Important information for tour participants
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Notes and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document sets out important information for travelers on overseas tours and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour joining notice beforehand. Once you submit an order, we will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they will be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please complete the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check all information, including names, genders, ID or passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. The company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. After your booking is successfully submitted, the company will send you a booking confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize pickup arrangements based on the order in which payments are received. Once you have checked that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the booking’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel it.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fee once the tour is confirmed to depart. As seats on tour buses are limited, members who book within five working days before departure must promptly pay the balance. Otherwise, our company reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such bookings without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for an in-person bank transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant booking number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the booking. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, our company may require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If a duplicate payment is subsequently confirmed, our company will immediately refund the overpaid amount;
3. We will confirm a tour member’s participation after confirming receipt of payment. One day before departure, members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during booking. It contains information for reference, including the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, members may not receive the notice one day before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Tour members aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
5. If a participant is pregnant, this must be disclosed truthfully at the time of booking. In principle, participation is not recommended for anyone who is more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Liability Waiver; however, our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Anyone who is less than 24 weeks pregnant and insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the Participant Declaration; however, our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are solely responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
6. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must fulfill their duty of supervision and be responsible for the minor's safety. Participants shall bear all consequences arising during the trip from the minor's own actions or from the accompanying adult's failure to provide proper supervision.
7. Participants must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Participants shall bear all consequences resulting from inaccurate information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements, or tour guides and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs, including return travel, transportation, and travel expenses, shall be borne by the participant.
8. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other transport tickets related to the itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If a participant chooses to book such tickets but is ultimately unable to join the tour, the applicant shall bear all losses.
(2) Tour Fees
1. Tour price includes:
1) Luxury air-conditioned coach or other transport specified in the itinerary.
2) Service from an experienced Chinese-speaking tour leader who accompanies the group and leads sightseeing.
2. Fees do not include:
1) Tips for the driver, guide, and other service staff.
2) The cost of all meals included in the itinerary.
3) Expenses during free time.
4) Admission tickets, boat tickets and bridge tolls for optional sightseeing activities listed in the itinerary.
5) Personal expenses incurred by tour members during the trip, such as non-included meals on transport, excess baggage charges; laundry, telephone, telegram, drinks and alcoholic beverages during accommodation; hotel costs for extended stays; medical expenses for personal illness or injury; and costs or rewards for recovering lost personal belongings.
6) Costs of medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and baggage insurance.
7) Additional costs arising from force majeure, including weather, transport delays, strikes, vehicle or vessel breakdowns, personal matters, and circumstances beyond our company's control.
8) All costs incurred after leaving the tour.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation regarding any other expenses not listed above.
(3) Leaving the Tour
1. Cancel the tour
For cancellations made more than 7 days before departure, our company will not charge any cancellation fees.
For cancellations made 5–7 days before departure (including the 7th day), our company will charge 50% of the amount due on the booking order.
For bookings made within 4 days before departure (including the 4th day), once all seats have been confirmed, our company regrets that we cannot refund the tour fees you have paid.
(4) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should treat tourism service staff with respect and show mutual respect and support to other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and refrain from defacing scenery or buildings, spitting, littering or other uncivilized conduct.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for the trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, take good care of your luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local climate and take care to ensure children's safety.
6. If a participant voluntarily takes part in a hazardous activity included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the participant shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall have no liability.
(5) Liability
1. The company reserves the right, as circumstances require, to change accommodation, routes, sightseeing attractions, and departure dates.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as problems with a ship or flight, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the tour is cancelled, our company will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company shall not be liable for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war or other events beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger tour members’ personal safety, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic or strikes, our company may cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and may shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. Our company shall not be responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal safety and observe traffic safety rules, and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged due to loss, theft or robbery during the trip, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. Any participant who has to leave the tour midway because of problems with their documents or passport shall bear the consequences, and the remaining tour fee is non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other participants, the participant must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a participant suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, due to an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or a trip-and-fall injury caused by personal activities, or a participant's breach of the rules and notices set out in our company's terms), the participant shall bear all relevant liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. If this causes our company to incur losses, the participant must pay compensation.
7. If a participant deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our company's tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company shall have no responsibility for the participant's actions after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If participants have onward travel arrangements to other cities using other forms of transport, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from participants' own travel arrangements when they have not allowed sufficient spare time.
(6) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes” carefully. This document sets out important information for travelers on overseas tours and, together with our “Booking Notes and Terms of Liability,” forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Information
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring suitable plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not have child safety seats available, parents travelling with children under three may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personal safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
(2) Safety Guidelines
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe can change quickly, so please bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and return if it is found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it is ultimately not recovered, keep the police report so you can make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. The guide will do their best to help tour members who need assistance arrange Chinese group meals. If there are not enough diners to arrange a group meal, or if one cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as a lack of Chinese restaurants in a small town), the guide will do their best to help guests arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or hotel. We apologize if meals arranged as part of the itinerary cannot meet the needs of every tour member. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, spoiled or unusual-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose thoroughly cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort from changes in climate, food or water, bring any medicines you regularly use. Those with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Do not take medicines provided by others without due consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. The person responsible shall bear all liability for any consequences of drunken misconduct, disturbing public order, infringing on others' rights, or causing financial losses to third parties.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather and depart on time. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather and depart at the agreed time and place and cannot join the tour along the way will be considered to have forfeited their participation; no refund will be issued.
② The pickup and drop-off times listed on the website are estimates. The exact pickup and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or if the time is changed at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Our vehicles include large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid congestion near attractions, coaches in most European cities must park some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not permitted to stop wherever they choose. Violations incur heavy fines, so the boarding and drop-off points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Coach travel safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with any items on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary coach stops, follow the guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When leaving the coach to visit attractions, dine, or shop, please make sure the vehicle windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ The journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain. If the vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry all relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group, for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised to avoid such activities during free time on the trip. If they choose to participate, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings. For example, do not wander around or feed the animals in wildlife parks.
7. Be especially vigilant when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
