Day 9
Lofoten Town - Hamnøy - Reine - A Town - Lofoten Town
Itinerary details
Today we spend the whole day exploring the Lofoten Islands, a secluded paradise. [Hamnøy] This is the filming location of the cover of Lonely Planet. The red fishermen's cabins facing the sea, set apart from the world, are a unique scene. Stroll across Hamnøy Bridge to feel the tranquility and everyday life between mountains and sea. In the silent air, a sense of secluded beauty lingers, like a fairyland outside the world. [Reine Village] Located at the western tip of the Lofoten Islands, red and yellow fishermen's cabins stretch along the coastline. Surrounded by granite peaks and fjord scenery, it resembles a fairyland. In 2005, it was voted one of the most beautiful fishing villages in Norway by local Norwegian media, and it is a must-visit stop for Lofoten tourism. [Å Village] Known as the world's shortest-named town, this is a small fishing village engaged in cod farming. "Å" means small river in Old Norse and is the final letter of the Norwegian alphabet. The name expresses how remote the town feels, as if at the end of the world. After the tour, return to the hotel to check in. If you have enough time, you may also optionally experience a fjord cruise. △【Serene Trolls Fjord Cruise (approx. 3-3.5 hours)】 Trollfjord, located in northern Norway, is a breathtaking natural wonder, topped with glaciers and waterfalls that form a magnificent landscape painting. The fjord's entrance is only 100 meters wide, but it widens the deeper you go, like a passage leading into a mysterious world. Since no vehicles can enter the fjord, you must travel by boat to explore it. The boat cruise (approx. 3-3.5 hours) winds through the fjord, letting you feel the overwhelming power of nature. Every bend of Trollfjord reveals unforgettable, picture-perfect scenery. From towering cliffs to waterfalls plunging down, the fjord offers stunning backdrops for your photography.

Registration Notice and Responsibility Terms of This Agency
To best protect your interests, please carefully read this company's “Registration Instructions and Liability Rules.” The “Registration Instructions and Liability Rules” are important notices from our company to outbound travel group members and, together with this company's “Overseas Travel Safety Instructions and Other Precautions,” form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights of interpretation over the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read in advance all the terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation and the group departure notice. Once you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If a group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the group member.
1. When registering, please first complete the registration order on the website. Please carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect registration information entered by the individual. Since tourist bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding arrangements based on payment receipt. After verifying the information, please arrange payment within the valid order period. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be automatically treated as withdrawn from the group, and our company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid more than five working days before the group departure date. Because tourist coach seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment; otherwise, the company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances without obtaining the registrant's prior consent. Any handling fees incurred regardless of the payment method shall be borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip from a bank counter remittance or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, finance cannot match the received payment to the order. If the tour fee has not arrived 2 days before the end of the tour due to late payment, the company has the right to require the member to deposit the corresponding tour fee in cash with the tour guide; if, after verification, it is found to be a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the excess amount paid.
3. Upon confirming receipt of the group member's payment, the company will confirm the member's participation in the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a pre-departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, group members may not receive the pre-departure notice three days before departure. If this occurs, please actively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company by default arranges hotel room types according to the requirements group members provided at registration. In special circumstances, such as insufficient rooms at certain hotels during peak tourist seasons or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a traveler's requirements due to incorrect gender or room type information provided at registration, our agency will coordinate and arrange based on the rooms available on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the group member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the group midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us proactively at the time of registration or before joining the group and sign a "Mid-Tour Departure Statement". For early departure, a reduction of 16 € is given for each night not stayed; if no hotel nights are cancelled, no fee reduction applies. If a group member requests to leave the group midway during the trip, they must inform the tour guide proactively and sign the "Mid-Tour Departure Statement"; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity and other matters during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant materials honestly, and complete legal procedures. Expenses and losses arising from personal reasons such as physical discomfort during the trip shall be borne by the group member. Travelers with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illness, terminal illness or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at registration. Given travelers' health conditions or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a traveler.
6. Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member when registering for the tour and must complete a Tour Participation Declaration. If there is no family member accompanying them but they insist on registering, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences arising from a group member's own reasons during the trip shall be borne by that group member;
7. If a group member is pregnant, this must be truthfully declared at the time of registration. Pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are in principle not recommended to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Disclaimer; our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant but insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Tour Participation Statement; our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences arising from individual reasons of group members during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship obligations and is responsible for the minor's safety. All consequences arising from the minor group member's own reasons or the accompanying person's negligence during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all travel information provided is accurate and complete, with personal ID details and contact phone number being especially important. All consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, being unable to cross borders due to an expired personal ID or a visa type that does not meet the entry tourism regulations of the relevant country, or the traveler providing an incorrect mobile phone number so that the tour guide and other relevant staff cannot contact them) shall be borne by the traveler, including any resulting losses in personal return fares, transportation costs, travel expenses and similar.
9. Applicants must not book any flights or train or bus tickets related to the tour itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed for participation. If a member books flights or tickets related to the itinerary of their own accord but ultimately fails to join the tour, all losses shall be borne by the applicant.
