Itinerary details
Depart from Madrid to visit the two historic cities of Segovia and Toledo. First, arrive in Segovia and visit the UNESCO World Heritage site [Roman Aqueduct of Segovia], marveling at this iconic 1st-century monument, considered an important model of Roman-era civil engineering in Spain. Located on the high ground of Segovia's old town is the [Cathedral of Segovia] (exterior), a late-built Gothic cathedral in Spain. View from afar the [Alcázar of Segovia] (exterior), the castle that served as the prototype for the castles in Disney's animated films "Snow White" and "Sleeping Beauty". In the afternoon, travel by bus to Toledo, one of the oldest cities in Europe. The complete old town of Toledo has been listed as a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO. Toledo is even called the "city that stopped in the 16th century" and is the "capital of three cultures" of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. You will feel the mystery and profundity of religion and admire the ancient architecture that has survived from the Middle Ages, visiting the [Old Town of Toledo] and the [Toledo Cathedral] (exterior). Travel Group Notes
To best safeguard your interests, please read carefully this company's "Registration Notice and Responsibility Rules." This company's "Registration Notice and Responsibility Rules" are important matters notified to outbound tour group members. Together with this company's "Overseas Travel Safety Notice and Other Precautions," they form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration process and precautions
By registering through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company webpage, the order confirmation, and the tour notice before submitting your order. After you submit your order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any group member violates the rules mentioned in the terms, all consequences shall be borne by that group member.
1. When registering, please first complete the booking order on the webpage. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up/drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information entered by the individual. After successful submission, the company will send you an order confirmation. Because tour bus seats are limited, the company will prioritize boarding based on payment receipt. The company will ultimately arrange vehicles according to group size to guarantee one seat per person. After verifying the information, please arrange payment within the valid order period. Those who fail to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the group, and the company has the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that, once the group departure is confirmed, they pay 100% of the group fee within the order retention period. Because tour bus seats and hotel room allocations are limited, and hotel bookings often have time limits, members who register within five working days before departure must proactively and promptly complete payment; otherwise, the company has the right to retain or cancel such orders depending on the specific circumstances, without obtaining prior consent from the registrant. Regardless of the payment method, any handling fees incurred are borne by the payer. After payment, please send the payment proof (the transaction slip for bank counter remittances, or a screenshot of the successful online transfer confirmation) to our company by email or fax, and be sure to note the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, finance cannot match the received funds to the correct order. If, due to a late payment, the group fee has still not been received 2 days before the group's end, the company has the right to require members to deposit the corresponding group fee in cash with the tour guide on duty; if it is later verified that a double payment was made, our company will immediately refund the excess group fee.
3. Our company will confirm the travel group members' participation after receiving payment from members. Three days before departure, members will receive a departure notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information for reference such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filter settings, members may not receive the departure notice three days before departure. If this occurs, please proactively contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company defaults to same-gender room sharing. When arranging hotel room types according to the requirements provided at registration, if there are single or odd-numbered guests (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), our company will arrange room sharing based on actual circumstances. If you do not agree to room-sharing arrangements, you may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement fee. In special circumstances, such as during peak tourist seasons when some hotels have insufficient rooms or other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a traveler's requirements due to incorrect gender or room-type requirements entered at registration, our company will coordinate and arrange based on the availability of rooms on the day of hotel check-in, and any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the group member.
Note: Travelers who do not know each other and are paired as roommates are arranged by our company, but we are not responsible for the personalities or behavior of group members. If any differences in habits or disputes arise, neither our company nor the tour guide is responsible for coordinating or intervening.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us at the time of registration or before joining the tour and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement." For early departure, a deduction of 30 euros applies for each night of accommodation not used (if the registration is for a single room throughout the entire tour, the deduction is 50 euros per night). If no hotel nights are cut short, no tour fee reduction will be granted. If a group member requests to leave the tour midway during the trip, they must inform the tour guide proactively and sign a "Mid-Tour Withdrawal Statement"; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information regarding their health, identity, and other details during registration and the itinerary, fill in relevant information honestly, and complete legal procedures. Any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons, such as physical discomfort during the trip, shall be borne by the group member. Tourists with special medical histories (for example, those with serious illness, terminal illness, or infectious diseases) must disclose this truthfully at the time of registration. In view of a tourist's health condition or other reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the registration.
6. Persons over 70 years old registering for the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete a "Tour Participation Statement"; if they have no family member accompanying them and insist on registering, our company has the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. All consequences caused by group members' own reasons during the trip shall be borne by the group members themselves.
7. Travelers who are pregnant must disclose this truthfully at the time of registration. In principle, pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are not recommended to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by one family member and fill out a Disclaimer; however, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must be accompanied by one family member and fill out a Tour Participation Declaration; however, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance depending on the circumstances. Any consequences caused by the individual circumstances of group members during the trip shall be borne by the group members themselves.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. Any consequences caused by the minor's own circumstances or by the accompanying adult's negligence during the trip shall be borne by the group member.
9. Group members must confirm that all the group participation information they provide is accurate and complete, with personal identity document information and contact phone numbers being especially important. Any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by group members (for example, being unable to cross borders due to an expired personal document or a visa type that does not meet the entry travel regulations of the relevant country, or the guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number they provided is wrong) shall be borne by the participant, including personal return fees, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Travelers are advised not to book any flights or train tickets related to the booked itinerary on their own before the order is confirmed. If a traveler books flights or train tickets related to the itinerary on their own initiative but the booking is ultimately unsuccessful, all losses shall be borne by the traveler.
11. Under any of the following circumstances, the travel agency may terminate the contract (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws and administrative regulations): (1) the traveler suffers from an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other travelers; (2) the traveler carries items that endanger public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) the traveler engages in illegal activities or activities that violate public morality; (4) the traveler engages in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties and does not stop when dissuaded; (5) other circumstances affecting the performance of the contract as stipulated by law. When the travel agency terminates the contract due to the above circumstances, it shall notify the traveler in writing or by other means, and may refund the remaining balance to the traveler after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

If a group member intentionally fails to comply with the rules or obstructs the normal activities and interests of the group, the company's tour leader has the right to cancel that member's participation qualification, and fees paid will not be refunded. The company bears no responsibility for that member's actions after leaving the group.
8. The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If group members have subsequent travel arrangements requiring other transportation to other cities, we strongly recommend leaving at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience from delays. Our company is not responsible for losses in independently arranged travel plans caused by group members failing to allow sufficient buffer time.
(5) Overseas travel safety notice and other precautions
I. Friendly Reminders
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring a student card.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, the plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). If needed, please bring your own appropriate plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach companies require that all children, regardless of age, must have a seat. Since most tour buses do not provide separate child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old on the tour may prepare their own, but each child safety seat can only occupy one bus seat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all self-provided safety seats will be suitable for tour buses; please take note.
II. Safety Notice
Yi
1. Weather in Europe is changeable; please be sure to carry rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe; our company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact information on your luggage for identification, and to facilitate return if the luggage is found. If luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as hotels, airlines, etc.) as soon as possible and report to the police. If the luggage is ultimately not recovered, you must keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organizations or insurance company (if insurance has been purchased).
Dining
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans are accustomed to a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice and similar items. Hotels arranged by our company all include a self-service breakfast.
2. Bring bottled water, dry snacks and other food with you for emergencies, especially for elderly people and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water, and do not eat unsanitary food or food that is spoiled or has an unusual odor.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or beverages given by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in water and climate during the trip, bring commonly used or habitual medications. Long-term patients should carry their medical records in case of need. Never take medications provided by others casually.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol consumption. Tour members who enjoy drinking should strictly control their alcohol intake during the trip. Any responsibility arising from excessive drinking, causing trouble, disturbing social order, infringing on others, or causing financial losses to third parties shall be borne by the person responsible.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very limited numbers of hotels in the city center, and these hotels are generally small in scale with older facilities. Their standard is not comparable to similar hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please prepare your daily necessities.
③ Please check whether the amenities provided by the hotel for you are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it immediately to the hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, such as environmental protection, the long history of buildings, and Europe's relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air-conditioning.
⑤ Hotels in Italy are often quite old. Blankets are usually kept in the wardrobe in the room. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request more.
⑥If needed, guests are requested to bring their own portable travel hair dryer.
⑦German-style double beds usually consist of one large bed with two bed sets. Regardless of whether guests request one large bed or two single beds, this bed type is also common in most European regions.
2. Hotel meals:
① Hotel rooms in Europe do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food, do not waste it, and do not take it away.
③ Since breakfast hours differ among European hotels, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early according to the time announced by the hotel, to avoid a situation where late arrival due to personal reasons results in insufficient food supply.
④ Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China. Breakfast is relatively simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfast is the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee), and lunch and dinner are not particularly lavish. Their quantity and quality differ considerably from domestic standards.
3. Hotel check-in safety reminders:
① Please keep valuables in safe custody and do not leave them in the hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings properly, and carry a copy of your travel documents and credit cards to serve as proof for replacement in case of loss. This company is not responsible for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, you should familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions, check whether the room windows can be opened, locate the fire-fighting equipment, and become familiar with the hotel's emergency exits, emergency staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room freely. Always lock the room door when entering or leaving, check before sleeping that the door and windows are closed and the safety lock is engaged, and keep valuables close to you rather than near windows or in other exposed places.
⑤ When group members need to go out after checking into the hotel, they should inform the tour guide and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel address and phone number, which can be shown to others for help if you get lost.
row
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes in advance. Our tour coach will not wait. Those who fail to gather and depart at the agreed time and location, or fail to join midway, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and alighting times stated on the webpage are estimated times. The specific boarding and alighting locations are subject to confirmation by this company. (If traffic conditions or other special circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding location on time, or if the time or location changes temporarily, this company will notify you promptly. Please be patient and wait.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, medium coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Standard large coaches have a dedicated luggage compartment for storing luggage, while medium coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively smaller luggage space. Given the limited luggage compartment space on buses, it is recommended to avoid bringing too much luggage whenever possible when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding in front of attractions, bus parking spots in most European cities are located far from the sites. Drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they like, and violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the drop-off and pick-up points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all group members for their understanding.
2. Safety tips for riding the coach:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the coach.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not randomly handle any items on the bus, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary bus stops, follow the tour guide's arrangements and do not wander far away.
⑤ When group members get off the bus to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure the bus windows are closed and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥Due to the long travel time and heavy vehicle load along the way, if the bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Group members are requested to cooperate actively.
III. Other Notes and Precautions
1. Please abide by local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When participating in group activities, you should follow the instructions of the tour leader/tour guide and avoid leaving the group for safety reasons.
4. Before participating in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health and abilities and comply with the relevant safety guidelines for the activity, such as wearing life jackets, fastening seat belts, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. Group members are kindly requested to avoid participating in these activities during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals in wildlife parks.
7. When visiting areas with poor public order, extra vigilance is especially required, and traveling alone should be avoided.
