Booking Information and Terms of Liability
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our “Booking Requirements and Liability Terms.” These are important matters concerning outbound tour participants that our company brings to your attention. Together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Precautions,” they form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the contents of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
Anyone booking through this website must carefully read all terms published on our company website, booking confirmation, and tour joining notice in advance. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. Tour members are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their failure to comply with the rules stated in those terms.
1. When booking, first fill out the booking form on the website. Please carefully complete and check all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, pick-up and drop-off points, and all other fields. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. After verifying that all information is correct, please make payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As tour bus seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations often have time limits, anyone booking within five working days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders as circumstances require, without first obtaining the booking party’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by any method of payment. After paying, please send proof of payment (the bank counter remittance slip or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number in the payment details; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not been received two days before the tour ends, we reserve the right to require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently verify that the payment was made twice, we will immediately refund the excess amount;
3. We will confirm tour participation after confirming receipt of the tour member’s payment. Three days before departure, tour members will receive a boarding notice at the email address provided during booking, containing information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering, a tour member may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. By default, our company arranges hotel room types according to members’ requests at the time of booking. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel season when individual hotels have insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room types may change, and members must cooperate with our arrangements. If room arrangements at the hotel do not meet a member’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room-type preference when booking, our company will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the member.
5. If a member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign the “Early Departure Declaration.” €16 will be deducted for each night of accommodation not used. If no hotel night is missed, there will be no reduction in the tour price. If a member requests to leave the tour early after it has begun, they must inform the guide and sign the “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Members must provide accurate information about their health and identity when booking and during the itinerary, complete all relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill the required legal formalities. Any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, shall be borne by the member. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, serious or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to accept or decline the booking.
6. Members aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration” when booking. If they insist on booking without a family member, our company reserves the right to decline the booking depending on the circumstances. Members shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from their own actions during the trip;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, those more than 24 weeks pregnant are advised not to join the tour. Anyone who insists on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Liability Waiver”; however, our company reserves the right to decline the booking depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to decline the booking depending on the circumstances. Members shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their guardianship responsibilities and is responsible for their safety. The tour member is solely responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or from the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper care.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour members are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification has expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country’s entry requirements, or the tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Any resulting personal return, transportation, travel, or other expenses must be borne by the participant.
9. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If a participant chooses to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but is ultimately unable to complete the booking, the applicant is solely responsible for all losses.

4. Make an effort to learn the knowledge needed for travel and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. (5) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing attractions, and tour departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If there are too few participants, or in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as problems with a boat or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. We shall not be liable for canceling any part of the itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, calamities, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other events beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, we reserve the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, loss or damage. The member shall compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our company’s tour leader may cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company shall not be responsible for any actions taken by that member after leaving the tour.
