Important Information for Tour Participants
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our “Booking Guidelines and Terms of Responsibility.” These guidelines set out important information for members of our outbound tour groups and, together with our “Safety Guidelines for Overseas Travel and Other Important Notes,” form part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
Before registering through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules stated in these terms, they shall be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. To register, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully enter and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, requested room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the information you provide. After you successfully submit the form, we will send you an order confirmation. As tour bus seating is limited, we will give priority for tour arrangements based on when payment is received. We will assign vehicles according to the size of the group and ensure one seat per person. Once you have checked that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Once the tour group is confirmed to depart, members must pay 100% of the tour fee within the order’s payment deadline. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited and hotel reservations are often subject to time limits, members booking within five working days before departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by paying the tour fee by any method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter remittance or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the tour ends, we reserve the right to require the member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms that payment was made twice, we will promptly refund the overpaid amount.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour once we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour notice at the email address provided when booking. It will include information for reference, such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering, you may not receive the tour notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. We arrange shared rooms by default for travelers of the same gender. Hotel room arrangements are made according to travelers’ requests at the time of booking. If an odd number of travelers book (such as 3, 5, or 7 people), we will arrange room sharing based on the actual circumstances. Travelers who do not wish to share a room may pay the applicable single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or due to other circumstances beyond our control, room arrangements may change, and travelers must cooperate with our arrangements. If the on-site room arrangements do not meet a traveler’s requirements because they entered their gender or room preference incorrectly when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the traveler.
Please note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know each other, the personalities and conduct of the guests are not our responsibility. In the event of differences in habits or disputes, our company and tour guides are not responsible for mediating or intervening.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us at the time of booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed due to early departure, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no reduction in the tour price will be made. If a group member requests to leave the tour early after it has begun, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide accurate information about their health, identity and other relevant details when booking and during the trip, complete the required documents truthfully, and comply with legal formalities. Group members are responsible for any expenses and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a history of serious illness, terminal illness or infectious disease must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the traveler.
6. Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Group Tour Declaration” when registering. If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when registering. As a general rule, travelers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are advised not to join the tour. Those who insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Disclaimer”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on registering must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Group Tour Declaration”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Tour members are responsible for any consequences during the trip resulting from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided when joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification has expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a tour guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a tour member because the mobile number provided is incorrect). Any resulting personal return, transportation, travel, or other costs and losses must be borne by the tour member.
10. Please do not book any flights or other tickets related to the tour before your booking is confirmed. If you choose to book such tickets but your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a tour member falls under any of the following circumstances, except where otherwise stipulated by relevant laws and administrative regulations: (1) They have a communicable disease or other illness that may endanger the health and safety of other tour members; (2) They carry items that endanger public safety and refuse to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) They engage in illegal activities or activities contrary to public morals; (4) They engage in activities that seriously infringe on the rights and interests of the other party and fail to heed warnings or stop; (5) Any other circumstance stipulated by law that affects the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it must notify the tour member in writing or by other means and may deduct necessary expenses as appropriate before refunding the remaining amount.

Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and support for other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; do not deface landscapes or buildings, and refrain from uncivilized behavior such as spitting or littering.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Travelers are advised to select and purchase travel accident insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, they should take proper care of their luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with them or take other protective measures. Unless a traveler specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the traveler has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and is not responsible for any consequences arising from the customer’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transportation, recreational activities, and other services include the relevant insurance required by local law; this insurance is not included in overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping and other activities that may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(4) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, routes, sightseeing order, attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If there are insufficient participants, or changes occur beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, we will refund all fees paid by members or recommend a similar alternative product. We are not liable for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided that tour members are notified in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, travelers should take care to protect themselves and observe traffic safety rules, and should safeguard their belongings and luggage. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry valid passports, visa pages, residence permits and other required documents at all times. If a group member has to leave the tour early because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for doing so, and the remaining tour fees will not be refunded. If this affects the other group members’ itinerary, they must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or game activities, or illness, death, a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or a violation of the rules and notices stated in our company’s terms), resulting in personal injury or death or loss of property, the traveler shall bear all related responsibilities and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death or property loss. The traveler shall compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader reserves the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the tour member does after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are estimates. Actual arrival times may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans involving other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from tour members’ independently arranged travel plans when they have not allowed sufficient extra time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful Information
1. Some European attractions offer student discounts, so students are advised to bring their student ID cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European transport operators require all children to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personal child safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
II. Safety Guidelines
Clothing
1. European weather is changeable, so please carry rain gear and a heavier jacket with you.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or other such incidents.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: Europeans tend to eat a simple breakfast. Hotel breakfasts usually consist of bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The hotels we arrange all include a buffet breakfast;
2. Bring bottled water and food such as snacks in case of emergencies, especially for elderly travelers and children.
3. Do not drink unclean water or eat unsanitary food or food that smells spoiled;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent discomfort caused by unfamiliar food or climate while traveling, bring commonly used or regular medications. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Travelers who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. The person responsible shall bear all liability for drunken disorderly conduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights or financial loss caused to a third party.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and the number of hotels in city centers is extremely limited. Hotels are also small and often have older facilities, and may not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings and Europe’s generally cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Italian hotels are relatively old and generally use blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room’s closet; if there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ Please bring a small travel hair dryer if needed.
⑦ German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. This bed arrangement is common throughout most of Europe, whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please do not waste food or take it away.
③ Breakfast hours vary from hotel to hotel in Europe. Be sure to arrive at the restaurant early, at the time specified by the hotel, to avoid arriving late for personal reasons and finding that there is not enough food available.
④ Hotel dining differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is fairly simple (German breakfasts are more substantial; Italian breakfasts are the simplest, with only bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not particularly plentiful, and their quantity and quality fall well short of domestic standards.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines resulting from this will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Make sure you know the emergency exits, safety stairways and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers the name of your hotel or your room number. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to bed make sure the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the window or on the floor.
⑤ If you go out after checking into a hotel, please inform the tour guide accompanying the group and pick up a hotel business card at the front desk. It has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Getting Around
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time for departure. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to assemble at the agreed time and location, or join the group along the way, will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the tour, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact boarding and drop-off locations will be confirmed by our company. (If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches are available in three types: large coaches, medium-sized coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while medium-sized coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, in most European cities coach parking is some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to stop just anywhere. Violations incur heavy fines, so there may be some distance between the drop-off or pick-up point and the attraction. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Coach safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid causing damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander away.
⑤ When getting off the coach to sightsee, eat, or shop, please remember to close the coach windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ Travel times are long, and vehicles are heavily used along the way. If a vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. Please cooperate.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing appropriate or required clothing. Travelers are strongly advised to avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If a traveler chooses to participate, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public safety, exercise extra caution and avoid going out alone.
