Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Booking Restrictions
This product requires a minimum of 2 participants and accepts a maximum of 7 per booking. Each booking is a private group; participants are not combined with other groups.
Travelers under 18 must be accompanied throughout the trip by at least one parent or adult traveler.
Travelers aged 70 and above (inclusive) must be in good health and fit to travel when booking.
2 adults may bring one child under 6 years old. The child travels free of charge if not occupying a bed (only admission tickets and other chargeable items are payable). If occupying a bed, the normal rate applies. Only one child under 6 who does not occupy a bed may travel free of charge per group; additional children are charged at the normal rate. A seat in the vehicle is required regardless of age.
Prices are based on 2 people sharing 1 room. If you would like a room for one, please select the single-room supplement option. If 1 person in a room requests a single room, both guests in that room must pay the single-room supplement.
(II) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill in the booking form on the website and carefully complete and check all the information, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the information provided by the customer. Once your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will give priority to customers according to when payment is received. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the order’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, members who sign up within five working days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, our agency reserves the right to hold or cancel such bookings without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. Any fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method, are the payer’s responsibility. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction receipt for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to note the relevant booking number on the proof of payment; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the received funds to the booking. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived by two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is subsequently confirmed that the payment was duplicated, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. Our company will confirm a member’s participation once their payment has been received. Three days before departure, members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking, with details such as the guide, itinerary, and boarding and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering, members may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Our company will arrange hotel room types according to the requirements provided by group members when booking. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when individual hotels have insufficient rooms, or for other uncontrollable reasons, room arrangements may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If rooms assigned on site do not meet a group member’s requirements because they provided incorrect gender or room-type information when booking, our company will coordinate and make arrangements according to room availability on the day of check-in. Any resulting additional costs will be borne by the group member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking/before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” The tour price will be reduced by €30 for each night of accommodation they miss. If they do not miss any hotel nights, no reduction will be made. If a group member requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must notify the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other matters when booking and during the itinerary, complete all relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Any costs or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, will be borne by the group member. Travelers with a history of serious illness (for example, those with a severe or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health condition or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to accept or decline the booking.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.
(III) Cancellation and Change Terms
This is a private group product. Each booking is for one group and is not combined with other travelers. Vehicles, hotels, guides, admission tickets, and other travel services will be booked separately according to the number of people in the booking and the itinerary. Fees arising from order cancellations, changes to the departure date, or itinerary adjustments will be calculated in accordance with these terms and based on necessary, non-refundable costs actually incurred.
1. Tour Withdrawal and Order Cancellation
(1) Cancellation Fee Policy
If travelers request to cancel an order for personal reasons, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the time remaining until the originally scheduled departure date:
31 days or more before departure: 5% of the total tour price in the order;
15–30 days before departure (including the 30th day): 20% of the total tour price in the order;
8–14 days before departure (including the 14th day): 50% of the total tour price in the order;
Within 7 days before departure (including the 7th day): 100% of the total tour price in the order will be used to calculate the cancellation fee.
(2) Calculation of Necessary Expenses
In addition to the cancellation fees listed above, when an order is canceled, any necessary costs already incurred and not refundable by the supplier will also be calculated. These include, but are not limited to, hotel booking fees, private vehicle and driver service fees, guide fees, admission and transportation ticket fees, and other reasonable costs for bookings that cannot be recovered. We will calculate cancellation fees based on the actual order and explain the fee breakdown to the traveler. Cancellation fees and necessary costs may not be charged twice for the same expense. The final amount deducted will be based on the contract and costs actually incurred, and will not exceed the total tour price.
2. Changes to travel dates and tickets
(1) Rescheduling Fee Policy
If you need to change your departure date, please contact us in writing as early as possible. Date-change requests are subject to the actual availability of vehicles, hotels, guides, and other suppliers.
31 days or more before departure: In principle, no rescheduling service fee will be charged;
15–30 days before departure (including the 30th day): a rescheduling service fee of 10% of the total tour price per booking applies;
8–14 days before departure (including the 14th day): A rescheduling service fee of 30% of the total tour price in the order;
Within 7 days before departure (including the 7th day): Rescheduling is subject to confirmation based on the supplier's policies and resource availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the order may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.
The rescheduling service fee above does not include any actual price differences, non-refundable costs, or rebooking fees for hotels, vehicles, tour guides, admission tickets, or other travel services resulting from a change of date. These costs will be calculated separately based on the actual circumstances, and the traveler will be informed before the rescheduling is processed.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour participants must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and assist one another, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and any remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to onward travel arrangements made without allowing sufficient free time.
Tour Information
Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability, forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful tips
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student ID.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require all children, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that every seat brought along will be suitable for the tour coach. Please note this.
(2) Safety information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help guests who need it arrange Chinese-style group meals. If the group is too small for a group meal, or one cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help guests find fast food or Western food, or arrange meals at a supermarket or the hotel. If meals arranged as part of the itinerary cannot meet the needs of every guest, we appreciate your understanding. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are also small and their facilities may be older, and generally do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other major event, the company reserves the right to choose the hotel’s star rating and location.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (more substantial in Germany and simplest in Italy, where it consists only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not especially lavish, and their quantity and quality may fall well short of what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed and are only available to a guardian traveling with one child under 14. Under European law, three adults cannot book a triple room.
② For individual travelers, we arrange room sharing (twin beds). If there is a single man or single woman, we will try to room them with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If necessary, please cooperate if spouses have to stay in separate rooms. Guests who end up with a room to themselves when rooms are finally assigned must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate; if one becomes available before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively little luggage space. As luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
