We’ll pick you up from Santa Claus Holiday Village or our office and provide professional winter gear to keep you warm outdoors. First, we’ll head to the farm to meet the huskies and reindeer. You’ll enjoy a short sled ride with two of Lapland’s most popular animals. After the sledding experience, we’ll hop on snowmobiles and ride across frozen lakes and through snowy forests. Enjoy the thrill of speeding through spectacular natural scenery on a unique snowmobile adventure. You will ride the snowmobile in pairs, with one driver and one passenger per snowmobile. You can switch drivers along the way. If you would like to drive alone, you can also purchase the solo driving option at our office counter before departure for a more independent ride. ＊Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license ＊Riding in pairs means sharing a snowmobile with another person

Please note: Departure times vary by season and booking volume. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email you receive after booking online and meet us at the designated meeting point or wait for pickup. Important Information: 1. All drivers must hold a valid passenger car driver’s license; 2. A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity to operate; 3. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate on Sundays and public holidays; 4. Two people share one snowmobile when riding together; 5. Children taller than 150 cm may choose to pay the adult price to ride a snowmobile; 6. Children shorter than 150 cm will ride in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by a guide; 7. If you require pick-up service, please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time for our guide; 8. Children under 3 years old may not participate in this activity; 9. If fewer than 2 people sign up, we may cancel the tour or make other arrangements, depending on the circumstances; 10. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old; 11. If guests are late for personal reasons, the guide will not wait. Please make your own way to the activity location or forfeit the trip (no refund); 12. As reindeer sledding is an outdoor activity, it is subject to uncontrollable factors such as weather, location conditions, and the animals’ temperament. If the activity cannot go ahead due to force majeure, such as a blizzard or the animals being unable to work after excessive exertion, we will cancel the trip without liability. Note: All times shown on this webpage are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, civil unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans involving other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays.
