We will enter the U.S. Capitol, the geometric center of Washington, D.C., and walk through its magnificent, ornate corridors, listening to the stories behind each mural and statue to gain an in-depth understanding of why it is the ultimate symbol of government of the people, by the people, and for the people. △The National Archives The National Archives houses precious documents, photographs, and video records from various periods of American history. Its most famous holdings are the original parchment documents drafted at the founding of the nation in 1776, comprising three works: the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Other notable items include the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation issued by Lincoln during the Civil War, Nazi Germany’s surrender documents at the end of World War II, and the Watergate tapes that exposed Nixon and ultimately led to his downfall. or △Washington, D.C. In-Depth Tour First, we will visit the Air Force Memorial, composed of three curved steel spires over 80 meters tall. Its design was inspired by the three trails of white smoke left in the sky during aerobatic performances by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. Since opening in 1910, it has amassed a collection of up to 120 million objects, ranging from primitive dinosaur fossils and artifacts from the earliest origins of humanity to rare animal specimens from around the world and precious minerals and gemstones. It preserves a rich legacy of natural science and human culture. The African elephant specimen in the center of the museum’s first-floor lobby is enormous. It vividly recreates the animal’s appearance on the African savanna and is regarded as a symbol of the National Museum of Natural History. The mineral and gemstone exhibit on the second floor is also world-famous for the Hope Diamond. △The White House The White House is a white sandstone building in the Neoclassical style, covering more than 73,000 square meters and consisting of three parts: the main building and the East and West Wings. It is the workplace and residence of every U.S. president and is also synonymous with the U.S. government. Many important U.S. policy decisions and bills are signed, and statements issued, by the president at the White House. George Washington, a Founding Father of the United States, once expressed his views on the construction of the presidential residence: it must not be a palace or be luxurious, because the person who works there is a servant of the nation. △Lincoln Memorial The Lincoln Memorial is an all-white building modeled on an ancient Greek temple. Built in honor of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States, it is regarded as an enduring monument to America and an iconic landmark of Washington, D.C. It is also one of the most famous gathering places for those advocating peace and democracy. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech here. △Vietnam Veterans Memorial The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is located north of the Lincoln Memorial. It consists of a 500-foot-long V-shaped structure built of black granite and commemorates American soldiers and officers who died while serving in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. The gleaming black granite wall bears, in order of the dates they died, the names of more than 57,000 U.S. service members killed in the Vietnam War between 1959 and 1975.

2. Refunds for additional hotels or services booked separately are subject to the hotel’s policies.
3. If your company or any guest leaves the tour or misses any part of the itinerary for personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, or an accident), the tour fee paid is non-refundable, and no compensation in the form of other services will be provided.
4. If weather, war, strikes, or other force majeure events make sightseeing impossible, Zongheng will do its best to protect guests’ personal safety and property and reserves the right to cancel or adjust some or all of the itinerary. We accept no direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure, and tour fees already paid are non-refundable.
Travel Tips:
Starting January 1, 2026, 11 national parks in the United States will charge an additional entrance fee to visitors who are not U.S. residents (please click the blue text to view details). When entering these national parks, park staff may verify visitors’ identities on site. U.S. residents should carry valid identification, such as a U.S. passport, driver’s license, or Green Card, for inspection.
III. Booking Information
1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children may not participate in this company's tours. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the itinerary.
2. When booking, please provide accurate and complete information, including names, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile phone number so we can reach you if necessary), accurate flight details, or tour meeting point, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information you provide.
3. Hotels offer different room types, such as a room with one King/Queen Size bed or two Double Size beds. The maximum permitted occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. At the request of certain hotels, each group of tour participants must bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. Guests must follow each hotel’s procedures for card authorization, deposit collection, and check-in. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after checkout. We guarantee the number of rooms but not the specific room type or location. Hotel check-in is usually after 15:00.
4. Tour participants must purchase admission tickets through the tour guide and may not bring their own tickets or use a City Pass. Attraction admission fees and meals on the tour may change following temporary notices from the attractions’ official sources; the prices announced by the attractions on the day will apply.
5. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the order of the itinerary when necessary for tour operations, to ensure the tour runs smoothly. However, no included activities will be omitted.
6. During the tour, the guide or driver may reasonably adjust the order of visits to attractions, the time spent at each stop, or meeting times according to weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.
7. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's), making a visit impossible, the guide will adjust the itinerary based on the circumstances, replacing the visit with an outside view or another attraction to ensure a varied tour. Opening hours and visitor capacity limits at attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic. Please understand that any resulting impact on the itinerary constitutes force majeure.
8. Children under eight must use a safety seat when joining the tour. We offer rentals for $10.00/person/day. Please make a note when booking so we can prepare in advance. Guests are responsible for any violations or fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. No safety seat is required when traveling by coach on the day of departure, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in generally good health. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us in advance for information about the applicable policies. If we are not notified in time, we cannot guarantee that a wheelchair-accessible bus or suitable seating will be available.
10. We may revise the tour terms and conditions from time to time and will promptly publish the latest version on our agent website. Please carefully read the “Tour Terms and Conditions” (click the blue text to view) before booking. We will perform our obligations only subject to these terms and conditions. Unless specifically provided for in these terms or by law, we will not compensate for any indirect, compensatory, incidental, or punitive damages.
12. Due to the significant rise in fuel prices, vehicle operating costs have increased considerably. Starting April 1, 2022, all our bus tour products will incur a transportation surcharge of €5 per person per day. Please pay this together with the tour fee when placing your order.
4. Important Travel Information:
1. To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and in full, guests must strictly observe the meeting time given by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We are committed to providing punctual service; however, in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at the pickup point on time. We accept no responsibility for itinerary delays caused by such factors or for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred as a result, including costs for flights, trains, coaches, or other travel expenses.
2. For operational convenience, we reserve the right to transfer guests from their original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip and assign a different tour guide and driver to provide service.
3. The following recommendations will help you check in more quickly and easily: bring a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
4. This is a group activity. If you wish to leave the group during the tour, please notify the tour guide in advance and obtain their approval, and sign a tour departure agreement. Any unused portion will be considered forfeited by you, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
5. If complimentary activities in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as transportation or weather conditions, or you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Under U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are trained to document evidence. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night will be charged. Guests are responsible for this fee; our company accepts no liability. If you need to smoke, please use a designated smoking area.
7. Pets and animals are not permitted on any of our tours.
8. Applies only to products that include airport pickup: Each booking includes only one airport pickup within the complimentary pickup time window. If pickup cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delays, or other circumstances, you are responsible for your own transportation costs.
