Itinerary details
Meet the staff at the meeting point at 7:00 a.m. and board the coach to begin the tour. Enjoy the beautiful French scenery along the way. You will arrive at the château complex about 2 hours later. Château de Chambord is like something out of a fairy tale. This château of François I is a symbol of French Renaissance art. Explore its different rooms at your own pace and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the estate from the château’s rooftop terrace. You will then visit Château de Chenonceau, admire this architectural masterpiece, and learn about its history. Built by a succession of women, it is also known as the “Ladies’ Château.” At lunchtime, the staff will recommend places to eat. After lunch, travel by coach for about an hour and a half to Château de Cheverny. You can explore the park and its 6 themed gardens, including the “le Jardin Sucré” orchard. The château is also famous for hunting with hounds. You will see extensive kennels housing around one hundred dogs. Depart for Paris at around 5:00 p.m. and expect to arrive at around 8:00 p.m., when the tour ends. The order of château visits may change. Other Important Notes: 1. The coach is marked Paris City Vision or Extime Trave, and staff wear red vests marked Paris City Vision or Extime Trave on the back. Several coaches may be parked at the meeting point. When you arrive, please find the matching coach and board. If you are unsure, ask a staff member for help. 2. No tour leader or vehicle information will be provided, and the tour leader will not contact guests proactively. Guests must find the vehicle and join the tour themselves. 3. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early and find the correct vehicle. The coach departs on time and will not wait for late arrivals. 4. The boarding time and location shown on your confirmation are final. Please search for the location in Google Maps. 5. To use the audio guide, show your confirmation and ask the staff to help you download the app. No physical audio guide device will be provided.

Important Information for Tour Members
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Guidelines and Liability Terms” carefully. These terms set out important information for members of our company’s outbound tour groups and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes,” form part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Booking Process and Important Notes
When booking through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour departure notice beforehand. Once you submit an order, our company will consider this confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the published terms. If tour members violate any of the stated rules, they are responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When registering, please first complete the registration form on the website. Carefully fill in and check that all information is correct, including your name, gender, ID number, contact details, required room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses caused by incorrect information submitted by individuals. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will prioritize tour assignments according to when payments are received. After checking that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. Failure to pay the full tour fee by the deadline will be treated as an automatic withdrawal from the tour, and we reserve the right to cancel your order.
2. Tour members must pay 100% of the tour fee once the departure is confirmed. As coach seats are limited, those registering within five working days before departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders as circumstances require, without first obtaining the registrant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by any payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the bank counter remittance receipt or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the corresponding order number in the payment reference; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour, we reserve the right to ask the tour member to deposit the corresponding amount in cash with the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms a duplicate payment, we will immediately refund the overpaid amount.
3. Our company will confirm your place on the tour after confirming receipt of your payment. One day before departure, you will receive a tour notice at the email address provided at registration, containing information for reference such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the tour notice by the day before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Tour members aged over 70 must register with a family member accompanying them and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on registering without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour members are solely responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions;
5. If a tour participant is pregnant, they must disclose this truthfully at the time of registration. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Disclaimer,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on registering must also be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company reserves the right to refuse them, depending on the circumstances. Tour participants are solely responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their personal circumstances.
6. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of guardianship and is responsible for their safety. Group members shall bear responsibility for all consequences arising during the trip from the minor's own actions or the accompanying adult's failure to provide proper supervision.
7. Group members must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Group members shall bear all consequences of providing incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border due to an expired personal document or a visa type that does not meet the destination country's entry requirements, or a tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs or losses for the participant's return, transportation, or travel shall be borne by the participant.
8. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If applicants choose to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but are ultimately unable to book the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses themselves.
(II) Tour Price
1. The tour fee includes:
1) Luxury air-conditioned coach or other transport specified in the itinerary.
2) Service throughout the tour from an experienced Chinese-speaking tour leader, who will also guide sightseeing.
2. Not included in the cost:
1) Driver, guide, and all tips.
2) All meals during the itinerary.
3) Expenses during free time.
4) Admission tickets, boat tickets, and bridge tolls for optional sightseeing activities listed in the itinerary.
5) Tour members’ personal expenses incurred during the itinerary, such as non-complimentary food and drinks on transportation, excess baggage fees, laundry, telephone, telegram, drinks and alcoholic beverages during accommodation, hotel costs for extended stays, medical expenses for personal illness or injury, and costs or rewards for recovering lost personal belongings.
6) Costs of medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and baggage insurance.
7) Additional costs resulting from force majeure circumstances beyond our company's control, including weather, traffic delays, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, and personal matters.
8) All expenses after leaving the tour.
Our company reserves the right to make the final interpretation of any other fees not listed above.
(III) Leaving the Tour
1. Leave the tour
For cancellations made more than 7 days before departure, the company will not charge any cancellation fees;
For cancellations made 5–7 days before departure (including the 7th day), the company will charge 50% of the amount due on the booking order;
For cancellations made within 4 days of departure (including the 4th day), all seats will have been confirmed, and we regret that the company cannot refund the travel fees you have paid;
(IV) Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the country, society, or the collective, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and show mutual respect and assistance to other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and must not deface or scribble on scenic sites or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, check the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a group member voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the group member shall bear individual responsibility for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury; our company bears no responsibility.
(V) Liability
1. We reserve the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If the number of participants is insufficient, or in the event of changes beyond our control, such as problems with a boat or flight, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar replacement product. We will not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided tour members are notified in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses arising as a result, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal safety and observe traffic safety rules, and keep their belongings and luggage safe. If any items are lost, stolen, or taken by force during the trip, notify the tour leader and report the incident to the police promptly. Our company assumes no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and identification documents with them. If a tour member has to leave the tour midway because of a problem with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and no refund will be made for the remaining tour fee. If this affects the other tour members’ itinerary, the tour member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury, death, or property loss during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an accident while taking part in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall or other injury caused by personal activities, or violation of the provisions and notices set out in our company's terms), the group member shall bear the relevant liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The group member shall compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company is not responsible for the group member's actions after leaving the tour.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. Group members who need to continue their journey to another city using other transportation are strongly advised to allow at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from group members failing to allow sufficient spare time when making their own travel arrangements.
(VI) Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes” carefully. These guidelines set out important information for members of our company’s outbound tour groups and, together with our “Booking Guidelines and Liability Terms,” form part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Most European attractions offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards differ across European countries (for example, Italy and Switzerland use different plugs from Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not have additional child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 years old may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personal safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a thicker jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to facilitate its return if it is lost and found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report so you can file a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you have purchased insurance).
Meals
1. The guide will do their best to help tour members who need assistance arrange Chinese group meals. If the number of diners is insufficient for a group meal, or if Chinese meals cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as the lack of a Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation. If meals required by the itinerary cannot meet the needs of all tour members, we ask for your understanding. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case of need.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort from unfamiliar food or water during your trip, bring any commonly used or regular medications. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Do not take medication provided by others without due consideration.
5. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol. Group members who choose to drink must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. The individual responsible shall bear all liability for any drunken misconduct, disruption of public order, harm to others, or financial loss caused to a third party.
Transport
1. Boarding and drop-off:
① All tour participants must assemble and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes early. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to assemble at the agreed time and place, and cannot join the tour along the way, will be deemed to have forfeited their participation, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact boarding and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. If traffic or other special circumstances prevent our bus from reaching the boarding point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ The vehicles used are large buses, medium-sized buses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large buses generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while medium-sized buses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As bus luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend taking as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid congestion near attractions, buses in most European cities must park some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they wish; violations carry heavy fines. The boarding and drop-off points may therefore be some distance from attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Coach travel safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited on board.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with any items on the vehicle, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the bus is temporarily stopped, follow the tour guide's instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure to close the coach windows and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, should the coach break down and affect the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please make sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a safety belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are advised to avoid such activities during free time on the trip. If they insist on participating, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may involve illegal conduct.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings. For example, do not walk around or feed the animals in wildlife parks.
7. Take particular care and remain vigilant when visiting areas with poor public safety, and avoid going out alone.
