Itinerary details
Meet in the city center of Tromsø, a major city in northern Norway and the gateway to the Arctic. It is one of the best places in Norway and across the Nordic region to see the Northern Lights. Enjoy a winter holiday in Tromsø, where city life meets stunning natural scenery, with steep mountains, beautiful fjords and snow-covered landscapes. After meeting, head to the pick-up point. At 10:00, travel by bus to the Reindeer Farm for a Short Sleigh Ride and Sami Culture Experience with Lunch (4 hours) (optional, at extra cost). Enjoy an approximately 10-minute reindeer sleigh ride and feed 300 reindeer. You can also try lasso throwing (not involving actual reindeer). Then enjoy a hot lunch cooked over a fire in a Sami tent, followed by stories about traditional Sami culture and joik singing around the campfire. Return to the city center in the afternoon for free time near the Polaria Museum (optional, at extra cost). In the evening, join our Northern Lights cruise with a Norwegian dinner (3 hours) (optional, at extra cost), sailing into the darkness of Tromsø Fjord. Beneath the Arctic’s enchanting night sky, enjoy a Norwegian dinner provided by a local Tromsø restaurant in a warm, comfortable indoor setting as you wait for the Northern Lights to appear. The meal is prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, inspired by traditional Northern Norwegian dishes and given a modern twist. Your guide will explain the importance of fishing and its relationship with Tromsø and northern Norway. After returning to the pier, attend the Midnight Concert at Tromsø Cathedral (0.5 hours) (included). Walk to one of the largest wooden cathedrals in the Nordic region for a unique performance by professional musicians. For more than 20 years, the midnight concert has been one of Tromsø’s most popular events, featuring hymns, folk songs, traditional Northern Norwegian music and Indigenous Sami music performed by outstanding musicians from the region. Whether you love classical music or simply want a peaceful moment during your visit to Tromsø, the midnight concert at Tromsø Cathedral will be an unforgettable experience. Stay overnight at a hotel in Tromsø. *The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. Your guide will do their best to find a suitable viewing location, but sightings cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding! *Optional activities have limited availability, and booking on the tour cannot guarantee a place. We recommend selecting and booking them in advance. Thank you for your cooperation! *The order of snow activities and sightseeing may change. The final itinerary is subject to actual arrangements.

After checking out, admire the distinctive Arctic Cathedral. Weather permitting, take the Fjellheisen cable car in Tromsø (optional, at extra cost) to the top of Mount Storsteinen (*temperatures may drop sharply and winds may be strong, so please dress warmly!). Take in sweeping views of Tromsø and the Bruvegen Bridge, along with the picturesque scenery. After the visit, continue to Narvik. In the evening, a local professional English-speaking guide will lead the Narvik Northern Lights bus tour (included). Travel by bus to a location near Narvik where the Northern Lights are likely to appear. Experienced local guides choose the viewing location based on weather forecasts and NASA reports on solar activity. Sometimes we travel towards Sweden, sometimes towards the Lofoten Islands, and sometimes stay nearby where the skies are clear. Every Northern Lights tour is a unique experience. Hot drinks and snacks are provided, and you can take photos with your own camera using the preset settings. Your guide can help adjust the camera settings, and a link to download the photos will be provided after the tour. The Northern Lights tour lasts approximately 3 hours. Located in the small village of Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, Icehotel was the first ice hotel in the world. Day 4
Kiruna – Haparanda
Itinerary details
Why not try a traditional way of traveling? Locals have used dog sleds for more than 1,000 years. Their teams of Siberian or Alaskan huskies can run at speeds of up to 32 kilometers per hour. A husky sled ride is an exciting way to experience Lapland’s snowy scenery. In the morning, visit 【Husky Farm Experience: Dog Sledding】 (mandatory, at your own expense). After a brief introduction from the farm owner, groups of four will ride a dog sled through snowy forests for around 10–15 minutes, led by an instructor. After the ride, return to the farm to rest, visit the kennel, take photos with the puppies (if available), and enjoy hot drinks and snacks. The farm visit is expected to last around 1.5 hours. Stay overnight at a hotel in Haparanda. *The husky farm is located along the route, and the whole group must visit, so the dog sledding activity is a mandatory expense. The husky farm may reschedule the activity to the previous afternoon; follow your guide’s instructions.

Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Important information for Arctic Circle tours
1. Meals
To ensure competitive prices, we stay in cabins equipped with full kitchens. Meals are not included in the tour price. There is a supermarket near the cabins where you can buy ingredients and enjoy cooking. Hotels, restaurants, and other places near the camp also serve meals, and you are welcome to visit them and try the local cuisine. Some optional activities also include snacks or meals; please see the activity descriptions for details.
2. Accommodation
Log cabin for 3–8 people (throughout the tour)
The cabin includes tableware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dryer, TV, wireless radio, CD player, fireplace and firewood. There is a small loft and a standard double room.
Dishwasher: Please open the water inlet valve, or the dishwasher will not work.
Water heater: The water heater can heat up to 200 liters of water for bathing at a time. Please be careful not to use all the heated water at once, or others will have to wait at least 1 hour to shower.
3. Other Important Information and FAQs
We recommend bringing the following items on your trip:
Very warm clothing
Very warm shoes, gloves, hats, etc.
Cash and small change, and essential medical supplies/medication
Bank cards, credit cards, etc.
Toiletries and other items needed for an overnight train
A high-quality camera for photographing the Northern Lights
Is it cold in the Arctic Circle?
Based on feedback from our guests, the perceived temperature in the Arctic Circle is not as cold as the theoretical temperature suggests. Because calm weather is common, once you get moving, the perceived temperature is similar to that of Beijing during the same time of year.
Does it ever not snow in the Arctic Circle?
All our Arctic Circle tour destinations are at least 250 km north of the Arctic Circle. This is because the higher the latitude, the greater the likelihood of seeing the Northern Lights and finding snow. However, we cannot guarantee the weather conditions when you visit the Arctic Circle. Generally, heavy snow arrives in the Arctic Circle in early November each year. If there is not enough snow for certain activities to operate, we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund for that activity.
Is there no daylight during the polar night in winter within the Arctic Circle?
In the Arctic region, the sun rises between 9 and 10 a.m. and sets before 3 or 4 p.m. There are about 6 hours of daylight. The daytime looks completely normal!
Can we guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights?
In the northernmost part of Lapland, the Northern Lights can be seen on almost any night when it is dark and the sky is clear. In the Saariselkä area, you can witness the frequent appearance of the Northern Lights, although clouds may reduce visibility, just as they can affect the brightness of summer nights. On average, the Northern Lights can be seen on up to 200 nights a year in the northernmost part of Lapland.
(2) Booking process
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill in the booking form on the website and carefully complete and check all the information, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the information provided by the customer. Once your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will give priority to customers according to when payment is received. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As seats on the tour bus and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, members who book within five working days of departure must promptly arrange payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right to hold or cancel such bookings as appropriate without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred in paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number in the proof of payment; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, our agency reserves the right to ask the member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the overpaid amount;
3. Our company will confirm a member’s participation once their payment has been received. Three days before departure, members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking, with details such as the guide, itinerary, and boarding and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering, members may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Our company will arrange hotel room types according to the requirements provided by participants when booking. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when individual hotels do not have enough rooms, or due to other uncontrollable factors, room types may change, and participants must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on arrival do not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered their gender or room type incorrectly when booking, our agency will coordinate and make specific arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participant.
5. If participants need to leave the tour early for special reasons, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted; if no hotel nights are missed, there will be no reduction in the tour price. If a participant requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Participants must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other relevant details when booking and during the trip, complete all required information truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Participants are responsible for any costs or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, those with a serious, terminal, or contagious illness) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to refuse a booking.
6. Participants aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip;
7. If a participant is pregnant, they must disclose this truthfully when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Liability Waiver”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
9. Please do not book flights or any other tickets related to the itinerary before your tour booking is confirmed. If you book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary of your own accord but your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you are responsible for all resulting losses.

1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student ID.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require all children, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that every seat brought along will be suitable for the tour coach. Please note this.
(2) Safety information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help participants who need assistance arrange Chinese group meals. If the number of diners is insufficient for a group meal, or if Chinese food cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation. Please understand that meals arranged as part of the itinerary may not meet everyone’s requirements. Participants are advised to bring bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are also small and their facilities may be older, and generally do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (more substantial in Germany and simplest in Italy, where it consists only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not especially lavish, and their quantity and quality may fall well short of what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed and are only available to a guardian traveling with one child under 14. Under European law, three adults cannot book a triple room.
② For individual travelers, we arrange room sharing (twin beds). If there is a single man or single woman, we will try to room them with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If necessary, please cooperate if spouses have to stay in separate rooms. Guests who end up with a room to themselves when rooms are finally assigned must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate; if one becomes available before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other information and important notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
