Tour Information
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. These important notices from our company to members of our outbound tour groups form part of the travel contract, along with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes.” Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour notice before departure. Once you submit an order, we will consider you to have confirmed and fully agreed to all terms published by our company. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. To book, first complete the booking form on the website. Please fill it in carefully and check that all information is correct, including names, gender, document numbers, contact details, room type, and boarding and drop-off points. The company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As tour bus seats are limited, boarding places will be allocated in order of payment received. We will arrange vehicles based on the group size and guarantee one seat per person. After checking that all details are correct, please make payment within the booking's validity period. If the tour price is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel it without further notice.
2. Participants must pay 100% of the tour fee within the booking hold period once the group is confirmed to operate. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, participants booking within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such bookings without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. Any transaction fees arising from payment of the tour fee, regardless of payment method, are the payer’s responsibility. After payment, please email or fax our company proof of payment (the bank counter transfer slip or a screenshot of the successful online transfer page). Be sure to include the relevant booking number in the payment reference; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the booking. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the participant to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the overpaid amount.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour once we have received your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information for reference such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filters, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. We arrange room sharing with a person of the same gender by default. Hotel room types are assigned according to group members’ requests at registration. If an individual or an odd-numbered group (such as 3, 5, or 7 people) registers, we will arrange room sharing as appropriate. If you do not agree to the room-sharing arrangement, you may pay an additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or due to other uncontrollable factors, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangement at the hotel does not meet your requirements because you entered the wrong gender or room preference when registering, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability on the day of check-in. Any resulting additional costs must be paid by the group member.
Note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know each other, the company is not responsible for the personalities or conduct of fellow tour members. If any differences in habits or disputes arise, neither the company nor the tour guide is responsible for resolving them or getting involved.
5. If, due to special circumstances, a tour member needs to leave the group before the tour ends, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Declaration of Early Departure from the Tour.” For each night of accommodation missed due to early departure, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No refund will be given if no hotel nights are missed. If a tour member requests to leave the group during the tour, they must notify the tour guide and sign a “Declaration of Early Departure from the Tour”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and comply with legal formalities. Tour members are responsible for any costs and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a history of serious illness (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when booking. If they insist on joining without a family member, we reserve the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy truthfully when booking. As a rule, participation is not recommended for anyone more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Disclaimer”; however, we reserve the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, we reserve the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of supervision and is responsible for their safety. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or inadequate supervision by the accompanying adult.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, particularly personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or the tour guide and other staff being unable to contact a tour member because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs or losses, including the cost of returning home, transportation, and travel expenses, are the tour member’s responsibility.
10. Please do not book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before your booking is confirmed. If you choose to book such tickets but your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a traveler meets any of the following conditions (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) The traveler has an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other travelers; (2) The traveler carries items that threaten public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) The traveler engages in illegal activities or activities contrary to public morals; (4) The traveler engages in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other parties and fails to heed warnings or stop; (5) Any other circumstance specified by law that affects the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it must notify the traveler in writing or by other means. It may deduct necessary expenses at its discretion and refund the balance to the traveler.

(3) Group Member Obligations
1. Travelers must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, participants must not harm the interests of the country, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, treat and assist fellow group members with mutual respect, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Vandalizing landscapes or buildings by carving or drawing on them is strictly prohibited, as are uncivilized behaviors such as spitting or littering.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local climate and take care to keep children safe.
6. If tour members voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, they are solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury; our company accepts no liability.
(4) Responsibilities
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, attractions visited, and departure dates as necessary based on the specific circumstances.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or changes occur beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a similar replacement product. Our company will not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, calamities, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other events beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, or to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify group members in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and group members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, group members should take care of their personal safety and exercise caution in traffic, and keep their belongings and luggage safe. If anything is lost, stolen, or robbed during the trip, resulting in loss or damage, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Tour members must carry valid passports, visa pages, residence permits, and other required documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the tour early because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and no refund will be given for the remaining tour fee. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, they must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a tour member is involved in an accident during the itinerary (for example, an accident while taking part in entertainment or games, or illness, death, a fall, or injury resulting from personal activities; or a tour member’s breach of the provisions and instructions set out in our terms), the tour member is solely responsible for any personal injury or property loss and all related liability and costs. We accept no responsibility for such injury or loss. The tour member must compensate us for any resulting losses.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or interferes with the group’s normal activities or interests, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we will not be responsible for anything the tour member does after leaving the group.

We appreciate your understanding. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from onward travel arrangements made by tour members who have not allowed sufficient extra time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
1. Helpful Tips
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one passenger seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied safety seats will fit the tour coach. Please take note.
2. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please be sure to bring rain gear and a warm coat.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, retain the police report to claim compensation from the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans typically eat a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist of bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. The hotels arranged by us all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks for emergencies, especially if traveling with older adults or children.
3. Do not drink unclean water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual smell, or is spoiled;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks given to you by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from unfamiliar food, water, or climate during your trip, bring commonly used or regular medications. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medication provided by someone else without checking.
6. Our travel agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Tour members who choose to drink must strictly control their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible for all resulting liability.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are generally small, with older facilities, and do not meet the standard of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Hotels in Italy are often in older buildings and generally provide blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room closet. If you cannot find one, please contact the front desk.
⑥ If needed, guests should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double rooms often have one large bed with two sets of bedding. This bed arrangement is common across much of Europe, whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please do not waste food or take it away.
③ As breakfast hours vary from hotel to hotel in Europe, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early, at the time specified by the hotel, to avoid not having enough food available if you arrive late for personal reasons.
④ Hotel food differs somewhat from what is served in China. Breakfast is usually simple (German breakfasts are more substantial; Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are not always plentiful either, and their quantity and quality fall well below the standards in China.
3. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please take good care of your valuables. Do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case they are lost and need to be replaced. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, read the hotel safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, stairways, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not allow strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep, check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close by; do not leave them near the windows or elsewhere.
⑤ If you need to leave the hotel during your stay, please inform your tour guide and ask for a hotel business card at the front desk. It has the hotel address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Transportation
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. If you fail to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, or fail to join the tour along the way, you will be deemed to have forfeited your participation, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact boarding and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the boarding point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage-compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To prevent excessive congestion near attractions, in most European cities tour buses must park far from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish. Violations incur heavy fines. Sometimes the boarding and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with anything on the bus, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the bus is temporarily stopped, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, please remember to close the coach windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ The journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain. If the vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly arrange remedial measures. Please cooperate.
3. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. During group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We recommend that group members avoid these activities during free time on the tour. If you choose to participate, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may be illegal.
6. Pay attention to and take all warnings seriously. For example, do not walk around or feed animals in wildlife parks.
7. Take extra care and remain especially alert when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
