Important Information for Tour Participants
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document contains important information from our company for members of overseas tour groups and forms part of the travel contract, along with our “Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes.” Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Booking process and important notes
Before booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour notification. Once you submit an order, we will consider this confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to our published terms. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall be solely responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully enter and check that all information is correct, including your name, gender, identification document number, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. The company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the booking information you provide. After your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will prioritize tour assignments according to the order in which payments are received. Once you have checked that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour price is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five business days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel room bookings are often subject to time limits, tour members who book within five business days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the registrant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for an in-person bank transfer, or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the incoming payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, our agency reserves the right to require the tour member to deposit the corresponding tour fee in cash with the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms that the payment was made twice, our company will immediately refund the excess payment.
3. Our company will confirm your place on the tour once we have received your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration, containing information about the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points for reference. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Our company will normally arrange hotel room types according to the requests made by group members at the time of booking. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel season when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on site do not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room-type preference when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the group member.
5. If, due to special circumstances, a tour member needs to leave the tour early, they must notify us when booking/before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” The tour fee will be reduced by €16 for each night of accommodation not used (or €30 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). There is no reduction if no hotel night is missed. If a tour member requests to leave early during the tour, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, complete the relevant forms accurately, and fulfill all legal requirements. Tour members are responsible for any costs and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a serious medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In light of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member when signing up for the tour and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their application, depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, we do not recommend joining a tour if the pregnancy has progressed beyond 24 weeks. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse them at its discretion. Those whose pregnancy is under 24 weeks and who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Statement”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse them at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining a tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their guardianship responsibilities and ensure the minor’s safety. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by the accompanying person.
9. Tour members must confirm that all information provided when joining the tour is accurate. Personal identification document details and contact telephone numbers are particularly important. Tour members shall bear all resulting losses, including return travel costs, transportation expenses, and other travel expenses, if incorrect information they provide causes any consequences (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or tour guides and other staff being unable to contact a tour member because the mobile number provided is incorrect).
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other transportation tickets related to the itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If an applicant chooses to book such flights or tickets but is ultimately unable to join the tour, the applicant shall bear all resulting losses.
(II) Tour Group Fees
1. The price includes:
1) Luxury air-conditioned sightseeing coach or other transportation specified in the itinerary.

3) Expenses incurred during free time.
4) Admission tickets, boat tickets and bridge tolls for optional sightseeing activities listed in the itinerary.
5) Personal expenses incurred by tour members during the trip, such as non-complimentary food and drinks on transportation; excess baggage fees; laundry, telephone, telegram, beverage and alcoholic drink charges during the stay; hotel costs for those extending their stay; medical expenses for personal illness or injury; and costs and rewards for recovering lost personal belongings.
6) The cost of any medical insurance, personal accident insurance, or baggage insurance.
7) Additional expenses incurred due to force majeure beyond our company’s control, including weather, traffic delays, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or personal matters.
8) Any expenses incurred after leaving the tour.
9) Other items not included in the “Included in the Price” section above.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation regarding any other expenses not listed above.
3. Discounts on self-operated products and terms of use
Day tours can only be paid for with Travel Pass.
(III) Participant obligations
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and assistance to other group members; respect local ethnic customs, traditions and ways of life; and must not deface or write on scenic spots or buildings, spit on the ground, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, take good care of your luggage and belongings; keep valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local weather and take care of children’s safety.
6. If a group member voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the group member is solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property damage, or personal injury, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Liability
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing locations, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or if changes arise from circumstances beyond our control, such as problems with the ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a comparable alternative product. We are not liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, calamities, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other events beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before departure or after the trip has begun, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided that tour members are notified in advance. We shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As security conditions vary from country to country, please take care of your personal safety and exercise caution around traffic. Keep your belongings and luggage safe. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, notify the tour leader promptly and report it to the police. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the tour midway because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the other tour members’ itinerary, they must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury or death or incurs property damage during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or games, illness, death, a fall, or a fall-related injury arising from personal activities, or the group member’s breach of the terms and conditions or instructions set out by our company), the group member is responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property damage. The group member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a traveler deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company will not be responsible for any actions taken by the traveler after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, riots, and strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If travelers have onward plans requiring them to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from travelers’ failure to allow sufficient spare time for their independently arranged plans.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
To best protect your interests, please read our “Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes” carefully. This document contains important information from our company for members of overseas tour groups and forms part of the travel contract, along with our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability.”
1. Helpful Information
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European transport regulations require children of all ages to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not have additional child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personal child safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
2. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please be sure to carry rain gear and a thicker jacket.
2. Please keep your belongings and luggage safe. We accept no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be found, keep the police report so you can file a claim with the relevant organization or your insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. The tour guide will do their best to help tour members who need Chinese meals arrange group dining. If the number of diners is too small to meet the minimum for a group meal, or a Chinese meal cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation hotel. If meals arranged as required by the itinerary cannot meet the needs of all tour members, we appreciate your understanding. We recommend that tour members carry bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic food or food that smells or appears spoiled. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent illness caused by unfamiliar food or water during your trip, bring medicines that you commonly use. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without careful consideration.
5. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol. Group members who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. They are personally responsible for any consequences of drunken misconduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights, or financial losses caused to third parties.
Stay
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, so centrally located hotels are extremely limited in number and size. Their facilities are relatively old and do not match the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, kettles, or other everyday necessities. Please bring your own.
③ During trade fairs or other major events, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with our company a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from what is customary in China, and breakfasts are generally simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunches and dinners may also be modest, and their quantity and quality can differ considerably from what is customary in China.
3. Hotel room types:
① A triple room consists of one double bed and one single bed and is only permitted for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years of age.
② For individual travelers, our company arranges room sharing (twin beds). If there is a single male or female traveler, we will try to pair them with another traveler of the same sex or arrange an extra bed. If couples need to stay in separate rooms, please cooperate. Guests who end up with a room to themselves when rooms are finally assigned must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate; if one is found before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please take good care of your valuables and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, please familiarise yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Also familiarise yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, stairways and evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or the guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you; do not leave them near the window or on the floor.
⑦ If you need to leave the hotel after checking in, inform the tour guide and get a hotel card from the front desk. It has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Go
1. Boarding and drop-off:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, and is unable to join the tour along the way, will be considered to have withdrawn voluntarily, and no refund will be issued.
② The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid excessive congestion in front of attractions, coach parking in most European cities is located some distance from the sights. Drivers are not allowed to park wherever they like; violations incur hefty fines. Sometimes the drop-off and pick-up points are some distance from the attractions. We kindly ask all tour members for their understanding.
2. Coach safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Please do not tamper with anything on the vehicle, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow the guide’s instructions and do not wander away.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, make sure to close the coach windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if the coach breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate with the group.
3. Other Important Information and Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please make sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group, for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, or wearing appropriate or designated clothing. We strongly advise group members not to take part in such activities during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and follow all warnings, such as not walking around or feeding animals in a wildlife park.
7. Take extra care when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
