Day 3
Swiss town - Jungfraujoch - Interlaken - Lucerne
Itinerary details
After breakfast, depart the hotel for Interlaken. Its Latin name means “between two lakes.” As an essential stop on the way to Jungfraujoch, Interlaken has also become a popular European holiday destination. Next, visit 【Jungfrau】 (optional activity). At 4,158 meters high and stretching 18 kilometers, it resembles a young woman with long hair, draped in snow and resting peacefully among the clouds. Take the mountain railway to enjoy the stunning Alpine scenery. After descending from Jungfrau, you can try the paragliding experience featured in Crash Landing on You (available only from April to October). Interlaken is a premier paragliding destination in Switzerland and Europe. Fly from Beatenberg to Interlaken, covering a relative elevation difference of 800 meters (1,350 meters above sea level), and capture unforgettable moments while enjoying magnificent views of the Interlaken region and the Jungfrau massif! In the evening, check in to a 3- or 4-star hotel in a Swiss town.
Important notes
Important Notes 1. The snow-mountain activities on this tour take place at high altitude, where temperatures are low. We especially recommend that you prepare as follows: ① Bring warm, windproof outerwear and outdoor shoes. ② Wear sunglasses in sunny weather to protect your eyes from the intense glare reflected by the snow. 2. Paragliding booking restrictions (April–October only) Age limit: Children under 6 require parental consent; there is no upper age limit. Weight limit: Minimum weight is 25 kg and maximum weight is 100 kg (the 16:45–18:00 activity is limited to guests weighing under 80 kg). Important Notes 1. Regarding insurance Treatment costs in Switzerland resulting from a paragliding accident are included for participants. (You can purchase separate coverage before departure if you wish.) 2. Altitude sickness Beatenberg is at an altitude of 1,350 meters, while Interlaken is at 800 meters. These altitudes are suitable and generally do not cause altitude sickness. 3. Keeping warm It can be windy and cold during the flight, so please dress warmly and strictly follow the flight instructor’s guidance and arrangements. 4. Companions Companions may watch from the meeting point (the landing site is the large lawn in Interlaken). 5. Weather conditions The itinerary is greatly affected by the weather. If paragliding cannot take place as scheduled due to weather, you may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Tuscany Town - Pisa - Cinque Terre - Italian Town
Itinerary details
After breakfast, depart from the hotel in a Tuscan town for a sightseeing tour of Pisa. Pisa is proud of the architecture from its heyday as a prosperous medieval Mediterranean maritime city. The cathedral complex in this square, home to a cluster of monumental buildings, is known as the “Square of Miracles,” and the “Leaning Tower of Pisa” is also located here. Unlike the squares of other Italian cities, it has a distinctive feel: historic buildings scattered across the square, their white marble radiating a bright, airy atmosphere. Then head to the “Cinque Terre” (optional, at your own expense) to experience the beauty of the Italian countryside. In the Cinque Terre, you can truly feel how life can move at such a slow and cheerful pace (due to time constraints, it is not possible to visit all the villages; the tour guide will make arrangements as appropriate). After the tour, travel to a hotel in an Italian town for check-in.

Important Information for Tour Participants
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document contains important information for outbound tour members and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights of interpretation regarding the contents of this website.
(I) Booking Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour joining notice beforehand. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour member violates the rules mentioned in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. To book, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully enter and check all details, including name, gender, ID/passport number, contact information, room type required, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses arising from errors in the information you provide. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements based on when payment is received. We will arrange the vehicle according to the group size and ensure one seat per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order's validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order-hold period once the group departure is confirmed. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel room bookings are often subject to deadlines, members who register within five working days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our company reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the registrant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by paying the tour fee by any method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt from a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, our company may require the tour member to provide the corresponding tour fee in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is subsequently confirmed that the payment was made twice, we will immediately refund the overpaid amount.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour once we have received your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It will include information about the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. We arrange shared rooms by default for guests of the same gender. When assigning hotel room types according to guests’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests book (such as 3, 5, or 7), we will arrange shared rooms as appropriate. If a guest does not accept this arrangement, they may pay the additional single-room supplement. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel season when a hotel has insufficient rooms or for other uncontrollable reasons, room arrangements may change, and guests must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assigned on arrival does not meet a guest’s requirements because they entered their gender or room preferences incorrectly when booking, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
Note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know each other, we are not responsible for the guests’ personalities or behavior. In the event of differences in habits or disputes, our company and tour guide have no responsibility to mediate or intervene.
5. If a guest needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed after leaving early, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no deduction will be made from the tour price. If a guest requests to leave the tour early after it has started, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Guests must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, complete the required forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Guests are responsible for any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Guests with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a guest’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to accept or decline the booking.
6. Guests aged 70 or older must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when booking. If they insist on booking without a family member accompanying them, our company reserves the right to decline the booking at its discretion. Guests are personally responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
7. Pregnant participants must disclose this when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Liability Waiver,” but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Participation Statement,” but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own personal circumstances.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship duties and be responsible for the minor's safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from a minor participant's own actions or from inadequate supervision by the accompanying person.
9. Participants must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements, or tour staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs for returning, transportation, travel, and other losses must be borne by the participant.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation has been confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a tour member falls into any of the following circumstances (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) The member has an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) The member carries items that endanger public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) The member engages in illegal activities or activities that violate social morality; (4) The member engages in activities that seriously infringe upon the rights and interests of other parties and fails to heed warnings or stop; (5) Other circumstances specified by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract due to any of the above circumstances, it shall notify the tour member in writing or by other means, and may deduct necessary expenses as appropriate before refunding the balance.

(III) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect public morals. Tour members should treat tourism service staff with respect and show mutual respect and assistance to other group members; respect local ethnic customs, traditions, and ways of life; and must not deface or draw on attractions or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. We recommend that guests independently select and purchase personal accident and other travel insurance. During the trip, guests should take proper care of their luggage and belongings and keep valuables with them or take other protective measures. Unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that they have independently purchased overseas travel insurance and accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from a guest’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transport, recreational activities, and other services include the relevant insurance required under local law; this insurance is not part of overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, check the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If guests voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they are solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property losses, or personal injuries. Our company bears no responsibility.
(IV) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions visited, and departure dates as necessary under specific circumstances.
2. If changes outside our company’s control occur, such as insufficient participants or problems with a ship or aircraft, the company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, the company will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product, and will not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of nature, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any part of the tour before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided that tour members are notified in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, guests should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Guests must carry a valid passport, visa pages, residence permit, and other required documents. If a guest has to leave the tour early due to problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this, and the remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other guests, the guest must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a guest is involved in an accident during the itinerary (for example, an accident while taking part in a recreational activity or game, or illness, death, a fall, or an injury resulting from personal activities, or a breach of the rules and notices set out in our company’s terms) that results in personal injury, death, or property loss, the guest is solely responsible for the related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The guest must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a participant deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group's normal activities or interests, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company shall not be responsible for any actions taken by that participant after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals and sporting events, riots, or strikes. Thank you for your understanding. If participants have onward travel arrangements requiring other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from participants' independently arranged travel plans when they have not allowed sufficient extra time.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful Tips
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not have child safety seats available, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat takes up one passenger seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personal safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1. European weather is changeable, so please make sure to bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it is not recovered, keep the police report to claim compensation from the relevant party or your insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans generally have simple breakfasts. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The hotels arranged by our company all include buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks with you in case of need, especially for seniors and children.
3. Do not drink unsafe water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or is spoiled;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort from changes in food, water, or climate while traveling, bring any commonly used or regular medications. Guests with chronic illnesses should bring their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medication provided by others without due care.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Guests who wish to drink during the trip must strictly limit their alcohol consumption. The person responsible shall bear all liability for any disturbance caused by drunkenness, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights, or financial loss to a third party.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and the number of hotels in city centers is very limited. Hotels are also generally small, with older facilities, and may not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own personal essentials.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental concerns, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Hotels in Italy are generally older buildings and usually provide blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room closet. If none are available, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. This bed type is common in most of Europe, whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please do not waste food or take it away.
③ European hotels have different breakfast hours. Please be sure to go to the restaurant early enough to eat at the time specified by the hotel, so you do not arrive late for personal reasons and find that there is not enough food available.
④ Hotel food differs somewhat from Chinese food. Breakfast is fairly simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not particularly lavish, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from what you may be used to in China.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards so you can use them as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into your hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, the locations of the stairwells, and the evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or your room number, and do not allow strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter your room. Before going to sleep, check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close by; do not leave them near the window or on the floor.
⑤ If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel business card from the front desk. It shows the hotel address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. If you fail to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, and are unable to join the tour along the way, you will be considered to have forfeited your place, and no refund will be given.
② The pickup and drop-off times shown on this website are estimates. The exact pickup and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the pickup point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Vehicles include large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minivans. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minivans have less luggage space. As bus luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding at attractions, coach parking is some distance from attractions in most European cities. Drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish, and violators may face substantial fines. Sometimes the pickup and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety instructions for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with anything on the bus, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the bus is temporarily stopped, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the tour bus to visit attractions, eat, or shop, please make sure the bus windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicles are heavily used along the way, should a vehicle break down and affect the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate actively.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your personal health and ability, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly recommend that guests avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If a guest chooses to participate, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and follow all warnings. For example, do not walk around freely or feed the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, remain especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
