Registration Notice and Terms of Responsibility
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's "Registration Notice and Liability Terms." The "Registration Notice and Liability Terms" are important matters notified by our company to outbound tour group members and, together with this company's "Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret all content on this website.
(1) Registration process and precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation, and the group departure notice in advance. Upon submission of your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any group member violates the rules already mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by that group member.
1. When registering, please first fill out the registration order on the website. Carefully enter and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by the individual. Since tourist bus seats are limited, the company will arrange boarding priority based on payment receipt. Please arrange payment within the valid time of the order after verifying the information. Those who have not paid the full tour fee by the deadline will be treated as automatically withdrawn from the group, and our company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that 100% of the group fee is fully paid at least five working days before the departure date. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must complete payment promptly on their own initiative; otherwise, this agency has the right to hold or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances, without prior consent from the registrant. Any handling fees incurred regardless of the payment method shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip for bank counter remittance, or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax. The proof must include the corresponding order number; otherwise, finance cannot match the received payment to the order. If the group fee has still not arrived 2 days before the end of the tour due to late payment, this agency has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding amount in cash with the tour guide; if it is later verified as a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. Once the company confirms receipt of a group member's payment, we will confirm their participation in the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a pre-departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, group members may not receive the pre-departure notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member proactively for assistance.
4. Our company by default arranges hotel room types according to the requirements given by group members at registration. Under special circumstances, such as insufficient rooms at certain hotels during peak tourist season or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet the requirements of travelers due to incorrect gender or room type information provided at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the availability of rooms on the day of check-in, and any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the group member.
5. If group members need to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must proactively raise this at the time of registration or before joining the group and sign a "Mid-Trip Departure Statement." For early departure, 16 euros is deducted for each hotel night not stayed; if no hotel nights are skipped, no fee reduction applies. If a group member requests to leave the group midway during the trip, they must proactively inform the tour guide and sign a "Mid-Trip Departure Statement," and fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding health, identity and other matters at registration and during the itinerary, fill in relevant materials honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Travelers with special medical history (for example, those suffering from serious illness, terminal illness or infectious diseases) must truthfully disclose this at registration. Given travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a traveler.
6. Participants aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member and must complete a Tour Participation Declaration. If there is no accompanying family member but the person insists on joining the tour, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences arising from the group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group member;
7. Group members who are pregnant must disclose this truthfully at registration. Pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are generally not recommended to join the group. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Disclaimer, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on circumstances. Those under 24 weeks of pregnancy who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Group Participation Declaration, although our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on circumstances. All consequences arising from individual reasons of group members during the trip shall be borne by the members themselves.
8. Minors joining the group must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. All consequences arising from the minor's own reasons or the accompanying adult's negligence during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all travel group information provided is accurate and correct, with personal identification and contact phone number being particularly important; any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, inability to cross borders due to an expired personal ID or a visa type not meeting the entry regulations of the relevant country, or the traveler's mobile phone number being wrong so that the guide and other relevant staff cannot contact them) shall be borne by the traveler, including losses such as personal return costs, transportation fees and travel expenses.
9. Applicants are strictly advised not to book any flights or train tickets related to the registered itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for participation. If a group member books flights or train tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but ultimately fails to register successfully, all losses shall be borne by the applicant.

[Note]:
If a group member is unable to join the group on time due to special circumstances, they may reschedule for a future trip; rescheduling terms are as described above.
If a group member suddenly withdraws during the trip or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals or sightseeing), they must personally complete and sign the "Mid-Trip Withdrawal Statement" provided by our company; fees paid will not be refunded.
All the above situations must be based on written notice; otherwise, they will be considered automatic waivers, and the company bears no responsibility.
(4) Obligations of group members
1. Group members must not engage in any illegal activities during the trip.
2. Group members, when exercising their rights, shall not harm the interests of the state, society or collectives, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social morality. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel, and show mutual respect and assistance among fellow group members; respect local ethnic customs and local conditions; it is strictly prohibited to carve or draw on scenic spots or buildings, and uncivilized behaviors such as spitting or littering are not allowed.
4. Make an effort to acquire the knowledge needed for travel and improve your self-protection awareness. Group members may choose and purchase travel personal accident insurance and other insurance on their own. During the trip, you should properly keep your luggage and belongings; valuables should be carried on your person or protected by other measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to local weather and take care of children's safety.
6. When group members voluntarily participate in dangerous tourism projects included in the regular tour itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, and other tourism projects that may cause personal injury, any resulting other disputes, property losses, or personal injuries shall be borne by the group member individually, and our company bears no responsibility.
(5) Responsibilities
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. In the event of insufficient numbers, or changes beyond our company's control such as problems with a ship or vehicle, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, our company will refund all fees paid by group members in full or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company shall not be liable for the cancellation of any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activities, major contagious epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rioting, war, or other incidents beyond the company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as weather, traffic, strikes, or other unexpected circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tourism item before departure or after departure, and also reserves the right to shorten or extend the itinerary, but must notify group members in advance. Any additional expenses or losses arising therefrom are not the responsibility of the company, and group members may not object or withdraw on such grounds.

If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the group member shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.
6. If a group member encounters an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while participating in recreational or game activities, or illness, death, falls, or injuries resulting from personal activities, or a group member violating the terms and notices stated in our company's agreement) resulting in personal injury or property loss, the related liability and expenses shall be borne by the group member themselves; our company shall not be responsible for such injuries, deaths, or property losses. If this causes losses to our company, the group member shall bear the compensation liability.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to abide by the rules or obstructs the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel their group participation qualification.
