Depart from Frankfurt at 8:00 a.m. for shopping at Metzingen Outletcity, and return at approximately 4:00 p.m. Metzingen Outletcity covers a total area of 40,000 square meters. It has a magnetic appeal for fashion lovers and features more than 170 renowned domestic and international brands. Enjoy luxury shopping with discounts of up to 70% year-round. Brands here include Prada, Gucci, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, and many more. It is also home to the HUGO BOSS outlet flagship store. Its wide variety of brands is what makes Metzingen Outletcity stand out among outlet centers! *The Metzingen shopping tour requires a tour leader to count passengers when boarding and alighting, collect discount vouchers for the group from the INFO center at the shopping village, and distribute them to tour members. The tour leader must have some English or German communication skills and be able to communicate with the driver. If you would like to volunteer as tour leader, please leave a note with your booking~ *Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please pay promptly to confirm your place on the tour. Once confirmed, an “Tour Confirmation” email will be sent by 6:00 p.m. on the day before departure; please check your inbox. (The discount vouchers will be given to the volunteer tour leader for distribution to the group. Thank you for your understanding.) Please note that Kaiyuan Gutscheins and Travel Pass credits cannot be used for this tour. Each tour participant will receive a Metzingen 10% discount card, valid at the outlet stores in Metzingen.
Important notes
Note: All times shown on this webpage are approximate. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have onward travel plans involving other transport to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid disruption and inconvenience in case of delays. Booking Information and Terms of Liability
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our "Booking Instructions and Liability Terms." These are important notices from our company to travelers on outbound tours and, together with our "Overseas Travel Safety Instructions and Other Important Information," form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour departure notice beforehand. By submitting an order, you are deemed to confirm and fully agree to the terms published by our company. Travelers are solely responsible for all consequences arising from their violation of any rules stated in these terms.
1. When registering, please first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check that all details are correct, including names, gender, document numbers, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will prioritize pick-up arrangements based on when payment is received. After checking that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fee in full at least five working days before departure. As seats on tour buses and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, tour members booking within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the registrant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (a bank counter transaction receipt or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not been received two days before the tour ends, we reserve the right to require the tour member to pay the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is later confirmed that the payment was made twice, we will immediately refund the overpaid amount;
3. We will confirm tour members’ bookings once we have received their payments. Three days before departure, tour members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration, with details for reference such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filters, tour members may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. By default, we arrange hotel room types according to the tour members’ requests at the time of registration. In exceptional circumstances, such as peak travel seasons when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms or for other uncontrollable reasons, room types may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If room arrangements on arrival do not meet a tour member’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room type at registration, we will make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred must be borne by the tour member.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us at the time of booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Tour Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted; there will be no reduction in the tour fee if no hotel night is missed. If a tour member requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Tour Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms accurately, and follow all legal procedures. Any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the tour member’s responsibility. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or an infectious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or above must be accompanied by a family member and complete the "Group Tour Declaration." If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers are solely responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. In principle, travelers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are advised not to join the tour. Those who insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete the "Liability Waiver," but our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the "Group Tour Declaration," but our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers are solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their guardianship duties and is responsible for the minor's safety. Travelers are solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from the minor's own actions or the accompanying adult's failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Travelers must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Travelers shall bear any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because their personal identification document has expired or their visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements, or tour staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile number). Any resulting personal return, transportation, travel, or other costs shall be borne by the traveler.
9. Please do not book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before your tour booking is confirmed. If you choose to book such tickets but are ultimately unable to join the tour, you shall bear all resulting losses.

All of the above cases must be supported by written notice; otherwise, they will be considered voluntarily waived, and our company accepts no responsibility.
(4) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collectives, or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Tour members must respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and cooperation with other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and must not deface or write on scenic sites or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for the trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance independently. During the trip, they should take good care of their luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with them or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please check the local weather and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. Travelers who voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may result in personal injury, shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property damage, or personal injury. Our company bears no liability.
(5) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If there are too few participants, or a ship╱flight has a problem, or other circumstances arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. We shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other uncontrollable events that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, we may cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and may also shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. We shall not be liable for any resulting extra expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary by country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and safeguard their belongings and luggage. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If they have to leave the tour early due to a problem with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, they must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property during the itinerary due to an accident (such as an accident while taking part in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or injury from a fall resulting from personal activities, or the traveler's violation of the rules and notices stated in our company's terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The traveler shall compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a traveler deliberately fails to comply with the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company is not responsible for any actions taken by the traveler after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are estimates only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you plan to continue your journey to another city using other transportation, we strongly recommend leaving at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from travelers' failure to leave sufficient extra time for self-arranged travel.
