Itinerary details
When you arrive at the airport, filled with anticipation for the mysterious land of Egypt, our English-speaking assistant will be there to welcome you. [Airport Pickup Process] Our English-speaking assistant will wait at the visa-on-arrival counter with a pickup sign and help you complete the visa-on-arrival process. The visa fee is at your own expense. If time permits, the assistant can also help you exchange currency or buy a local SIM card. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, we will begin your Egyptian journey. For flights arriving at Cairo International Airport before 09:00, we will pick you up and head to Old Cairo to visit the Citadel of Saladin, built in the 12th century by Saladin to defend against the Crusaders, and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, located within the citadel. Southwest of the mosque is a bronze railing surrounding the tomb of Muhammad Ali, the Egyptian governor during Ottoman rule. Next, visit the Hanging Church in the Coptic quarter, also known as the Church of Saint Mary. Then head to Khan el-Khalili, Egypt’s largest bazaar. Its rustic shops in Islamic style and wide range of goods are popular with international visitors. After exploring the charms of Old Cairo, spend the afternoon at the Egyptian Museum, world-renowned for its collection of artifacts from the pharaonic era. Today's Schedule: Chinese-speaking guide Today's Notes: (1) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we recommend booking a return flight departing after 21:00 so the Day 1 itinerary can be moved to the last day. If your flight times do not allow this, you can arrive one day early and add one pre-tour hotel night with free airport pickup through the tour. (2) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we will arrange for a driver to take you to the hotel. Hotel check-in is usually available after 15:00, so if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and explore at your leisure. (3) Most hotels in Cairo are located in the western suburbs near the Giza Pyramids, about 20–30 km from downtown Cairo. Dinner can be purchased at the hotel restaurant at your own expense. Please take note! (4) Visitors to mosques must remove their shoes or wear shoe covers. Women must cover their heads with a headscarf as a sign of respect. Please understand that entry may not be possible during major events or holidays. Please read the following booking notes carefully: [Special Ramadan Notice] Ramadan in Egypt is expected to last about one month, from February 8 to March 10, 2027 (the dates may change). If your itinerary falls during this period, please note that attractions will close earlier each day, so you will need to set out earlier for visits. Guides, drivers, and other service staff are generally Muslim and may not eat or drink from sunrise to sunset. They also need to pause work briefly several times a day to pray. We appreciate your understanding; please try not to eat or drink in front of them. Many restaurants open only in the evening, so you may wish to bring some snacks. Entertainment and performances in public places, including on cruise ships, will be suspended. If this is a concern, please consider your travel plans carefully. [Reminder About Group Size During Chinese New Year] From late January to mid-February 2027, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, groups may have up to 15 participants per day. [Before-You-Travel Information] 1) 2–3 days before the group departs, customer service will provide an English invitation letter and a Chinese tour notice, and set up a WeChat group so the English-speaking assistant can contact you about airport pickup. The airport pickup assistant will add the Chinese-speaking guide to the group chat one day before departure. 2) We recommend exchanging money for US dollars in advance at your place of residence or at the airport. US dollar cash is preferred locally in Egypt, and euro cash is also accepted, so you do not need to exchange money for Egyptian pounds. 3) If you have an International Student Identity Card or related documentation, please bring it with you; you will need it to receive a discount when purchasing tickets on site. 4) Tickets in Egypt can only be paid for with Visa or Mastercard. We recommend bringing a credit card; the guide can also help you purchase tickets. 5) This is a destination-based group tour with international travelers. You may share a vehicle with other guests, make pickups and drop-offs at different hotels, and have the itinerary order adjusted to coordinate the group. 6) Conditions in Egypt cannot be compared with those for domestic tourism in China. Overall service levels and facilities differ from those in China. Thank you for your understanding. 7) Before traveling, check your passport's validity and visa type, and be sure to carry a valid passport with you on the tour. Local police may conduct random passport checks during your trip in Egypt. The English-speaking airport pickup assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. [Important Information During the Tour] 1) Depending on the schedule, hotel location, day's itinerary, and coordination of airport pickups for nearby flights, you may be asked to wait at the airport or on the way to the hotel, or proceed directly to an attraction. The Chinese-speaking guide will usually meet you at the hotel, along the way, or at the first attraction. 2) All Chinese-speaking guides are licensed Egyptians. Some guides live and work year-round outside Cairo, in areas such as Luxor and Aswan. As a result, different guides may accompany you in different parts of the itinerary, and transfers between some cities may be without a guide. 3) Guides may recommend optional activities based on the itinerary. These may be shared with people who are not part of your tour group. You may choose whether to participate according to your needs. Please make sure you understand the activity before signing up and paying; once confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Guides may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil stores. If you are not interested, simply decline. If other tour members wish to shop, the group may stop at these shops. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Optional activities such as camel riding, hot-air ballooning, diving, and desert dune bashing involve some risk. Please carefully consider your own circumstances and do only what you feel comfortable with. For some activities, such as visiting a Nubian village or a Bedouin community, local suppliers may provide food and snacks. As local food habits and hygiene standards may differ, we recommend eating little or none of this food to avoid stomach discomfort or other issues. You can bring your own snacks and water to avoid going hungry if the activity ends late. 5) Egypt is a Muslim country. Please respect local religious beliefs, customs, and food culture during your trip. Do not point at people casually. Follow local customs and rules when entering mosques and other religious sites, dress appropriately, and avoid arguments or conflicts with local people. Do not bring drones or other items prohibited by law into the country. Do not photograph people or important sites such as airports and military locations without permission, especially children, women, police officers, or military personnel. 6) Tipping is customary in Egypt. In addition to the guide or cruise tips specified in the itinerary, tips may also be requested when using public restrooms or by hotel porters, restaurant servers, drivers, boatmen, and carriage drivers. We recommend respecting local customs and tipping appropriately. 7) Keep valuables with you and avoid attracting attention by carrying large amounts of cash. Before making a purchase, confirm the amount, currency, exchange rate, and the services and standards included to avoid disputes. 8) If you forgo any meals or activities included or provided as a gift in the itinerary (such as airport transfers, a carriage ride, or a felucca sail) for personal reasons, such as your flight schedule or health, no refund will be given. Meals included in the itinerary generally do not include beverages or alcoholic drinks; please pay for these yourself if needed.

Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo
Itinerary details
After breakfast, we will gather and head to Alexandria, Egypt’s second-largest city, to visit the city’s landmark, 【Pompey’s Pillar】, the only ancient monument still standing in its original location. We will then visit Pharos Island, off the coast of Alexandria, Egypt, where a magnificent building awaits: 【Qaitbay Citadel】, an ancient coastal fortress built on the site of the fallen Lighthouse of Alexandria. Overlooking the sea, the Lighthouse of Alexandria was the tallest man-made structure in the world at the time and was counted among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. We will then view the 【Bibliotheca Alexandrina】, a testament to human ingenuity. We will also visit the 【Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa】, a multi-level underground tomb complex built in the 2nd century AD that blends ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman styles. Its spiral passageways, temple-style carvings, and mysterious murals reveal the unique charm of ancient cultures coming together. The 【Great Sphinx】, which has also endured for thousands of years, continues to guard the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, silently telling the story of their pride amid the endless sands. Tour Booking Information
《Special Notes》
1. This is a destination-based international group tour. Provided the promised services and standards remain unchanged, different vehicles and guides may serve you on different days, and you may share a vehicle with other guests. Guests arriving on nearby dates or taking the same itinerary may be grouped together and travel in a different order. The travel agency and guide may make reasonable adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other circumstances, including changes to the itinerary order, sightseeing order, times, or flights, provided no attractions are omitted. Please be advised.
2. Under local Egyptian policies, the Chinese-speaking guides and English-speaking assistants on this tour are Egyptian locals. They are professional and hospitable, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their faith, lifestyle, and dietary culture during the tour. No Chinese-speaking guide or vehicle will be provided during free time. If needed, the English-speaking assistant can go to the hotel to help. Some transfers and domestic flights may be accompanied only by an English-speaking assistant or driver.
3. We recommend exchanging money for US dollars in advance or at the airport. US dollars in cash are preferred locally in Egypt; euros in cash are also accepted. The guide uses WeChat and can also accept Chinese yuan via WeChat. If you exchange money for Egyptian pounds, you may not be able to buy admission tickets (some guides can help purchase them, but accept only US dollars, euros, or Chinese yuan). Cruise gratuities are accepted only in US dollars or euros. Egyptian pounds have limited use during a short trip, apart from paying to use restrooms, so exchanging them is not necessary.
4. Nile cruise facilities differ to some extent from those of hotels and developed regions. The facilities and conditions vary from one cruise ship to another. As the ships travel on the river for extended periods, rooms can be damp and may have some odors. Engine noise can also be loud, and some rooms may be affected while the ship is underway. The noise is lower at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided. Rooms are assigned at random at check-in. We recommend asking the cruise ship’s front desk to arrange a room away from the engine or one that is quieter, but we cannot guarantee this request; the actual room assignment will apply.
5. Egypt is still a relatively underdeveloped developing country. Due to local economic limitations, transportation, hotel services and facilities, and dining may fall short of standards in developed cities. Local five-star hotels may be comparable to four-star hotels in China, and some may have relatively basic conditions because they opened or were renovated a long time ago. Most of the hotels we work with are not in city centers. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Tipping is widespread in Egypt. People may ask for tips when you use public toilets or receive services from hotel porters, restaurant staff, and others. This is unrelated to our company. Please respect local customs and be prepared for this before your trip.
7. This itinerary has no compulsory shopping requirements or arrangements (shopping at attractions, on cruise ships, and elsewhere not organized by our company is not included). The guide may recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus or essential oil shops; if you are not interested, please decline directly. If other tour members wish to shop, a stop may be arranged. Thank you for your understanding.
8. During special holidays (such as May Day, National Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year) or peak season, cruise ship cabins may be in short supply. The guide may be on a different cruise ship from the tour members, or some members may be assigned to another ship. However, the guide will arrange to explain the relevant temple sites (Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple) when the ships dock. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience this may cause.
9. If a guest is late or does not join an itinerary due to personal reasons, they will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited the itinerary. Guests may not leave the group or separate from it without the consent of the tour guide or travel agency. If you receive consent to leave the group, you must sign a liability waiver and assume responsibility for your personal safety and property during that period. No refunds will be given in any of these situations. Guests are responsible for any resulting personal-safety issues and additional expenses.
10. Some entertainment and consumer venues at the destination may be privately operated and may have varying levels of licensing and safety standards, presenting various risks. For your safety and health, please exercise caution when making purchases. During free time, do not go out privately or visit dangerous areas with anyone outside the tour operator. While you are away from the group, we cannot ensure your safety or accept responsibility for any activities you participate in or any problems that occur in dangerous areas. Please take care of your personal safety when going out or joining optional activities, and do not participate in high-risk activities such as camel riding. We cannot ensure your safety while you take part in such high-risk activities. Please be advised.
11. Meals listed in the itinerary are included. The dining venue and standard may be adjusted according to the actual itinerary and group size, provided the number of meals is not reduced. No refund will be given if you voluntarily forgo a meal. All buffets listed in the itinerary are provided by hotels or cruise ships and generally do not include drinks or alcoholic beverages; please pay for these yourself if needed.
12. The local guide may recommend optional activities for this product based on the circumstances. These are generally offered as packages, and you may choose whether to participate according to your needs. There is absolutely no compulsory spending. Please make sure you understand the activities before booking and paying; once confirmed, they cannot be refunded or changed.
13. Local transport conditions in Egypt are poor. Traffic jams are common in cities, and drivers generally have poor driving habits. If a driver displays unsafe driving habits or speeds, please promptly point this out. If any problems arise, contact us immediately to avoid potential risks and danger.
14. Public security in Egypt is relatively good, and it is a safe country. However, keep valuables with you in hotels and crowded places, and always look after your personal belongings while traveling. When leaving the vehicle to sightsee, dine, shop, etc., please ensure the vehicle doors and windows are locked and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft;
15. During your trip in Egypt, local police may conduct random passport checks. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. Before departure, check that your passport is valid and that you have the correct type of visa. You must carry a valid passport with you while on the tour. If a traveler does not bring a valid passport, the guide has the right to refuse them or remove them from the tour;
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Responsibility” carefully. This document contains important information from our company for travelers going abroad and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. Our company reserves all rights to interpret the contents of this website.
(1) Booking Process and Important Notes
Anyone booking through this website must carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour departure notice. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If tour members violate any of the rules stated in these terms, they will be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check all information, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, room type required, and pick-up and drop-off points. The company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will give priority to tour arrangements based on when payment is received. We will assign vehicles according to the group size, ensuring one seat per person. Once you have checked that all information is correct, please arrange payment within the order's validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as canceled automatically, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Group members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, group members booking within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right to hold or cancel such orders as appropriate, without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any transaction fees incurred, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the bank transfer receipt or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number in the payment record; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the funds to the order. If, because of late payment, the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the group member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If it is subsequently confirmed that the payment was duplicated, our company will promptly refund the overpaid amount.
3. We will confirm your participation in the tour after receiving your payment. Five days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when you registered. It will include information for reference, such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering settings, you may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We will arrange room types according to your requirements. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms or due to other factors beyond our control, room types may change, and tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assignment on arrival does not meet your requirements because you entered the wrong gender or room-type information when registering, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the check-in date. Tour members are responsible for any additional costs incurred.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the group early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when registering/before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted (€30 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction applies if no hotel nights are missed. If a tour member requests to leave the group during the trip, they must notify the guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when registering and during the trip, complete all relevant documents accurately, and follow the required legal procedures. Tour members are responsible for any costs or losses arising from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when registering. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decline the booking.
6. Tour members aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. In principle, travelers more than 24 weeks pregnant are advised not to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer,” but our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from their own circumstances.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for their safety. Tour members are responsible for any consequences during the trip resulting from the minor’s own actions or the accompanying adult’s failure to provide proper supervision.
9. Participants must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Participants are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements; or a tour participant providing an incorrect mobile phone number, making it impossible for the guide or other relevant staff to contact them). Participants must bear any resulting losses, including the cost of their return, transportation, and travel expenses.
10. Applicants must not independently book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour booking is confirmed. If a traveler chooses to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but is ultimately unable to join the tour, the applicant must bear all resulting losses.

2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collective, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and support for other group members, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface or write on landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and increase your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident and other travel insurance. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local climate and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. If tour members voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they shall be personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company bears no liability.
7. Airport meet-and-greet assistants and tour guides are Egyptian locals. They are professional and welcoming, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their faith, lifestyle, and food culture during the trip.
(5) Liability
1. The company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If changes occur beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient participants or problems with a boat/aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the tour is cancelled, our company will refund all fees paid by group members or recommend a similar product as a substitute. Our company will bear no liability for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other uncontrollable events that could seriously endanger group members’ personal safety, or unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, or to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify group members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and group members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, please take care of your personal and traffic safety and keep your belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost, stolen, or robbed during the trip, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability for any resulting loss or damage.
5. All tour members must carry a valid passport and identification at all times. If a member has to leave the tour midway because of an issue with their identification or passport, they will be responsible for this themselves, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the other tour members’ itinerary, the member must bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
6. If a tour member has an accident during the itinerary (for example, an accident while participating in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, a fall, or injury resulting from personal activities, or violation of the rules and notices set out in our company’s terms) that causes personal injury, death, or property loss, the member shall be responsible for the related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no liability for such injury, death, or property loss. The member must compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader may cancel their participation in the tour. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company will not be responsible for any actions taken by that member after leaving the tour.
8. The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure events such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holidays and sporting events, riots, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel plans that require taking other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of spare time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from travel arrangements made by participants who have not allowed sufficient spare time.
Tour Booking Information
Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes” carefully. This document contains important information from our company for travelers going abroad and, together with our “Booking Information and Terms of Responsibility,” forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Most attractions offer student discounts; students are advised to bring an international student card.
2. Countries have different plug standards. Please bring the appropriate plug adapters if needed.
3. Egypt is an Islamic country, so please respect local religious beliefs and customs. Women should avoid wearing overly revealing clothing, and couples should avoid intimate behavior such as embracing in public.
4. Alcohol is not prohibited in Egypt, but strong alcoholic drinks should not be consumed in public places.
5. Photography is prohibited in sensitive areas such as government offices and military facilities. Do not photograph women without their permission. Obtain permission before taking photographs in mosques and museums.
6. Pay attention to food hygiene and preferably avoid buying street food. Do not bring pork products.
7. Tipping is common in Egypt. Tips are generally given to service staff, tour guides, and drivers.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather is changeable, so please carry rain gear and a warm coat at all times.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to facilitate its return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organization (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report so you can make a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. The guide will do their best to help participants who need Chinese group meals. If there are not enough diners to arrange a group meal, or if Chinese meals cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours, or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurants in a small town), the guide will do their best to help guests arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or their accommodation. Please understand that meals arranged as part of the itinerary may not meet the preferences of every participant. We recommend carrying bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, unusual-smelling, or spoiled food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose thoroughly cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort from unfamiliar food or surroundings, bring any medicines you regularly use. Travelers with chronic conditions should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by other people without permission.
5. Our company does not provide or arrange alcohol. Tour members who enjoy drinking should carefully limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone responsible for drunken misconduct, disturbing public order, infringing on others’ rights, or causing financial losses to a third party shall bear all liability themselves.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① Hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own. In the event of an exhibition or other major event, our company reserves the right to select the hotel star rating.
② If you book through our company a hotel in a city not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel's star rating.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hotel rooms do not provide drinking hot water.
② Hotel dining differs somewhat from China. Breakfast is quite simple, and lunch and dinner are not particularly substantial; the quantity and quality are far below domestic standards.
3. Hotel room types:
① A triple room has one double bed and one single bed and is permitted only for two adults and one child under 14.
② For individual travelers, our company arranges shared rooms (twin beds). If there is a single male or female traveler, we will try to arrange a room share with another traveler of the same sex or an extra bed. If necessary, married couples may need to stay in separate rooms; please cooperate. When arranging hotel room types according to participants' requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests book (such as 3, 5, or 7) and choose a double room, those who accept the arrangements will not be charged a single-room supplement. Those who refuse the arrangements must pay the additional single-room supplement.
4. Hotel check-in safety tips:
① Please take good care of valuables yourself. Do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Safeguard your travel documents and belongings, and carry a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case you need them to replace lost items.
② Please take good care of your personal belongings and luggage. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines incurred as a result must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into your hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Learn the locations of the hotel's emergency exits and stairways, as well as the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not disclose the name of your hotel or room to strangers, and do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you; do not leave them near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel's address and phone number; if you get lost, use the address on the card to ask for help.
Trip
1. Getting on and off the vehicle:
① All tour participants must arrive at the meeting point on time for departure. Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes early. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place or join the tour along the way will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited the tour, with no refund.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to our confirmation. (If traffic or other special circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size coaches, mid-size coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Full-size coaches generally have a dedicated luggage compartment, while mid-size coaches and 9-seat minibuses have considerably less luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange a vehicle based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid excessive crowding near attractions, coach parking is some distance from attractions in most European cities, and drivers are not allowed to stop just anywhere. Violations incur heavy fines. Sometimes the pick-up and drop-off points are some distance from the attractions; we ask all tour members for their understanding.
2. Coach safety tips:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Please do not tamper with anything on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary coach stops, please follow the tour guide's instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When leaving the coach to visit attractions, dine, or shop, please make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if the vehicle breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. We ask tour members to cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly recommend that tour members avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. Be especially vigilant when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
