overseas Travel Safety Notes and Other Precautions," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret all content on this website.
(I) Registration Process and Notes
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company webpage, in the order confirmation, and in the group travel notice. Upon your submission of the order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms we have published. If a group member violates the rules mentioned in any term, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
1. When booking, please first complete the booking order on the website. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from errors in personal booking information. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Since tour bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. Ultimately, the company will arrange vehicles according to group size to ensure one seat per person. Please arrange payment within the valid order period after verifying the information. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically treated as withdrawn from the group, and the company reserves the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that, provided the group is confirmed to depart, they pay 100% of the group fee within the order retention period. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must pay promptly on their own initiative; otherwise, this company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances without prior consent from the registrant. Regardless of the payment method, any handling fees incurred shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip from a bank counter remittance, or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to include the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the received payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the group tour ends, this company has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the tour guide; if it is later verified that a double payment was made, our company will immediately refund the excess group fee.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the group member's payment, we will confirm the group member's participation. Three days before departure, group members will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up/drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, group members may not receive the boarding notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff proactively for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-gender room-sharing. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements provided by group members at registration, if there are single or odd-numbered guests (such as 3, 5, 7 persons, etc.), our company will arrange room-sharing according to actual circumstances. If you do not agree to the room-sharing arrangement, you may choose to pay the additional single room supplement. In special circumstances, such as insufficient rooms at certain hotels during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons that may cause changes in room types, group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the requirements of the traveler due to errors in gender or room type requirements filled in at registration, our company will coordinate and arrange based on the availability of rooms on the day of check-in, and any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and share a room arranged by our company are responsible for their own personality and behavior, which are unrelated to our company. Our company and the tour guide bear no responsibility for coordinating or intervening in any differences in habits or disputes that arise.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively notify us at the time of registration/before joining the group and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement". For early departure, a reduction of 30 euros will be made for each night not stayed (or 50 euros per night for those who registered for a single room throughout the entire trip). If no hotel night is cancelled, no fee reduction will apply. If a group member requests to leave the group midway through the tour, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign the "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement"; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity and other details during registration and the itinerary, fill in the relevant information accurately, and complete the legal procedures. Any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Travelers with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illnesses, terminal illnesses or contagious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. In view of travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a traveler.
6. Passengers aged 70 and over must be accompanied by a family member when registering for the tour and must complete a Tour Participation Declaration; if they insist on registering without a family member, our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by a group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
7. If a participant is pregnant, this must be truthfully declared at the time of registration. For pregnancies beyond 24 weeks, participation is generally not recommended. Those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Disclaimer; however, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. For pregnancies under 24 weeks where the participant still insists on joining, a family member must accompany them and complete a Travel Declaration; however, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by individual reasons of a group member during the trip shall be borne by that member.
8. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult who assumes guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. During the trip, all consequences resulting from the minor's own actions or the accompanying person's negligence in supervision shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all participation information provided is accurate and complete, with personal identification and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, inability to cross borders due to expired personal documents or visa types not meeting the entry requirements of the relevant country, or the tour leader and other relevant staff being unable to contact the participant due to an incorrect mobile phone number provided by the participant) shall be borne by the participant, including personal return fees, transportation costs, travel expenses and other losses incurred.
10. Registrants must not book any flights or train/bus tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed and the group participation is approved. If a traveler books related flights or tickets on their own initiative and the registration ultimately fails, all losses shall be borne by the registrant.
11. Under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) the traveler has an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other travelers; (2) the traveler carries items that endanger public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) the traveler engages in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) the traveler engages in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties and does not stop despite warnings; (5) other circumstances affecting contract performance as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract for the above reasons, it shall notify the traveler in writing or by other means, and may refund the remaining balance to the traveler after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Notes
I. Friendly Reminders

Since most tour buses do not have separate child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 years old may prepare their own. However, one child safety seat may only occupy one bus seat, so it cannot be guaranteed that all self-provided safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.

If luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) as soon as possible and report it to the police. If it is ultimately not recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or your insurance company (if insurance was purchased).
Meal
1. Hotel breakfast: In Europe, a simple breakfast is customary. Breakfast provided by hotels usually consists only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Hotels arranged by our company all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Carry bottled water, dry snacks, and other food with you for emergencies, especially for the elderly and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat food that is unsanitary, has an odor, or has spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or beverages offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort caused by changes in water and climate during the trip, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry medical records for emergencies. Never take medicines provided by others at will.
6. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Group members who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any and all liability arising from drunken behavior, disturbances of public order, infringement on others, or financial losses caused to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited and their scale is modest, and facilities are relatively old, not on par with comparable hotels in China.
② Hotels in Europe do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the supplies provided by the hotel are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, historical buildings, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air-conditioning equipment.
⑤ Hotels in Italy are relatively old in construction. Blankets are generally kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ If needed, guests should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is also common in most parts of Europe.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hot drinking water is not provided in hotel rooms in Europe.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Since breakfast times vary among hotels in Europe, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early according to the time announced by the hotel, to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding insufficient food available.
④ Compared with China, hotel dining has certain gaps: breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are also not very plentiful. There is a considerable gap between the quantity and quality and the standards in China.
3. Hotel check-in safety reminders:
① Please keep valuables safe and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings properly, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards so you can use them as proof when applying for replacements in case of loss. The company is not responsible for any loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety guidelines, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and become familiar with the hotel's emergency exits, safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers where you are staying or your room number, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room casually. Lock the door when entering or leaving the room, check before sleeping that the door and windows are closed and the safety lock is engaged, and keep valuables close to you rather than near windows or other exposed places.
⑤ If group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the accompanying tour guide and pick up a hotel business card at the hotel front desk. The card shows the hotel address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① Tour group members must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coach will not wait. Those who fail to gather at the agreed time and place, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their trip, and no refund will be provided.
② The pick-up and drop-off times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, our company will notify you promptly. Please be patient.)
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size coaches, midi coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Generally, full-size coaches have a dedicated luggage compartment, while midi coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively less luggage space. Because bus luggage space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size and guarantee one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, bus parking areas in most European cities are located far from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to park randomly; violators will be fined heavily. Sometimes the boarding and alighting points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Safety reminders for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not casually handle any items in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, follow your tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please be sure to close the tour bus windows and carry your valuables with you. In case of loss or theft, the travel agency assumes no responsibility.
⑥ Because the journey is very long and the vehicles carry heavy loads along the way, if a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate actively.
III. Other Important Notes and Precautions
1. Please observe the local laws and regulations of each destination.
2. Please be sure to carry your relevant documents and valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide and avoid leaving the group to ensure safety.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health condition and abilities, and follow the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seatbelt, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. We kindly ask group members to avoid participating in these activities as much as possible during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on taking part, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities that are suspected of being illegal.
6. Please pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around freely inside the safari park and not feeding the animals, etc.
7. When touring in areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
