Itinerary details
Depart from the meeting point in central Paris at 9:15 and head to Château de Fontainebleau. After a 1-hour-and-15-minute drive, you will enter the Forest of Fontainebleau and arrive directly at the impressive château. Fontainebleau is the only royal and imperial château to have been continuously inhabited for seven centuries. Its history dates back to the 12th century, and it was one of the residences of French rulers from Francis I to Napoleon III. After your visit, you can explore the extensive park surrounding the château and its three picturesque gardens at your own pace. You can then enjoy lunch on the lawn or at the restaurant in the Château de Fontainebleau. In the afternoon, we will head to Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte for the second part of the journey, just a 45-minute drive away. Vaux-le-Vicomte and its grounds are masterpieces of mid-17th-century classical architecture, created by three talented artists working for Nicolas Fouquet, a wealthy senior French official and Louis XIV’s Superintendent of Finances. Follow the audio-guided route to explore Nicolas Fouquet’s private apartments, the state rooms, and the château’s grand kitchens and vaulted wine cellar. The commentary offers an incredible 3D sound experience that adds a whole new dimension to your château visit. You will also have time to enter the dome at Vaux-le-Vicomte and enjoy magnificent views of the château’s park. You can also take a stroll through the estate’s magnificent 35-hectare formal French gardens, with sculpted shrubs, water features, and colorful flower beds. Depart from Vaux-le-Vicomte at 17:00 and arrive in central Paris at around 18:30. 1. The coach is marked Paris City Vision or Extime Travel. Staff wear red vests marked Paris City Vision or Extime Travel on the back. Several coaches may be parked at the meeting point. When you arrive, please look for the correct coach and board it. If you are unsure, ask a staff member for help. 2. No tour leader or vehicle details will be provided, and the tour leader will not contact guests proactively. Guests must find the vehicle and join the tour themselves. 3. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance and look for the correct vehicle. The coach departs on time and will not wait for latecomers. 4. The boarding time and location are as stated in your confirmation. Please search for them on Google Maps. 5. To use the audio guide, show your confirmation and ask a staff member to help you download the app. No physical audio guide device will be provided.
Important notes
Note: The times listed on this webpage are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from self-arranged plans being disrupted because you did not allow sufficient spare time. Thank you for your understanding.

Information for Tour Participants
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our “Booking Instructions and Terms of Liability” carefully. These instructions are important information our company provides to outbound tour participants and form part of the travel contract, together with our “Safety Guidelines for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes.” Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Booking process and important notes
When booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour departure notice in advance. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If tour participants violate any of the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences themselves.
1. When registering, please fill out the booking form on our website. Carefully complete and check all the information entered, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, room type required, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the registration information entered by the applicant. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will give priority for tour pick-up arrangements based on when payment is received. After verifying that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, tour members booking within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any transaction fees incurred, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt issued at a bank counter or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number in the payment reference; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached our account two days before the tour ends, we reserve the right to require the tour member to deposit the corresponding amount in cash with the tour guide. If we later confirm that the payment was made twice, we will immediately refund the overpaid amount.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour after receiving your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It will include information about the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. By default, we arrange hotel room types according to the participants’ requests at the time of booking. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when individual hotels have insufficient room availability, or for other reasons beyond our control, room types may change, and participants must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements at the hotel do not meet a participant’s request because they entered the wrong gender or room type when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by the participant.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the group partway through the trip due to special circumstances, they must notify us at the time of booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Declaration of Early Departure.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted (or €30 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No reduction in the tour price will be made if no hotel night is missed. If a tour member requests to leave the group during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign a “Declaration of Early Departure”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms accurately, and fulfill all legal formalities. Tour members are responsible for any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler's health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking.
6. Tour members aged 70 or older must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when booking. If they insist on booking without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, we do not recommend that travelers more than 24 weeks pregnant join the tour. Those who insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer,” but our company reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company also reserves the right to refuse the booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who is responsible for their supervision and safety. Tour members are responsible for all consequences resulting from a minor's own actions or inadequate supervision by the accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Tour participants must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Participants are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because their personal identification documents have expired or their visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or tour staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile number). Any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation expenses, travel costs, or other losses must be borne by the participant.
10. Applicants are kindly asked not to book any flights or other tickets related to the itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.

6) The cost of medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and baggage insurance.

Our company reserves the right to make the final interpretation of any other fees not listed above.
3. Discounts on self-operated products and terms of use
Day trips can only be paid for using Travel Pass.
(III) Tour member responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collective, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Participants should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and treat fellow group members with respect and consideration; respect local ethnic customs, traditions, and ways of life; and refrain from defacing or writing on landmarks or buildings, spitting, littering, and other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and improve your awareness of personal safety. Participants may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance. During the trip, take good care of your luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please check the local weather and take care to ensure children's safety.
6. If tour members voluntarily participate in hazardous activities included in the official itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they are individually responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Responsibilities
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing attractions, and tour departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If there are not enough participants, or changes occur beyond our company’s control, such as problems with the ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If a tour is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a similar alternative product. We shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, calamities, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other events beyond our control that may seriously endanger participants’ personal safety, as well as unexpected circumstances involving weather, traffic, strikes, etc., our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before departure or after the tour has begun, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided participants are notified in advance. We shall not be responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and participants may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, all tour members should take care of their personal safety and observe traffic safety rules. Please keep your belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, notify the tour leader promptly and report it to the police. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and other identification documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the tour partway through because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this, and the remaining tour fees will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, the tour member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member is injured or suffers property loss as a result of an accident during the trip (such as an accident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, illness, death, a fall or other injury resulting from personal activities, or a tour member's breach of the rules and instructions set out by our company), the tour member is responsible for all related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The tour member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group's normal activities or interests, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company accepts no responsibility for the tour member's actions after they leave the group.
8. All times shown in the itinerary are approximate. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure circumstances, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour members have onward travel plans and need to take other transport to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays or disruptions. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from onward travel arrangements made by tour members without allowing sufficient extra time.
(V) Overseas travel safety information and other important notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our “Safety Guidelines for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes” carefully. These guidelines are important information our company provides to outbound tour participants and form part of the travel contract, together with our “Booking Instructions and Terms of Liability.”
I. Helpful Information
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the necessary plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require children of all ages to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not have additional child safety seats, parents traveling with children under the age of 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
2. Safety Guidelines
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe can be changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact information for identification and return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot be recovered, keep the police report so you can file a claim with the relevant organization or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help tour members who need assistance arrange Chinese group meals. If there are not enough diners to meet the minimum number required for a group meal, or if Chinese meals cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurants in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western meals, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation hotel. We apologize if meals arranged as required by the itinerary cannot meet the preferences of all tour members. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case of need.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or has spoiled. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose thoroughly cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort caused by unfamiliar food or water during the trip, bring any regular or frequently used medication. Travelers with chronic conditions should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Do not take medication provided by others without careful consideration.
5. Our company does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Tour members who wish to drink during the trip must strictly control their alcohol consumption. The individual responsible will bear all liability for any drunken disorderly conduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others' rights, or financial losses caused to third parties.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and hotels in city centers are very limited in number and size. Their facilities are often older and may not be up to the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide everyday items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other major event, our company reserves the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book through our company a hotel in a city not included in the itinerary’s overnight stops, our company reserves the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel dining:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel meals differ considerably from those in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not particularly generous, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from what you may be accustomed to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① A triple room consists of one double bed and one small bed and is only suitable for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years old.
② For individual travelers, we arrange shared rooms with two separate beds. If there is a solo male or female traveler, we will do our best to pair them with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If a married couple must stay in separate rooms, please cooperate. Travelers who end up with a single room when rooms are assigned must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate. If a roommate is found before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel Safety Information:
① Please take good care of your valuables. Do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case you need replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into your hotel, read the hotel’s safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits, stairwells and evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that the amenities provided in your hotel room are complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it to the hotel staff or your guide immediately.
⑥ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the safety lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you; do not leave them near a window or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to leave the hotel during your stay, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel’s address and phone number; if you get lost, you can use the address on it to ask for help.
Transportation
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must assemble on time for the scheduled departure. Please arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes early. Our tour coaches will not wait. If you fail to assemble at the agreed time and location and are unable to join the tour en route, you will be considered to have forfeited the tour, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments have limited capacity, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid congestion near attractions, coach parking is some distance from attractions in most European cities. Drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish, and violations can result in heavy fines. The boarding and drop-off points may therefore be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items on the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid causing damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow your guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to visit attractions, eat or shop, make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ The journey takes a long time, and the vehicle is heavily loaded along the way. If the vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
3. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. During group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any higher-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or designated clothing. We strongly advise participants to avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If participants insist on taking part, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings. For example, do not walk around or feed the animals in a wildlife park.
7. Take extra care when visiting areas with poor public safety, and avoid going out alone.
