There will be time for photos along the way, so you can immerse yourself in the picture-perfect scenery and capture unforgettable moments. During the journey, your guide will introduce Lucerne's main attractions, such as the Chapel Bridge, the old city walls, famous churches, and the KKL Luzern Culture and Convention Centre. ☆ Upon arriving in enchanting Lucerne, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Old Town and explore at your own pace. ☆ After your free time, we’ll head to Engelberg and take a high-altitude cable car into the picturesque scenery, arriving at the Trübsee snow park. ☆ Around 14:00, the snow adventure begins. Snow park staff will meet you at the station and escort you to the park. They will have all the equipment you need for snow activities ready in advance. Important Information: 1. This tour is designed for visitors with no skiing experience (only for those who wish to try skiing for the first time). 2. Please bring a warm winter jacket, sturdy ski boots, gloves, and an extra pair of ski pants to change into after the activities. 3. The tour includes an escort from Zurich/Lucerne to Trübsee and from Trübsee back to Zurich/Lucerne. Staff at the Mount Titlis snow park (English/German-speaking) will guide you throughout your skiing experience and help if you encounter any problems. 4. The minimum age for snow activities is 10. Note: All times stated on this webpage are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure or other factors, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. The final vehicle will be assigned based on group size, with one seat guaranteed per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Once the group departure has been confirmed, all participants must pay 100% of the tour fee before the order-hold deadline. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, participants who book within five working days before departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. Any transaction fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of payment method, are the payer’s responsibility. After payment, please email or fax proof of payment (the transaction slip for an in-person bank transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer page) to our company. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the participant to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently verify that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the participants’ payments, we will confirm their tour registration. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information for reference, such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. If a tour member needs to leave the tour partway through due to special circumstances, they must proactively notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Declaration of Leaving the Tour Early.” For each night of accommodation omitted after leaving early, €16 will be deducted (or €30 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No deduction will be made from the tour price if no hotel nights are omitted. If a tour member requests to leave partway through the tour, they must notify the guide and sign a “Declaration of Leaving the Tour Early”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, accurately complete the relevant forms, and complete all legal formalities. Tour members are responsible for any costs and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
5. Tour members aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on booking without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are responsible for all consequences during the trip resulting from their own actions or circumstances.
6. Pregnant participants must disclose their pregnancy truthfully when booking. As a general rule, we do not recommend that those more than 24 weeks pregnant join the tour. Anyone who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Anyone less than 24 weeks pregnant who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are responsible for all consequences during the trip resulting from their own actions or circumstances.
7. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their duty of supervision and be responsible for the minor’s safety. Tour members are responsible for all consequences during the trip resulting from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
8. Tour members must ensure that all information provided for tour participation is accurate, particularly personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because their personal identification document has expired or their visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile phone number). Tour members must bear any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
9. Please do not book any flights or other transport tickets related to the itinerary before your tour booking is confirmed. If you book flights or other transport tickets related to the itinerary at your own discretion but your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you must bear all resulting losses.
(II) Tour Fees
1. Please see the fee details for information on what is included and excluded. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
2. Tour cancellation and change rules:
①This day tour can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before departure. Cancellations made 0–3 days before departure or late arrivals due to personal reasons will be charged the full tour price.
② Orders booked within 3 days before departure are also subject to the cancellation rules above.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour participants must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and assist one another, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and any remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.
8. All times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals and sporting events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans requiring you to take another form of transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from independently arranged travel plans when travelers have not allowed sufficient buffer time.
(6) Helpful Tips
1. For your safety, snow and ice activities may be closed due to weather conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding;
2. The itinerary times are for reference only. Actual sightseeing times may be affected by the weather and traffic conditions on the day; please follow the itinerary as it unfolds that day.
(7) Safety Information
Clothing
1. Switzerland’s winter weather is cold, so please prepare a suitably warm coat in advance.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. Our company does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Group members who wish to drink should strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes disturbances while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial losses to a third party shall bear all liability personally.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(8) Other Information and Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
