Important Information for Tour Participants
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document sets out important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of outbound tour members and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour notices before departure. Once you submit an order, we consider this confirmation that you have read and fully accepted our published terms. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they are responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. To register, first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check that all details, including name, gender, ID number, contact information, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points, are correct. We accept no responsibility for any losses arising from errors in the information provided by the applicant. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize tour arrangements according to when payment is received. The vehicle will be selected based on the group size, and we guarantee one seat per person. After checking that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the booking's validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel it without further notice.
2. Participants must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order-hold period once the tour group’s departure is confirmed. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel room reservations are often subject to deadlines, participants who book within five working days before departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without obtaining the registrant’s prior consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (a bank counter transaction slip or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number in the payment reference; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the tour ends, our agency may require the participant to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms that the payment was duplicated, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. Our company will confirm your place on the tour after receiving your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off locations for your reference. Due to network delays or spam filters, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. Our company arranges room-sharing by gender by default. Hotel room types are arranged according to the requirements provided at registration. When an individual or an odd-numbered group registers (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), we will arrange room-sharing as appropriate. If you do not wish to share a room, you may pay the additional single-room supplement. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or for other reasons beyond our control, room arrangements may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If an incorrect gender or room-type request was entered at registration and the room provided on site does not meet the traveler’s requirements, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the check-in date. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
Note: Although our company arranges room-sharing for guests who do not know one another, the personal conduct and behavior of fellow group members are not our responsibility. Should any differences in habits or disputes arise, neither our company nor the tour guide is responsible for mediating or intervening.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed after leaving early, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction will be given if no hotel night is missed. If a group member requests to leave early during the tour, they must notify the guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid are non-refundable. Group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity and other relevant matters when booking and during the tour, complete the relevant forms accurately, and comply with legal formalities. Any costs and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the responsibility of the group member. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decline the booking.
6. Participants aged 70 or over must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, travelers more than 24 weeks pregnant are not advised to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who assumes guardianship and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Any consequences during the trip resulting from the minor’s own actions or inadequate supervision by the accompanying adult shall be the responsibility of the tour participant.
9. Tour participants must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification has expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country’s entry requirements, or a tour participant providing an incorrect mobile phone number that prevents the guide or other relevant staff from contacting them). Any resulting costs for returning home, transportation, travel, or other losses shall be borne by the tour participant.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If applicants book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but are ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses themselves.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a tour member falls under any of the following circumstances (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) They have an infectious disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) They carry items that endanger public safety and refuse to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) They engage in illegal activities or activities that violate public morality; (4) They engage in activities that seriously infringe upon the rights and interests of other parties and refuse to heed warnings or stop; (5) Other circumstances stipulated by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract due to any of the above circumstances, it shall notify the tour member in writing or by other means and refund the remaining amount after deducting necessary expenses as appropriate.

(III) Tour Member Obligations
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, participants must not harm the interests of the state, society, or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and treat fellow group members with mutual respect and cooperation. Respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface scenery or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. We recommend that tour members independently select and purchase travel accident insurance and other insurance. During the trip, take proper care of your luggage and carry valuables with you or take other measures to protect them. Unless a tour member specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the tour member has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and is not responsible for consequences arising from a customer’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transportation, entertainment, and other activities include the insurance required by local law; this insurance is not part of overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, please keep track of the local weather and take care to ensure children's safety.
6. If a group member voluntarily takes part in a hazardous activity included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving or bungee jumping, they are personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss or personal injury, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation locations, travel routes, sightseeing order, attractions, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If circumstances beyond our company’s control arise, such as insufficient participants or problems with a ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by participants or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company is not liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activities, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, disturbances, murder, riots, war, or other disasters beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses arising from such changes, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As security conditions vary from country to country, all group members should take care of their personal safety and observe traffic safety rules, and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery or other incidents, please notify the tour leader promptly and report it to the police. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry a valid passport, visa pages, residence permit and other documents at all times. If a group member has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this, and the remaining tour fee is non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the member must pay appropriate compensation.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury or property loss during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an accident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, a fall or injury resulting from a personal activity, or a breach of the terms and guidelines stated by our company), the group member is responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death or property loss. The group member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our company’s tour leader may cancel their participation. 8. The times listed in the itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour participants have onward travel plans that require taking other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from participants’ independently arranged travel plans when insufficient buffer time has been allowed.
(V) Overseas Travel Safety and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful Information
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European transport regulations require children to occupy a seat regardless of age. As most coaches do not have child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please bring rain gear and a warm coat with you.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if found. If it cannot be recovered, keep the police report to file a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans typically have a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist only of bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. The hotels we arrange all include a buffet breakfast;

3. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.

6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Group members who choose to drink during the trip must strictly limit their alcohol consumption. The person responsible is liable for any consequences of drunken misconduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights or damage to third-party property.

1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and the number of hotels in city centers is very limited. Hotels are generally small and their facilities may be outdated, so they may not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Italian hotel buildings are often quite old and generally provide blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room closet; if you cannot find one, please contact the front desk.
⑥ Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double beds are often one large bed made up with two sets of bedding. This bed arrangement is common throughout much of Europe, whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please do not waste food or take it away.
③ Breakfast hours vary among European hotels. Please arrive at the restaurant early, at the time specified by the hotel, to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding that insufficient food is available.
④ Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China, and breakfast is usually simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner may also be modest, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case they need to be replaced if lost. Our company accepts no liability for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, read the hotel's safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the hotel's emergency exits, stairways, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel repair staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to bed check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you, and do not leave them near the window or on the floor.
⑤ If you need to leave the hotel during your stay, inform the tour guide and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. It will show the hotel address and phone number. If you get lost, you can use the address on the card to ask for help.
Transportation
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour members must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, and is unable to join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited the tour voluntarily. No refund will be given.
② The boarding and drop-off times listed on this website are estimates. The exact boarding and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our bus from reaching the pickup point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Vehicles include large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have less luggage space. As bus luggage-compartment capacity is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will assign vehicles based on the final group size and ensure one seat per person.
④ To prevent overcrowding at attractions, buses in most European cities must park some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to stop just anywhere. Violations may incur heavy fines. There may be some distance between the boarding and drop-off points and the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with anything on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow the tour guide’s instructions and do not wander away.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if the coach breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please observe the laws and regulations of each location.
2. Please carry relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your personal health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly advise tour members to avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to participate despite this advice, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings. For example, do not walk around or feed animals in a wildlife park.
7. Take extra care when visiting areas with poor security, and avoid going out alone.
