Itinerary details
In the morning, meet and set off for Annecy. If you ask where to find a beautiful town in the Alps, Annecy is certainly one of them. It has pristine snow-capped mountains, clear, sparkling lake waters, old castles and houses, and streams crossed by little bridges. Known as the “Venice of the Alps,” this town lies near the French-Swiss border, just over 30 kilometers from Geneva, Switzerland. When spring arrives, Alpine snowmelt flows into Lake Annecy, where the lake and mountain scenery come alive with dancing gulls. In town, old buildings dating from the 12th to 17th centuries line the streets in orderly fashion, still preserving their historic charm. Streams and springs wind through the Old Town; a stroll here reveals a blend of old-world character and modern life, with quiet surroundings full of warmth. After the visit, spend the night at a hotel near Annecy.

Day 2
Annecy - Jungfraujoch - Interlaken
Itinerary details
After breakfast at the hotel, depart to visit Jungfraujoch (optional activity). Jungfraujoch is a vibrant mountain where the scenery changes dramatically from one place to another. At the summit, snow and mist create a setting straight out of a winter fairy tale; the slopes are lush green and dotted with wildflowers; and villages lie scattered through the valleys, where people lead simple, leisurely lives. This is the kind of Alpine lifestyle everyone longs for. After descending, head to Interlaken. Sightseeing in Interlaken will be arranged depending on circumstances. Overnight in Interlaken or at a nearby hotel. The snow mountain activities on this tour take place at high altitudes and in low temperatures. We especially recommend that you prepare as follows: ① Bring warm, windproof outerwear and other cold-weather clothing, as well as outdoor shoes ② Wear sunglasses on sunny days to protect your eyes from the intense glare reflected off the snow.

Tour Information
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document sets out important matters that we must bring to the attention of members of our outbound tour groups. Together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” it forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Booking process and important notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour departure notice in advance. Once you submit your order, we will consider this confirmation that you have fully read and agreed to our published terms. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they will bear all resulting consequences.
1. To book, please first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully fill in and check that all details, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, room type required, and boarding and drop-off points, are correct. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the booking information entered by the applicant. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements based on when payment is received. We will determine the vehicle according to the group size and ensure one seat per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Participants must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order-hold period once the group departure is confirmed. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, participants booking within five business days before departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by paying the tour fee by any method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the participant to give the tour guide on that tour a cash deposit equal to the tour fee. If we subsequently confirm that payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the duplicate payment.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour once we have received your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during booking. It will include information for reference, such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off locations. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. We arrange room-sharing with guests of the same gender by default. Hotel room types are arranged according to group members' booking requests. If an individual or an odd number of guests (such as 3, 5, or 7) books, we will arrange room-sharing as appropriate. Guests who do not accept the room-sharing arrangement may pay an additional single supplement. In special circumstances, such as peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or due to other uncontrollable factors, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assigned on arrival does not meet a guest's request because they entered their gender or room-type preference incorrectly when booking, we will coordinate arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the group member.
Note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know one another, the personalities and conduct of those guests are not our responsibility. We are not responsible for mediating or getting involved in any disputes arising from differences in habits.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the tour partway through due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking/before joining the tour and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No reduction in the tour price will be given if no hotel nights are missed. If a tour member requests to leave partway through the tour, they must notify the tour guide and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and comply with legal formalities. Tour members are responsible for any costs and losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a history of serious illness (for example, a severe or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when booking. If a traveler insists on booking without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy truthfully when booking. As a general rule, travelers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are advised not to join the tour. Those who insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Liability Waiver”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Travelers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their guardian responsibilities and is responsible for the minor’s safety. The tour member is solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from the minor’s own actions or from the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Tour members must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour members shall bear all consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country’s entry requirements; or a tour member providing an incorrect mobile phone number, preventing the tour guide or other relevant staff from contacting them). Any resulting costs, including personal return travel, transportation, and travel expenses, shall be borne by the tour member.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their booking is confirmed. If a participant chooses to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but is ultimately unable to join the tour, the applicant shall bear all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a participant falls into any of the following circumstances (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) Has an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other participants; (2) Carries items that threaten public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) Engages in illegal activities or activities that violate public morality; (4) Engages in activities that seriously infringe on the rights and interests of other parties, and fails to heed warnings or stop; (5) Other circumstances specified by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it shall notify the participant in writing or by other means, and may deduct necessary expenses as appropriate before refunding the balance.

Free room-sharing is not available for accommodation before or after the tour.
(3) Tour member responsibilities
1. Participants must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, participants must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and cooperation with other group members. They should also respect local customs, traditions, and ways of life. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance or other insurance. During the trip, keep your belongings safe and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. If a tour member voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in the official itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving and bungee jumping, any resulting disputes, property loss or personal injury will be the tour member’s responsibility, and our company will bear no liability.
(4) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If circumstances beyond our company’s control arise, such as insufficient participants or problems with a ship/flight, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a similar replacement product. Our company will not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, calamities, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other events beyond the Company's control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of group members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided that group members are notified in advance. The Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses arising from such events, and group members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, group members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and safeguard their belongings and luggage. If anything is lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport, visa pages, residence permit and other documents at all times. If a tour member leaves the tour partway through because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the other tour members’ itinerary, the tour member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member is involved in an accident during the trip (for example, an accident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, a fall or other injury resulting from personal activities, or a breach of the terms or guidelines set out by our company) that results in personal injury or property loss, the tour member is responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury or loss. The tour member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, our tour leader may cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company will not be responsible for anything the tour member does after leaving the tour.
8. All times listed in the itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans requiring you to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays or disruptions to the itinerary. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from self-arranged travel plans when tour members have not allowed sufficient free time.
(5) Overseas travel safety information and other important notes
I. Helpful information
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European transport operators require all children to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches are not equipped with child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one passenger seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personal child safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Be sure to bring rain gear and a warm coat.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it is not recovered, keep the police report to file a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. Hotel breakfast: Breakfast in Europe is usually simple. Hotel breakfasts typically include only bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. The hotels we arrange all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks in case of need, especially for older adults and children.
3. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent travel-related illness, bring commonly used or familiar medicines. Travelers with chronic conditions should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without careful consideration.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Tour members who choose to drink during the trip must strictly limit their alcohol consumption. The person responsible shall bear all liability for any drunken misconduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights or financial loss caused to a third party.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are generally small, with older facilities, and may not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Italian hotel buildings are often quite old and generally use blankets, which are usually kept in the room closet. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request some.
⑥ Guests may bring a small travel hair dryer if needed.
⑦ German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. This bed configuration is common in most parts of Europe, whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel dining:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please avoid wasting food, and do not take it away.
③ Breakfast times vary from hotel to hotel in Europe. Please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early enough to eat within the time specified by the hotel, so that you do not arrive too late and find there is not enough food due to personal circumstances.
④ Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China. Breakfast is generally simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not particularly lavish, and their quantity and quality are considerably different from what you may be used to at home.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and carry a set of photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards in case they need to be replaced if lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located, and note the emergency exits, stairways, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers the name of your hotel or your room number, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to bed check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close by and do not leave them near the windows or on the floor.
⑤ If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, inform your tour guide and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. It has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour members must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, and is unable to join the tour along the way, will be deemed to have forfeited the tour voluntarily. No refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches are divided into three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat vans. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat vans have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will assign vehicles according to the final group size to ensure one seat per person.
④ To avoid congestion near attractions, in most European cities coach parking areas are some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not permitted to stop just anywhere. Violations carry heavy fines. The pick-up and drop-off points may therefore be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Please do not handle anything on the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid accidental damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily parked, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When leaving the coach to visit attractions, eat, or shop, please make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, if a coach breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. We ask all group members to cooperate.
