Itinerary details
Depart Toronto early in the morning for Ottawa. En route, pass through Kingston, Canada’s former capital, and see the Old Parliament Building, now City Hall, and the renowned Queen’s University. Continue to Ottawa, Canada’s capital, and visit Parliament Hill (exterior), renowned for its superb sculptural art. Visit the Canadian War Museum, Canada’s largest museum devoted to military objects and materials and one of the world’s three most important collections of war art. Its displays include state-of-the-art weapons and audiovisual equipment, as well as weapons from early Indigenous defensive battles, arms and uniforms from the First and Second World Wars, and military equipment from the army, navy, and air force. Next, visit Canada’s largest and most-visited national history museum, whose exhibits show how the multicultural influences of Indigenous peoples and immigrants from around the world shaped Canadian civilization. The museum provides a comprehensive introduction to Canada’s history, geography, and culture. Then head to the charming historic district to see Notre-Dame Cathedral (exterior), Chinatown, and more. ***Special Winterlude itinerary: Toronto – Ottawa Winterlude – Montreal 【Ottawa Winterlude (tentatively January 29–February 15, 2027)】 · Experience a world-class winter carnival. Day 2
Montreal - Quebec City
Itinerary details
After breakfast, ascend Mount Royal for a panoramic view of Montreal, then visit St. Joseph’s Oratory, the largest Catholic church in North America. Next, visit Olympic Park, the site of the 1976 Olympic Games, which was later converted into North America’s only nature museum. *Recently renovated, the nature museum features four natural ecosystems: tropical rainforest, polar region, Canadian deciduous forest, and the St. Lawrence River. The grounds are home to more than 4,000 animals and 5,000 plants, as well as an aquarium. This is a highly appealing and educational attraction for visitors of all ages. Then visit the insectarium and butterfly garden, a beautiful, vibrant world filled with color, surrounded by greenery and fragrant flowers. Butterflies of every hue flutter freely through the pavilion, shimmering like flying jewels. Here, you can admire their graceful movements up close and experience the peace and beauty of nature. It is a magical place where you can connect with nature and never want to leave. Sample local country-style dishes at a “sugar shack” (optional), and enjoy a Canadian-style farm experience. After lunch, visit the winter wonder, the *Quebec Ice Hotel (***open approximately from early January to mid-March 2027; dates depend on the weather). Built with 15,000 tons of snow and 500 tons of ice at a cost of approximately US$750,000, the Quebec Ice Hotel unveils a brand-new design and structure each winter against a snowy white landscape. Its sparkling ice sculptures and uniquely romantic atmosphere attract tens of thousands of visitors. Then enter Quebec City, Canada’s oldest city, and experience its distinctly European charm. Historic landmarks abound: North America’s best-preserved old city walls, the magnificent Château Frontenac, elegant old churches, the imposing Quebec National Assembly building, popular vintage horse-drawn carriages, and street artists will all tempt you to take photos and capture the memories. Dinner will be served at a distinctive restaurant in Quebec City, where you can enjoy a leisurely French-style meal. In a warm, elegant setting, savor dishes infused with local flavors and experience the unique charm and relaxed pace created by the blend of French and North American cultures. Return to the hotel after dinner. *Ice Hotel opening dates: tentatively early January to mid-March 2027 (when the Ice Hotel is not open or is closed, the attraction will be changed to the Observatoire de la Capitale): “Ascend to the 31st-floor observation deck of the city’s tallest building, Marie-Guyart Building, for panoramic views of Quebec City. Look down on the battlefield of the colonial war between Britain and France as your guide recounts the dramatic history of the conflict. Then explore Old Quebec. Built on a cliff, the old city has the only fully preserved city walls in North America. Within the walls are many old churches, a monastery, the historic artillery at Artillery Park, the French-style Place Royale, the Quebec National Assembly building, and famous historic landmarks including Château Frontenac and the Citadel.” ☆ Optional Quebec hotel upgrades: **Hotels within walking distance of the Old City. ▼ One-night upgrade supplement: [Early Bird Offer] Sign up two weeks in advance during winter and pay the regular hotel rate to enjoy a complimentary upgrade! Day 3
Quebec City - Toronto
Itinerary details
After breakfast, join your guide for another optional winter snow activity: take a husky-drawn sled into the forest for an unusual adventure and experience the vibrant pulse of life in a Canadian winter! Sit on the sled as a team of friendly, people-loving sled dogs races across the snow, while the crisp air turns your cheeks rosy. There is no better way to explore a magical winter wonderland than to experience the dogs’ charm and the close bond between people and dogs. (***Dog sledding is a seasonal activity, generally available from late December to late February. However, it may not be available due to objective factors such as weather or insufficient participants, so advance reservations for this activity are not accepted. All working animals used for dog sledding are kept under strict government animal-protection regulations. Please choose whether to participate based on your physical condition.) After lunch, travel through the Thousand Islands region. If you would like to see the Thousand Islands, you can take an optional helicopter ride (***weather permitting) and admire one of Canada’s three great natural wonders from the air. Look down on the Thousand Islands’ scenic lakes and islands: in winter, the lake surface is as smooth as a mirror, with thousands of islands scattered across it like jewels. The expansive, magnificent scenery is sure to lift your spirits. Return to Toronto at around dusk.

Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully fill in and check that all information is correct, including names, gender, document numbers, contact details, room type, and pickup and drop-off points. The company is not responsible for any losses resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer. Once your submission is successful, we will send you a booking confirmation. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will prioritize tour arrangements according to when payment is received. After checking that all details are correct, please pay within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As seats on the tour bus and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, members who book within five working days of departure must promptly arrange payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right to hold or cancel such bookings as appropriate without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred in paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number in the proof of payment; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, our agency reserves the right to ask the member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the overpaid amount;
3. After confirming receipt of participants' payment, our company will confirm their places on the tour. Two days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It will contain information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice two days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. By default, our company will arrange hotel room types according to participants' booking requests. Each room will have no more than two beds (Full Size) and accommodate no more than four people. Please ask the hotel front desk about extra beds; any charges are at your own expense. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms. Violators will be fined $300 and may be held legally liable. Under the agreement, guests must bring their own credit card to the hotel front desk to complete the temporary authorization required for check-in.
5. If participants need to leave the tour midway due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration.” If they request to leave midway during the tour, they must inform the guide and sign a “Mid-Tour Departure Declaration.” Fees paid will not be refunded. Participants must provide truthful information about their health and identity when booking and during the itinerary, complete all relevant information accurately, and fulfill all legal procedures. Participants are responsible for any expenses and losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a history of serious, terminal, or infectious diseases must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of travelers' health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept a booking.
6. Participants aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip;
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. 6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.

1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.

(VI) Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability, forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Most attractions in Canada offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring an international student card.
2. Plug standards vary by country (Canada's voltage is 110–120 V, with a frequency of 60 Hz. Outlets are either two-slot parallel flat-pin outlets or three-slot outlets (two parallel flat pins and one round pin). We recommend bringing a travel adapter; if it is not compatible, you can use a converter.), so please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, vehicle regulations in the western United States require all children, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. Since most coaches do not have child safety seats available, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one passenger seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personal safety seats will be suitable for the tour bus. Please take note.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. Canadian weather is changeable, so please bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The guide will do their best to help guests who need Chinese-style group meals make arrangements. If there are too few diners for a group meal, or if one cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (such as the lack of a Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help guests arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation. Please understand that meals arranged as required by the itinerary may not meet the preferences of every guest. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① All hotel rooms have a maximum of two beds (Full Size), with a maximum of four guests per room. Please inquire at the hotel front desk about extra beds; guests are responsible for the cost. Under the agreement, guests must present their own credit card at the hotel front desk for a temporary authorization when checking in.
② Please bring personal toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers (for environmental reasons, hotels generally do not provide them).
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① Canadian hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple, and lunch and dinner are not particularly abundant; the quantity and quality are considerably below the standard in China.
3. Hotel room types:
All hotel rooms accommodate a maximum of two beds (Full Size), with up to four guests per room. Please ask the hotel front desk about extra beds; any additional charges are at your own expense. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotels. Violators will be fined $300 and held legally responsible. Under the agreement, guests must present their own credit card at the hotel front desk to complete the temporary authorization required for check-in.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.

1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, in most American cities, bus parking areas are far from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish. Violations incur heavy fines. Sometimes pickup and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions. We appreciate our tour members' understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
