3. If your company or any guest leaves the tour or misses any part of the itinerary for personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, or an accident), the tour fee paid is non-refundable, and no compensation in the form of other services will be provided.
4. If weather, war, strikes, or other force majeure events make sightseeing impossible, Zongheng will do its best to protect guests’ personal safety and property and reserves the right to cancel or adjust some or all of the itinerary. We accept no direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure, and tour fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Cabin stays: The following cancellation policy applies to the third and fourth guests sharing a room who stay free under the recently launched “Buy Two, Get Two Free” promotion:
a. Early cancellation: If the first two guests in the room participate in the tour as scheduled, the third and fourth guests sharing the same room who are traveling free of charge may cancel their seats free of charge, with no penalty, if they request cancellation more than 30 days before departure.
b. Late cancellation 8–30 days before departure: If the first two guests in the room participate in the tour as scheduled, the third and fourth guests sharing the same room who are traveling free of charge will be charged a penalty for each guest who cancels 8–30 days before departure. The penalty is 50% of the original price for a room shared by two guests.
c. Cancellation within 7 days of departure or a NO SHOW on the day of the tour: Each guest who cancels will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the original price for a room shared by two guests. If a guest cancels before departure but does not pay the penalty in full, or is a NO SHOW on the day of the tour, we will collect the penalty in person on the day of the tour from the first and second guests on the booking. If guests on the same booking refuse to pay, they will be considered to have an outstanding tour balance, and we reserve the right to cancel all reservations on the booking.
Not staying in a cabin: The following cancellation terms apply to the third and fourth guests sharing a room who are included free of charge in the recently launched “Buy 2, Get 2 Free” promotion:

c. If a guest cancels within 7 days of departure but does not pay the penalty in full, or is a NO SHOW on the day of the tour, we will collect the penalty in person on the day of the tour from the first and second guests on the booking. If guests on the same booking refuse to pay, they will be considered to have an outstanding tour balance, and we reserve the right to cancel all reservations on the booking.
III. Booking Information:
1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children cannot join the tour. For their safety, pregnant travelers may join only if they will be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour.
2. When booking, please provide accurate and complete information, including names, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile phone number so we can reach you if necessary), accurate flight details, or tour meeting point, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information you provide.
3. Hotels in North America offer different room types, such as one room with a King/Queen-size bed or two Double-size beds. The maximum legal occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. At some hotels' request, each traveling party must carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. Guests must follow each hotel's rules for card authorization, deposits, and check-in. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after checkout. The number of rooms is guaranteed, but the specific room type and location are not. Hotel check-in is usually after 15:00.
4. Tour participants must purchase admission tickets through the tour guide and may not bring their own tickets or use a City Pass. Attraction admission fees and meals on the tour may change following temporary notices from the attractions’ official sources; the prices announced by the attractions on the day will apply.
5. The right to make appropriate adjustments to the order of the itinerary when operationally convenient to ensure the tour runs smoothly, without reducing any of the activities included in the itinerary.
6. During the tour, the guide or driver may reasonably adjust the order of visits to attractions, the time spent at each stop, or meeting times according to weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.
7. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for a holiday, making a visit impossible, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary based on the circumstances, such as viewing it from outside or substituting another attraction, to ensure a varied tour. Opening hours and visitor capacity controls at attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic. Please understand that any resulting itinerary impact is due to force majeure.
8. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat on the tour. Rental seats are available for $10.00 per person per day. Please add a note when booking so we can prepare in advance. Guests are responsible for any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. No child safety seat is needed when traveling by coach on the day of departure, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in reasonable health. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us in advance for information about the relevant policies before booking. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that a wheelchair-accessible bus or suitable seating will be available.
10. For hotel stays on Mondays and Saturdays during 05/13/2026-10/05/2026, bookings made at least 31 days in advance may qualify for a complimentary one-night upgrade to a cabin inside Yellowstone National Park. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all cabins are booked, accommodation will be arranged at a hotel in West Yellowstone.
Important Information:
1. To ensure the tour runs smoothly and as scheduled, travelers are responsible for strictly observing the meeting time provided by the guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service; however, due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee timely arrival at pick-up and drop-off locations. Our company accepts no responsibility for itinerary delays resulting from these circumstances or for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred, including airfare, train or bus fares, or other travel expenses.
2. The right to transfer guests from one vehicle to another during the tour and assign a different tour guide and driver when operationally convenient.
3. The following recommendations will help you check in more quickly and easily: bring a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
4. This is a group activity. If you wish to leave the group during the tour, please notify the tour guide in advance and obtain their approval, and sign a tour departure agreement. Any unused portion will be considered forfeited by you, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
5. If complimentary activities in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as transportation or weather conditions, or you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Under U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are trained to document evidence. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for this fee; our company accepts no liability. If you need to smoke, please use a designated smoking area.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on any tour.
8. For products that include airport pickup only: One complimentary airport pickup during the designated pickup time window is provided per room. If pickup cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, or other circumstances, guests must arrange and pay for their own transportation.
