Please arrive 15 minutes early. Our English-speaking guide will lead the group into the Sagrada Família. Some say the Sagrada Família is more than just a magnificent church: it is one of the few miracles on Earth that is still slowly growing. Its unfinished state is because God does not allow a complete paradise to remain on Earth. The Sagrada Família is Barcelona’s most famous landmark. This sanctuary, into which Gaudí poured his devotion, displays his ingenious ideas at every turn, his masterful use of geometric principles, inspiration from natural elements, and control of light. All this makes the church seem so far ahead of its time and so unique. Standing in the middle of the hall feels like being at the center of the universe: solemn, grand, and filled with architectural beauty. Through the Chinese-speaking guide’s tour and commentary, you will gain a deep understanding of the Sagrada Família’s history and its significance in the history of religious architecture (duration: 1.5 hours). After the tour, you can stay inside the Sagrada Família and visit its museum, where you can see architectural drawings, models, and photo exhibits from different periods. You can also leave the Sagrada Família and explore on your own. Our guide will provide tour equipment so everyone can enjoy the tour. 2) Security checks will be conducted before entering the Sagrada Família. Please check your belongings carefully. No refund will be provided if you are unable to enter due to security concerns. 3) As the Sagrada Família is a religious site, visitors are required to observe the following dress code: ① All visitors, regardless of gender, must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees. ② Bare feet and slippers are not permitted inside the church. ③ Transparent clothing is not permitted inside the church. ④ Festive costumes of any kind and accessories promoting religious merchandise are not permitted inside the church. 4) Entry staff may request official documents to verify children’s ages (such as an ID card or passport). If these documents cannot be provided, you may need to pay the difference between the child and adult ticket prices. Note: All times shown on this webpage are for reference only. The Sagrada Família, or Holy Family, is a church complex made up of numerous spires and towers, and a masterpiece by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. Construction began in 1884. Its slender lines are a defining feature, while its dome and interior structure display a Neo-Gothic style.
