Itinerary details
☆ Depart from central Paris at around 9:00. You will receive an audio guide for the visit there. ☆ Arrive in Giverny and visit the Monet’s Garden. You will have approximately 2 hours to explore Monet’s house, his studio, and his garden of a thousand colors. Claude Monet and his family lived in this Normandy village for more than forty years. Monet’s Garden was a major source of inspiration for the undisputed master of Impressionism. During your visit, you can listen to audio guide commentary about Monet’s life, work, and art. ☆ Return to Paris. ☆ Arrive in Paris, where the tour ends. 1. The coach will display Paris City Vision or Extime Travel. Staff members wear red vests with Paris City Vision or Extime Travel printed on the back. Several coaches may be parked at the meeting point. Once there, please look for the correct coach and board it for your tour. If you are unsure, ask a staff member for help. 2. No tour leader or vehicle information will be provided, and the tour leader will not contact guests proactively. Guests must find the vehicle and join the tour themselves. 3. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance and look for the correct vehicle. The coach departs on time and will not wait for latecomers. If you are late or lose sight of the tour leader during the trip, you must call the official number yourself to arrange to rejoin the group. 4. The boarding time and meeting point are as stated on your confirmation. Please search for the location on Google Maps. 5. To use the audio guide, show your confirmation and ask a staff member to help you download the app. No physical audio guide device will be provided.
Important notes
Note: All times shown on this webpage are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans involving other transport to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from travel arrangements you make yourself when you have not allowed sufficient spare time. Thank you for your understanding.

4) There are no toilets on the bus. A toilet is provided on the coach only during full-day or multi-day tours to destinations in France.
5) Some of our tours are suitable for people who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility, provided they can board the bus independently and their wheelchair can be folded. 7) Some of our tours include meals. The menus we have selected for you can be viewed on our website or in the product listings at each of our agencies. You may request a special menu (for allergies, gluten-free options, vegetarian meals, etc.). Simply send your request using the “Contact Us” page.

Important Information for Tour Participants
To best protect your interests, please read our Booking Terms and Conditions and Liability Provisions carefully. These provisions set out important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of outbound tour members and form part of the travel contract, together with our Safety Guidelines for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Booking Process and Important Notes
Before booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour joining notice. Once you submit an order, we will regard this as your confirmation of and full agreement to the terms published by our company. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check that all information provided is correct, including your name, gender, ID number, contact details, room type required, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from errors in the booking information you provide. After successful submission, we will send you a booking confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize tour placement based on when payment is received. Once you have checked that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order's validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fee at least five business days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, members who book within five business days of departure should promptly pay the amount due. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the booking without first obtaining the booker’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by any method of payment. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter remittance or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant booking number on the proof; otherwise, our finance team will be unable to match the payment to the booking. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, we reserve the right to require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently confirm that this was a duplicate payment, we will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the group members’ payments, we will confirm their participation in the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a tour notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam-filtering settings, a group member may not receive the notice three days before departure. In this case, please contact the relevant staff member proactively for assistance.
4. By default, our company arranges hotel room types according to the group members’ requests at the time of registration. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when individual hotels have insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on arrival do not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered their gender or room-type request incorrectly during registration, our travel agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by the group member.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must inform us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed after leaving early, €16 will be deducted (or €30 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction will apply if no hotel night is missed. If a tour member requests to leave the tour early after the tour has begun, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, complete all relevant forms accurately, and comply with legal requirements. Tour members are responsible for any expenses and losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious or terminal illness or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a visitor's health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Tour members aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Statement” when signing up. If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Tour members are solely responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
7. Pregnant participants must truthfully disclose their pregnancy when registering. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who nevertheless wishes to join must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer,” though our Company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and still wish to join must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Statement,” though our Company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from their own personal circumstances.
8. Minors joining a tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship responsibilities and ensure the minor’s safety. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from a minor participant’s own actions or from the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Travelers must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Travelers are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country’s entry requirements, or tour staff being unable to contact a traveler because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Any resulting personal return costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, or other losses must be borne by the traveler.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If applicants book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but their booking is ultimately unsuccessful, they shall bear all resulting losses themselves.
(II) Tour Price
1. Tour price includes:
1) Luxury air-conditioned coach or other transportation specified in the itinerary.
2) An experienced Chinese-speaking tour leader will accompany the group and lead the sightseeing tour.
2. Not included in the price:

2) All meal costs during the itinerary.
3) Expenses during free time.
4) Admission tickets, boat tickets, and bridge tolls for optional excursions listed in the itinerary.
5) Personal expenses incurred by tour members during the trip, such as non-complimentary food and drinks on transport, excess baggage charges, laundry, telephone calls, telegrams, beverages and alcoholic drinks during the stay, hotel costs for those extending their stay, medical expenses for personal illness or injury, and costs or rewards for recovering lost personal belongings.
6) Costs of medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and baggage insurance.
7) Additional expenses arising from force majeure events beyond our control, such as weather, traffic delays, strikes, transportation breakdowns, personal issues, and other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
8) All expenses incurred after leaving the group.
9) Other items not included under “What’s Included” above.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation for any other fees not listed above.
3. Discounts on Self-Operated Products and Their Terms of Use
Day tours can only be paid for with Travel Pass.
(III) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Group members should respect the dignity of travel service staff and show mutual respect and assistance to other members of the group; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and refrain from carving or writing on scenic features or buildings, spitting, littering, and other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to acquire the knowledge needed for travel and improve your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident insurance for travel and other insurance policies. During the trip, keep your belongings safe and carry valuables with you or take other measures to protect them.
5. When travelling, please pay attention to the local weather and take care to ensure children's safety.
6. If tour members voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in a formal tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they shall be personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company shall bear no liability.
(IV) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change the accommodation, travel route, sightseeing attractions, and departure date as required by the circumstances.
2. If there are not enough participants, or changes arise beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or flight, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. We accept no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other disasters beyond the company’s control that may seriously threaten the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, the company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before departure or after the tour has begun, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided tour members are notified in advance. The company shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, please take care of your personal safety and exercise caution in traffic. Keep your belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or similar incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry valid passports and identification documents at all times. If a member leaves the tour midway because of an issue with their documents or passport, they shall bear the responsibility themselves, and the remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, the member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, during the itinerary due to an accident (such as an accident while taking part in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or injury caused by personal activities, or the member's breach of the provisions and notices set out in our company's terms), the member shall bear the related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The member must compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a participant deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, our tour leader may cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and the Company will not be responsible for any actions taken by that participant after leaving the group.
8. Times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from self-arranged travel plans when travelers have not allowed sufficient free time.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Precautions
To best protect your interests, please read our Safety Guidelines for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes carefully. These guidelines set out important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of outbound tour members and form part of the travel contract, together with our Booking Terms and Conditions and Liability Provisions.
I. Helpful Information
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the necessary plug adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not have spare child safety seats, parents bringing children under the age of 3 may provide their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, so we cannot guarantee that all privately supplied child safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
II. Safety Guidelines
Clothing
1. European weather is changeable, so please be sure to bring rain gear and a thicker jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, you must retain the police report to file a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help tour members who need it arrange Chinese group meals. If the number of diners is insufficient for a group meal, or a Chinese meal cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (such as the lack of Chinese restaurants in small towns), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western meals, or meals at a supermarket or accommodation hotel. If meals arranged to fit the itinerary cannot meet the requirements of all tour members, we appreciate your understanding. We recommend that tour members carry bottled water and non-perishable food in case of need.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, unusual-smelling, or spoiled food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To avoid discomfort from unfamiliar food or water while traveling, bring any medications you commonly use. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medication provided by someone else without care.
5. We do not provide or arrange alcoholic beverages. Tour members who enjoy drinking should strictly limit their alcohol consumption while traveling. The person responsible shall bear all liability for any drunken disorderly conduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others' rights, or financial loss caused to a third party.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very limited numbers of hotels in city centers. These hotels are generally small, with older facilities, and may not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide everyday essentials such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other major event, the company reserves the right to choose the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book through our company a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel dining differs considerably from what you may be used to in China. Breakfast is usually quite simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner may also be less lavish, and their quantity and quality can differ considerably from what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① A triple room consists of one double bed and one single bed and is permitted only for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years old.
② For individual travelers, we arrange shared rooms with two separate beds. If there is a solo male or female traveler, we will try to pair them with another participant of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If couples need to stay in separate rooms, please cooperate. Travelers assigned a single room when rooms are finally allocated must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate. If a roommate becomes available before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel accommodation safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards so they can be used as supporting documents if anything is lost.
② Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. Our company accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking in, please familiarize yourself with the hotel’s safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Also familiarize yourself with the emergency exits, stairwells, and evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number, and do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. It is best to keep your belongings close to you, not near the window or on the floor.
⑦ If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number; if you get lost, you can use the address on the card to ask for help.
Transport
1. Boarding and drop-off:
① All tour participants must assemble on time for departure. Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes early. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to assemble at the agreed time and place or join the tour en route will be considered to have withdrawn voluntarily, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the schedule changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid overcrowding in front of attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are a long way from the attractions. Drivers are not allowed to park wherever they please, and violators face heavy fines. Sometimes the pick-up and drop-off points may be some distance from the attraction. We kindly ask all tour members for their understanding.
2. Coach safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle or tamper with anything on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow the tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, remember to close the coach windows and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, if a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, you must assess your health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly advise tour members not to take part in such activities during free time on the tour. If you insist on participating, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may be illegal.
6. Pay attention to and take all warnings seriously, such as not walking around or feeding animals in wildlife parks.
7. Exercise particular caution when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
