Day 2
Lima city tour - Cusco (airfare included) - Sacred Valley
Itinerary details
—After breakfast, your guide will take you to the city's most famous landmark, the Plaza de Armas. Streets radiate outward from the square, leading to every corner of the city center. They are paved with large stone slabs, lending the area an old-world charm. At the eastern end stands a Catholic church founded in the 17th century, which retains a strong Spanish architectural style. Inside are a silver altar, an exquisitely crafted chapel, and the crystal coffin of the square's designer, Pizarro, the leader of the Spanish colonial forces. —Then walk to visit the Church and Convent of San Francisco. These architectural treasures, created through the combined efforts of master craftsmen from Europe, are a vivid expression of the Spanish colonial period. —In the afternoon, head to the airport to take a flight to Cusco, then check in at a hotel in the Sacred Valley. The Sacred Valley has an average elevation of only around 2,000 meters, so most guests do not experience altitude sickness. Start taking altitude sickness medication two weeks before departure Consult your doctor about preparing altitude sickness medication according to your individual needs Take deep breaths often, stay relaxed, and try to remain quiet and avoid talking too much Move slowly and avoid exerting yourself too much Drink plenty of water, eat more fruit rich in vitamin C, and avoid alcohol Drink the local specialty, coca tea Avoid taking sleeping pills, as they suppress breathing and can cause a lack of oxygen Ultraviolet rays are stronger at high altitudes. We recommend bringing sun-protective clothing, a hat, and sunscreen
Important notes
Please note: Cusco is one of the world’s highest cities, situated at an altitude of 3,399 meters. To help reduce the effects of altitude, you can:

Sacred Valley - Maras Salt Mines - Moray Terraces - Scenic train to Aguas Calientes (scenic train ticket included)
Itinerary details
—In the morning, your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the Maras Salt Mines (MARAS), located on the slopes of Maras in the Sacred Valley of the Andes. Surrounded by mountains, the area features thousands of natural salt ponds in varying shapes and shades. The striking beauty of nature, combined with the ingenuity and hard work of local people, has created spectacular terraced salt ponds—a true product of nature and human endeavor. —After the visit, we will drive to the Moray terraces. Built by a pre-Inca civilization, these circular terraces have an elevation difference of 100 meters from the bottom of the concentric circles to the highest terrace. This difference also creates varying temperatures, making the site ideal for Inca agricultural experiments. Its mysterious atmosphere and breathtaking scenery attract visitors from around the world. —After lunch, your guide will take you to the train station to board a panoramic train to Aguas Calientes. The luxury sightseeing train winds through snow-capped peaks, towering mountains, winding rivers, and lush vegetation. On the way to Machu Picchu, you will enjoy incredible scenery as you enter a magical rainforest containing an Inca citadel. On the return train, you will also get to experience Andean culture through local folk music and dance. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, your guide will take you to your hotel to check in. After a short rest, you can explore the town at your leisure.
Important notes
Important notes: For the round-trip scenic train journey from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, each passenger may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 5 kg/11 lb and measuring no more than 62 inches/157 cm in total (length + height + width). Other luggage can be stored at your hotel in Cusco. Machu Picchu is only about 2,400 meters above sea level, so altitude sickness is unlikely. Please get an early rest to save your energy for the next day’s activities. The local rainy season runs from November through April. Due to road conditions on the Cusco–Ollantaytambo route, we will take a bus from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, then take a train to Machu Picchu. Most hotels in the Machu Picchu hot springs town are small boutique hotels, so guests in the group may be accommodated at several different hotels.

Day 4
Machu Picchu – Free time in Aguas Calientes – Scenic train back to the Sacred Valley – Cusco (scenic train ticket included)
Itinerary details
—After breakfast, your guide will take you to the bus stop to board a bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu is a lost Inca city, an incredible “city in the sky” nestled among towering mountains and veiled in clouds. Thanks to its unique location, it escaped the devastation of colonization, and its temples, palaces, homes, and other buildings have been preserved. It has also left the world with an enduring mystery: how the Incas transported so many enormous stones to a mountain more than 2,000 meters above sea level hundreds of years ago. Machu Picchu was the last Inca city to resist the colonizers. Some say it was built to recreate a particular landscape from Inca mythology; others believe it was built to honor the sacred rivers and mountains surrounding it. After centuries of storms and changing weather, it still stands, quietly waiting for you to uncover its secrets. We will guide you along the ancient city's maze-like walls in search of traces of the past, then walk along the old Inca trails to experience Machu Picchu's mystery and timeless grandeur firsthand, and climb to the sacred Sun Gate for a panoramic view of the city. Towering mountains rise on one side of Machu Picchu, while a gorge plunges 4,000 meters on the other. Look up at the magnificent snow-capped peaks and down at the dense tropical rainforest. You can also get up close to the adorable alpacas, the internet-famous “mythical creatures.” —After lunch, you will have time to continue exploring the secrets of Aguas Calientes, the town at the foot of Machu Picchu. —In the afternoon, we will take you on a scenic train back to the Sacred Valley, then drive you to Cusco.
Important notes
Important notes: The local rainy season runs from November through April. Due to road conditions on the Cusco–Ollantaytambo route, we will take a bus provided by the train company from Ollantaytambo back to Cusco. Under the regulations at Machu Picchu, guests may not leave the group while inside the site or bring professional cameras for photography. The guided tour takes about 5 hours, and each guest may spend no more than 4 hours inside the site. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations of local regulations.

Tips: When leaving, you can have your passport stamped with the special Machu Picchu stamp at the entrance. If you would like one, remember to bring your passport with you.

Day 5
Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Site – Cusco Old Town Tour
Itinerary details
—After breakfast, we will drive you to the Sacsayhuamán archaeological site. This Inca stone-wall complex is about 2 km from the ancient Peruvian city of Cusco, at an altitude of 3,700 meters. As with other Inca stone structures, how it was built remains a mystery. In many places, even a sheet of paper could not fit between the stones. This precision, together with the rounded corners of the limestone blocks, the variety of shapes used to join the stones, and the inward-sloping walls, helped the site survive the devastating earthquakes that struck Cusco. We will take you to Cusco's bustling Plaza de Armas, surrounded by Spanish-style arcades and Catholic churches. To the northeast of the square is a temple built atop a towering pyramid. The remains of the Serpent Temple and the Temple of the Sun Goddess, facing each other, lie to the southeast of the square. The area is lined with Baroque buildings and dotted with cafés, shops, markets, and historic sites. From the top of the hill, you can enjoy a beautiful view of all of Cusco. Next, we will visit the White Christ statue, located high on Cusco's Christ Hill, where it overlooks the entire city. The approximately 8-meter-high white statue was a gift to Cusco from Palestinians of Arab descent who sought refuge there after World War II. With its arms spread wide, the statue depicts Christ and resembles a miniature version of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. —Next, we will visit the Temple of the Sun, the most revered temple in Cusco and the entire Inca Empire, dedicated to the Sun God. —After lunch, we will take you back to your hotel to rest. In the afternoon, you can choose to walk to San Pedro Market to buy small souvenirs, or relax at the hotel.

Day 6
Cusco (choose one: Rainbow Mountain or Alpaca Village)
Itinerary details
Itinerary A —In the morning, we’ll meet you at your hotel and travel together to the entrance to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca Mountain). Once there, you can choose to hike or ride a horse (at your own expense). As you make your way up, take in the magnificent scenery. Herds of alpacas roam along the route, and you may see women in traditional clothing and men from the Ausangate region riding at full gallop. The surrounding mountains gradually change color, and clear streams babble along the way. Snow-covered peaks rise in the distance on one side, while mountains streaked with turquoise, chestnut, red, and gold stretch away on the other. We’ll reach the summit of Rainbow Mountain at an elevation of 5,200 meters. Rainbow Mountain lies in the Ausangate range. Located at the edge of a continental plate, the Andes are already extraordinarily complex, and have undergone powerful geological changes including plate rifting, volcanic eruptions, and the drying up of oceans. These changes created the beautiful, spectacular red-rock landscape that has become one of Instagram’s most popular attractions and a perfect place for photos. —After admiring the scenery at Rainbow Mountain, we’ll take you back to the restaurant at the mountain entrance for lunch, then return to your hotel in Cusco. Itinerary B —In the morning, we’ll meet you at your hotel and drive to Awanacancha Alpaca Village, a town less than an hour from Cusco. Here you can see the camelids of the Andes, including alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, and guanacos. Take photos with different types of alpacas and see their natural habitat. After leaving the village, we’ll visit another Inca site, Pisac. Set high above the Sacred Valley, Pisac is one of the most varied examples of Inca terracing, with 14 different terrace shapes across its 16 sectors. Overlooking the peaceful village of Pisac and the spectacular Sacred Valley, the site has a mysterious atmosphere, with a complex system of ancient baths, fountains, altars, ceremonial platforms, and carved stones. After lunch, we’ll visit the handicraft market in Pisac village to admire colorful goods handmade by local people. Then we’ll return to your hotel in Cusco.
Important notes
Important notes: Rainbow Mountain is at an altitude of around 5,000 meters and requires a 2-hour hike. Please be sure to assess your physical condition. You may choose to hire a horse locally at your own expense; the cost is about US$50 per horse. Note: Itinerary A, Rainbow Mountain, offers English-language service, with a 4 AM–5 AM departure. Itinerary B, Alpaca Village–Pisac ruins–local market, offers a Chinese-speaking guide.

Cusco - Scenic high-altitude bus to Puno (bus ticket included)
Itinerary details
—In the morning, we will meet you at your hotel before departing by sightseeing bus for Puno. The city of Puno lies on the shores of Lake Titicaca, South America's largest freshwater lake, on Peru's southeastern border with Bolivia. It is the capital and largest city of the Puno region, as well as the largest port on the lake. —We will stop at the Sistine Chapel of the Americas, at an elevation of 3,100 meters. Built in the 16th century, this church has features typical of other Spanish religious buildings of the period. —At around 10 a.m., we will arrive at the Wiracocha Temple, at an elevation of 3,400 meters. Built by the ancient Incas, it is one of their most important temples and was dedicated to the Inca god Apo Kon Titi Wiracocha. —At noon, we will enjoy a highland buffet lunch in the city of Sicuani. —After lunch, we will reach La Raya Mountain, the highest point of the trip at an elevation of 4,300 meters. Snowmelt from the mountain provides Lake Titicaca with an abundant water supply. —Next, we will arrive at the final stop on this trip, the Pucara Museum. Pucara was the first population center in the Lake Titicaca region and offers valuable information for research into the origins of later Andean civilizations. At its peak, the city covered more than one square kilometer and was home to tens of thousands of officials, priests, artisans, herders, and warriors. —We will arrive in Puno at around 5 p.m. and take you to check in at a lake-view hotel. After a short rest, you can explore downtown Puno at your leisure.

Lake Titicaca Boat Tour – Puno Airport Drop-Off
Itinerary details
—After breakfast, we will meet you at the hotel and take you to the boat departure point on Lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca is the highest and largest freshwater lake in South America, and one of the world's highest large lakes. It has 52 islands, most of which are inhabited. Surrounded by mountains whose peaks are snow-covered year-round, the lake has a winding shoreline and exceptionally clear water. The Uros people, who live on the lake, inhabit artificial islands made from layers of totora reeds. They also weave the reeds into small boats called “totora” to travel and fish on the lake. —After the tour, we will take you to the airport, where you can board your flight back to your place of origin independently.

Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. The final vehicle will be assigned based on group size, with one seat guaranteed per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Once the group departure has been confirmed, all participants must pay 100% of the tour fee before the order-hold deadline. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, participants who book within five working days before departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. Any transaction fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of payment method, are the payer’s responsibility. After payment, please email or fax proof of payment (the transaction slip for an in-person bank transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer page) to our company. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the participant to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently verify that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the participants’ payments, we will confirm their tour registration. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information for reference, such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We arrange shared rooms with guests of the same gender by default. Hotel room types are arranged according to travelers’ requests submitted at the time of booking. If you book alone or as part of an odd-numbered group (such as 3, 5, or 7 travelers), you will need to pay an additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel season when a hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room arrangements may change and travelers must cooperate with our arrangements. If room assignments on arrival do not meet your requirements because you entered your gender or room preferences incorrectly when booking, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by the travelers.
5. If a participant needs to leave the tour early for special reasons, they must notify us when registering or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, 16 EUR will be deducted (or 30 EUR per unused night if the participant booked a single room for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no refund will be made from the tour price. If a participant requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Participants must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when registering and during the trip, complete all relevant information accurately, and fulfill the required legal formalities. Participants are responsible for any costs and losses resulting from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, those with a critical, terminal, or contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when registering. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their registration.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over who sign up for a tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking, depending on the circumstances. Travelers shall be responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.

3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to onward travel arrangements made without allowing sufficient free time.
(VI) Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability, forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Peru is 13 hours behind Beijing. Peruvian power outlets include two types: two parallel flat pins (US standard) and two round pins (European standard). The voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 60 Hz. Please bring the appropriate plug adapters.
2. If traveling to Peru, we recommend getting vaccinated against yellow fever and hepatitis A in advance and carrying proof of vaccination, commonly known as the “yellow booklet.”
3. Peru is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, where minor earthquakes occur occasionally. If an earthquake occurs, stay calm and quickly use the hotel’s emergency stairs to reach an open outdoor area. When checking in, we recommend finding out where the nearest evacuation stairs are and learning the earthquake evacuation route for your accommodation.
4. Although Peru is not on the equator, sunlight is intense throughout the country and UV levels are extremely high. Whether the sky is clear or overcast, apply sunscreen with an SPF of 50 or higher during outdoor activities in Peru to avoid sunburn. UV levels are high at altitude. When outdoors, we recommend covering as much skin as possible and bringing sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses, and other protective items.
5. Cusco has an average elevation of 3,640 meters. Most people experience altitude sickness when they first arrive, but symptoms usually subside on their own after a day or two. On your first day, avoid strenuous activity, drink plenty of water, and avoid alcoholic and caffeinated drinks. Peru is generally at a high elevation. If this is your first time traveling to a high-altitude area, take medication to prevent altitude sickness in advance of your tour. During the tour, try to stay relaxed and move slowly at first to avoid overexertion. Drink plenty of warm water, eat fruit rich in vitamin C, or take glucose. Smoke less, avoid alcohol, and avoid sleeping pills. (Altitude sickness is a normal physiological response. Most people can adjust to high altitudes and overcome the symptoms; simply take it in stride.) If you feel unwell or your altitude sickness becomes severe, notify your guide immediately.
6. Temperatures are generally low at high altitudes, with significant temperature differences between morning and evening and between day and night. Weather can change quickly, so we recommend bringing warm clothing.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. Temperatures can vary considerably between morning and evening. Be sure to use sun protection and adjust your clothing as temperatures change.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The guide will do their best to help arrange Chinese-style group meals for guests who need them. If there are not enough diners for a group meal, or if one cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (for example, there may be no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the hotel. We appreciate your understanding if meals arranged as required by the itinerary cannot meet everyone’s preferences. We recommend bringing bottled water, snacks, and other food in case of need.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① Accommodation standards vary by region in Peru. Major tourist cities such as Lima, Cusco, Arequipa, and Puno offer a wide range of hotels. Accommodation in Trujillo, Chiclayo, Huaraz, and other areas is more basic, with few upscale hotels and mostly three-star properties.
② Peruvian hotels do not provide plastic slippers, toiletries, toothbrushes, or kettles. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① Peruvian hotel rooms do not provide drinking hot water.
② Hotel food is somewhat different from what you may be used to in China, and breakfast is fairly simple.
3. Hotel safety tips for your stay:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage-compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
