Our Booking Guidelines and Terms of Liability
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our “Booking Guidelines and Terms of Liability.” These guidelines are important information that our company provides to travelers on outbound tours and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notices,” form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret all content on this website.
(I) Booking process and important notes
Before booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the booking confirmation and tour departure notice. By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all terms published by our company. If any traveler breaches the rules set out in these terms, they are responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully fill in and check that all information, including names, genders, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room requirements, and pickup and drop-off points, is correct. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from booking information entered incorrectly by individuals. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will give priority to tour members based on when their payments are received. Once you have checked that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid in full at least five working days before departure. As tour bus seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to time limits, members booking within five working days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any transaction fees incurred regardless of the payment method. After paying, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for an over-the-counter bank transfer or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number in the proof of payment; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived by two days before the end of the tour, our agency reserves the right to require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is subsequently confirmed that the payment was duplicated, our company will promptly refund the excess amount;
3. We will confirm a tour member’s participation after confirming receipt of payment. Three days before departure, tour members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided in the booking, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Network delays or spam filters may prevent the notice from arriving three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. By default, our company will arrange hotel room types according to the tour member’s booking request. In exceptional circumstances, such as peak travel seasons when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, the room type may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If on-site room arrangements do not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room type when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking/before joining the tour and sign the “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used due to early departure, €16 will be deducted; if no hotel night is missed, no tour fee reduction applies. If a group member requests to leave the tour midway after it has begun, they must inform the guide and sign the “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the required forms accurately, and fulfill all legal formalities. Any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the responsibility of the group member. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler's health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking.
6. Travelers over 70 who wish to join the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. The traveler is responsible for all consequences during the trip arising from their own actions.
7. Anyone who is pregnant must disclose this truthfully when booking. As a general rule, pregnant travelers who are more than 24 weeks along are not advised to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Liability Waiver,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Pregnant travelers who are less than 24 weeks along and insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. The traveler is responsible for all consequences during the trip arising from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship duties and be responsible for the minor's safety. The group member is responsible for all consequences during the trip arising from the minor's own actions or the accompanying adult's failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Group members must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. If incorrect information provided by a group member leads to any consequences (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country's entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile number provided is incorrect), the participant is responsible for any resulting costs or losses, including return travel, transport, and other travel expenses.
9. Please do not book any flights or tickets for other forms of transport related to the tour itinerary before your booking has been confirmed. If you choose to book flights or other transport tickets related to the itinerary but your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you are responsible for all resulting losses.

The above circumstances must be supported by written notice; otherwise, they will be treated as voluntary forfeiture, and our company accepts no responsibility.
(IV) Tour member obligations
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and support for other members of the group. They should respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface or write on landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for the trip and improve your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may independently choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, they should take good care of their luggage and belongings, keeping valuables with them or taking other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please check the local weather and pay attention to children's safety.
6. Group members who voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, and bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, are personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company bears no liability.
(V) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing stops, and tour departure dates as required by the circumstances.
2. If there are too few participants, or if circumstances beyond our control arise, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company is not liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other uncontrollable disasters that may seriously endanger tour members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, please take care of your personal and traffic safety, and keep your belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, please notify the tour leader promptly and report it to the police. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a group member leaves the tour midway because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for doing so, and the remaining tour fee is non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the departing member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an incident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, a fall, or injury resulting from personal activities, or the group member's violation of the clauses and instructions in our company's terms), the group member is responsible for all related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The group member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group's normal activities or interests, our tour leader may cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company is not responsible for any actions taken by that group member after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If group members have onward travel plans to other cities using another form of transport, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from onward travel arrangements made by group members without allowing sufficient extra time.
