Day 9
Istanbul - Cairo
Itinerary details
After breakfast, check out according to your flight time (check-out is before 12:00; luggage storage is free), bringing the tour to an end. An English-speaking driver will take you to the airport according to your flight time (included). Take a flight to Cairo Airport on your own (at your own expense). When you arrive at the airport, filled with anticipation for the mysterious land of Egypt, our English-speaking assistant will be waiting to welcome you. Airport pickup (included) and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Airport pickup procedure: An English-speaking assistant will wait at the visa-on-arrival counter holding a pickup sign and help you complete the visa-on-arrival process. The visa fee is payable by you. If time allows, the assistant can also help you exchange currency or purchase a local SIM card. After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, transfer to your hotel in Egypt to rest. Today’s arrangements: No Chinese-speaking guide Notes for today: (1) After your arrival, a driver will take you to the hotel. Hotel check-in is usually available after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and explore at your leisure. (2) Most Cairo hotels are located around the Giza pyramids in the western suburbs, approximately 20–30 km from central Cairo. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is at your own expense. Please note. ****Please note: Today’s itinerary includes only an English-speaking airport transfer in Istanbul and an English-speaking airport pickup in Cairo. The flight from Istanbul to Cairo is not included and must be arranged at your own expense. Please provide your flight details when booking. Please read the following booking information carefully: 【New Year's Eve Dinner Fee】For itineraries in the Red Sea that include the evening of December 31, some hotels require guests to pay an additional New Year's Eve party fee of USD 100–150 per person. This fee is mandatory, is not included in the tour price, and must be paid separately. Booking a New Year's Eve tour means you agree to this fee. If you would like to add an extra night in the Red Sea on December 31, please contact customer service in advance for a separate quote; this price is not published on the official website. 【Ramadan Notice】Ramadan in Egypt is expected to run for approximately one month, from February 8 to March 10, 2027 (the dates may change). Please take note if your itinerary falls during this period: attractions will close earlier each day, so you will need to set out earlier for visits. Guides, drivers, and other service staff are generally Muslim and may not eat or drink from sunrise to sunset. They will also need to pause work briefly several times a day for prayer. Thank you for your understanding; please try not to eat or drink in front of them. Many restaurants only open in the evening, so you may wish to bring some snacks. Entertainment and performances in public venues, including cruise ships, will be suspended. If this may be an issue for you, please carefully consider whether to travel. 【Group Size Notice for Chinese New Year】From late January to mid-February 2027, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, group size may reach up to 15 people per day. 【Before You Travel】 1) Customer service will provide an English invitation letter and a Chinese tour departure notice 2–3 days before the group departs, and set up a WeChat group so the English-speaking assistant can contact you about airport pickup. The airport pickup assistant will add the Chinese-speaking guide to the group chat one day before departure. 2) We recommend exchanging US dollars in your home country or at the airport in advance. US dollar cash is preferred in Egypt, and euros are also accepted, so you do not need to exchange for Egyptian pounds. 3) If you have an International Student Identity Card or related documents, please bring them so you can receive a discount when buying tickets on site. 4) Tickets in Egypt can only be paid for with Visa or Mastercard. We recommend bringing a credit card; your guide can also assist with purchases. 5) This is a join-in tour at the destination. As an international shared tour, it may involve sharing vehicles with other guests, making stops at different hotels for pickups and drop-offs, and adjusting the order of the itinerary to accommodate the group. 6) Conditions in Egypt cannot be compared with domestic tourism conditions. Overall service standards and facilities differ to some extent from those at home. Thank you for your understanding. 7) Before traveling, check your passport's validity and visa type, and be sure to carry a valid passport with you on the tour. Local police may conduct random passport checks during your trip in Egypt. The English-speaking airport pickup assistant will also ask to check your passport details against your name. 【Important Information During the Tour】 1) Depending on timing, hotel locations, the day's itinerary, and coordinating airport pickups for nearby flight arrivals, you may be asked to wait at the airport or on the way to your hotel, or go directly to an attraction. The Chinese-speaking guide will usually meet you at the hotel, along the way, or at the first attraction. 2) All Chinese-speaking guides are licensed Egyptian nationals. Some guides live and work year-round outside Cairo, in areas such as Luxor and Aswan. As a result, the tour may be led by different guides in different segments, and transfers between some cities may take place without a guide accompanying you. 3) Guides may recommend optional activities depending on the itinerary. These may be shared with people who are not part of your tour group. You may choose whether to participate based on your needs. Please make sure you understand the activity before signing up and paying; once confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Guides may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus or essential oil shops. If you are not interested, simply decline. If other tour members wish to shop, the group may stop at these shops. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Optional activities such as camel riding, hot-air ballooning, diving, and desert dune bashing involve some risk. Please assess your own circumstances and participate only if you feel able. For some activities, such as visiting a Nubian village or a Bedouin community, local suppliers may provide meals or snacks. As local food customs and hygiene standards may differ, we recommend eating little or none of this food to avoid stomach discomfort or other problems. You can bring your own snacks and water in case the activity ends late and you get hungry. 5) Egypt is a Muslim country. Please respect local religious beliefs, customs, and food culture during your trip. Do not point at people or make remarks about them. When entering mosques or other religious sites, respect local customs and rules and dress appropriately. Be mindful of what you say and try to avoid arguments or conflicts with local people. Bringing drones and other items prohibited by law into the country is forbidden. Do not take photos of people or important locations such as airports and military sites without permission, especially children, women, military personnel, or police officers. 6) Tipping is common in Egypt. In addition to the guide or cruise-ship tips specified in the itinerary, people such as restroom attendants, hotel porters, restaurant servers, drivers, boatmen, and carriage drivers may also ask for tips. We recommend respecting local customs and tipping appropriately. 7) Keep valuables with you and avoid carrying or displaying large amounts of cash. Before making a purchase, confirm the amount, currency, exchange rate, and details and standards of the service to avoid disputes. 8) No refund is available if you skip meals or activities included or provided free of charge in the itinerary (such as airport transfers, carriage rides, or felucca sailing) for personal reasons, including flight or health issues. Meals included in the itinerary generally do not include drinks or alcohol; these are at your own expense. 9) Flights included in the itinerary, if any, are mostly early-morning flights, so you will need to get up early and go to the airport. Airport transfers are arranged at both ends, but staff may not travel on the flight with you, and you will need to board the plane on your own. Reference baggage allowance for domestic flights: one 6 kg carry-on bag per person plus one 20 kg checked bag per person. Excess baggage fees are at your own expense. You may keep valuables with you and leave some luggage at the front desk of your Cairo hotel for collection on your return. 10) Nile cruise ships, if included, differ to some extent from hotels and facilities in more developed areas. Ships departing on different days vary in facilities, equipment, conditions, and surroundings. As the ships operate on the river for extended periods, cabins may be damp and have some odor. Engine noise may also disturb guests in some cabins while the ship is moving (it is quieter at night, but the issue cannot be completely avoided). Cabins are assigned at random during check-in. You may ask the cruise-ship front desk to arrange a cabin farther from the engine or in a quieter location, but this cannot be guaranteed. Actual arrangements will apply.

Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo
Itinerary details
After breakfast, gather and head to Alexandria, Egypt’s second-largest city. Visit Pompey’s Pillar, the city’s emblem and the only ancient monument still standing at its original site. Then head to Pharos Island, off the coast of Alexandria, where you will see a spectacular structure: the ancient defensive fortress of Qaitbay, built on the site of the fallen Lighthouse of Alexandria. Towering over the sea, the Lighthouse of Alexandria was one of the tallest man-made structures in the world at the time and was listed among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Next, view the Alexandria Library, a testament to human ingenuity, from the outside. Also visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a multi-level underground tomb dating from the 2nd century AD that blends ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman styles. Its spiral passageways, temple-like carvings, and mysterious murals reveal the unique charm of cultures coming together in antiquity. Today’s arrangements: A Chinese-speaking guide will be provided. It includes several pyramids, among them the magnificent and famous Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre, and Pyramid of Menkaure, as well as the Valley Temple of Khafre. The Sphinx, which has also stood for thousands of years, continues to guard the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, silently telling the story of Egypt’s pride amid the endless sands. After admiring the monumental pyramids, visit the nearby Grand Egyptian Museum. The museum is currently in a soft-opening phase, and visitors can explore most of the completed areas, including almost all artifact galleries and exhibition halls, except the Tutankhamun galleries. Day 12
Cairo ✈ Aswan
Itinerary details
In the morning, head to Cairo Airport to catch an early flight to Aswan (departures are generally between 05:00 and 13:00; flight time is about 1.5 hours). On arrival, check in for the cruise or leave your luggage in storage. In Aswan, visit the Aswan High Dam. Its impressive views and comfortable tropical climate have made it one of Egypt’s most popular tourist attractions. Then take a small boat to Philae Temple, originally located on Philae Island in the Nile, south of the Aswan High Dam. It is renowned for its magnificent and unusual architecture, imposing and vivid stone carvings, and mythological stories depicted in its wall reliefs. Enjoy free time aboard the cruise ship in the afternoon. If you would like to explore Aswan in greater depth, and your guide confirms that the schedule allows, you can join an optional excursion in the afternoon. Take a boat downstream for about 20–30 minutes, then you may have the opportunity to transfer to a camel for a 5–10-minute ride to visit a local community in a Nubian village and experience Nubian culture. The activity lasts about 1 hour. Departure is around 3–4 p.m., with return around 6–7 p.m. Today’s arrangements: A Chinese-speaking guide will be provided. The guide may be a local guide in Aswan, or may travel on a different flight from the group. Notes for today: (1) ♥ A felucca ride on the Nile, a distinctive Egyptian experience, is included as a special gift. (Feluccas are usually motorized rather than wind-powered; if the boat is wind-powered, it may remain stationary when there is no wind.) (2) Depending on flight availability and the itinerary, in rare cases you may take a flight to Aswan the previous evening (17:00–01:00+1) and stay aboard the cruise ship or at a hotel. In this case, breakfast today will also be changed to breakfast aboard the cruise ship or at the hotel. (3) The number of passengers on shore excursions during the cruise may exceed 12. If this is a concern, please do not book this tour (this applies to shore excursions on the Aswan–Luxor cruise). (4) Camel riding in the Nubian village involves some risk. Please assess your abilities and choose carefully. It is not recommended for anyone who is unwell or very young or elderly. Hold the handle firmly while riding, lean back as instructed, and remain calm on the camel. Do not use your phone or take photos while riding, to avoid accidents such as falling and injury.
Important notes
Note: Nile cruise ships sometimes moor alongside one another, so river views may be temporarily obstructed.

Today's schedule: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) Aswan–Abu Simbel Temple: 290 km one way / approximately 3.5 hours. A visit to Abu Simbel must be booked at least one day in advance. Today’s arrangements: A Chinese-speaking guide will be provided. Notes for today: (1) Luxor–Hurghada: approximately 320 km one way / approximately 4 hours (2) Hot-air balloon rides generally run in 2 batches. We will do our best to book the first batch, but this cannot be guaranteed due to local conditions. Each balloon may carry up to approximately 20–30 people. Turkey is visa-free for holders of Chinese passports.
A scan of the passport information page (an email copy is sufficient), in case it is lost overseas
Local SIM card (can be purchased on Taobao)
Buy and bring a travel adapter. The local plug type is the European two-pin round plug.
Bring a scarf (a headscarf must be worn inside the mosque; if you don’t have one, free scarves are available to borrow outside the attraction); bring sunglasses, an umbrella, a bath towel, and sunscreen as appropriate for the season and your personal needs.
The official currency of Turkey is the lira. Euros and US dollars are accepted in many places, but attraction tickets can only be purchased in lira.
Turkish ATMs charge withdrawal fees, and exchange rates are unpredictable. We recommend bringing euros or US dollars to exchange for lira locally.
Temperatures in Turkey can vary considerably between day and night. Bring enough clothing to stay warm, as it’s easy to catch a chill.
Most hotels in Turkey do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors, so remember to bring your own.
Regarding optional activities on the Türkiye itinerary: Registering in advance does not guarantee a successful booking. Advance registration allows us to reserve a place ahead of time and increase the likelihood of securing a spot. (Some activities are not suitable for guests under 1.1 m tall, those with a fear of heights, asthma, high or low blood pressure, panic disorder, or other cardiovascular conditions.)
Important information for the Egypt segment:
1. This is a destination-join-in tour with international group departures. Provided the promised services and standards remain unchanged, different vehicles and guides may serve you on different days. You will share vehicles with other guests, and guests arriving a few days before or after you, or taking the same itinerary, may be regrouped to travel together in a different order. The travel agency and guide may make reasonable adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other conditions (such as changing the itinerary order, sightseeing order, timing, or flights), without reducing the number of attractions. Please take note.
2. Under local Egyptian regulations, the Chinese-speaking guides and English-speaking assistants on this tour are all Egyptian. They are professional and welcoming, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their beliefs, lifestyle, and food culture during the tour. No Chinese-speaking guide or vehicle is provided during free time. An English-speaking assistant can come to the hotel to help if needed. Some transfers and domestic flights may be accompanied only by an English-speaking assistant or driver.
3. We recommend exchanging for US dollars in advance or at the airport. US dollars are preferred locally in Egypt, and euros are also accepted in cash. The guide uses WeChat, so can also accept renminbi through WeChat. If you exchange for Egyptian pounds, you may not be able to buy entrance tickets (some guides can help purchase them, but accept only US dollars, euros, or renminbi). Cruise tips are accepted only in US dollars or euros. Egyptian pounds have few uses during a short trip of just a few days, aside from paying to use the restroom, so exchanging for them may not be necessary.
4. Nile cruise facilities may differ somewhat from those of hotels and developed areas. Cruises departing on different days may have different facilities, equipment, and conditions. As the cruise ships travel on the river for extended periods, rooms can be quite damp and may have some odor. In addition, because the engines can be noisy, some rooms may be affected by engine noise while the ship is underway (the noise is quieter at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided). Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in. We recommend asking the cruise reception staff to arrange a room away from the engine or in a quieter area, but this cannot be guaranteed; please refer to the actual room assignment.
5. Egypt is still a relatively underdeveloped developing country. Due to limited local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, dining, and other aspects may differ from those in developed cities. Local five-star hotels may be comparable to four-star hotels in China, and some may offer fairly basic conditions because they opened or were renovated some time ago. Hotels we commonly work with are often not in the city center. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Tipping is customary in Egypt. People such as public restroom attendants, hotel porters, and restaurant servers may ask for tips; this is unrelated to our company. Please respect local customs and be prepared for this before your trip.
7. There is no compulsory shopping requirement or arrangement on this tour (shopping at attractions, on the cruise ship, or elsewhere that is not organized by our company is not included). The guide may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil shops; if you are not interested, please decline directly. If other tour members wish to shop, the group may make a stop. Thank you for your understanding.
8. During special holidays (such as May Day, National Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year) or peak season, cruise cabins may be in short supply. The guide may not be on the same cruise as the group, or some group members may be assigned to another cruise. However, the guide will provide commentary at the relevant temple attractions (Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple) during their stops. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience this may cause.
9. If you are late or miss an itinerary activity for personal reasons, you will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited that activity. During the trip, you may not leave or separate from the group without the consent of the guide or travel agency. If you receive consent to leave the group, you must sign a liability waiver and assume responsibility for your personal safety and belongings during that period. No refunds will be provided in any of these circumstances. You will be solely responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses that arise as a result.
10. Some entertainment and commercial venues at the destination may be privately operated and may not meet consistent standards, posing various risks. For your safety and health, please exercise caution when spending money at such venues. During free time, do not go out privately with anyone outside the tour group or visit dangerous areas. We cannot ensure your safety while you are away from the group, or accept responsibility for any issues arising from other activities you take part in or from being in dangerous areas. Please take care of your personal safety when going out or joining optional activities. Do not take part in high-risk activities such as camel riding, as we cannot ensure your safety during such activities. Please take note.
11. Meals included in the itinerary may be served at different locations or to different standards depending on the actual itinerary and group size, provided the number of meals remains unchanged. No refund will be given if you choose to skip a meal. The buffets listed in the itinerary are provided by hotels or cruise ships and generally do not include drinks. Please pay for drinks yourself if needed.
12. The local guide may recommend optional activities based on the circumstances. These are generally offered as packages, and you may choose whether to participate according to your needs. There is no compulsory spending. Please make sure you understand the activities before signing up and paying. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled or changed.
13. Local transportation conditions in Egypt are poor. Traffic congestion is common in cities, and drivers generally have poor driving habits. If a driver drives unsafely or speeds, please promptly point this out. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately to avoid potential risks and danger.
14. Egypt is relatively safe and has good public security. However, please keep valuables with you in hotels and crowded places, and take good care of your belongings while traveling. When getting off the bus to sightsee, dine, or shop, please make sure the vehicle doors and windows are closed and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items;
15. During your trip in Egypt, local police may conduct random passport checks. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to check your name against your passport. Before departure, check that your passport is valid and that you have the correct visa type. You must carry a valid passport with you on the tour. If a tour member does not bring a valid passport, the guide may refuse to accept them on the tour or ask them to leave the group;

Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. The final vehicle will be assigned based on group size, with one seat guaranteed per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Guests must ensure that the full tour fee (100%) is paid at least five business days before departure. As tour bus seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, guests booking within five business days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred regardless of the payment method. After payment, please email or fax proof of payment (the bank transaction slip for an in-person transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company. Be sure to include the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour because payment was made late, we reserve the right to ask the guest to provide the corresponding amount in cash to the tour guide as a deposit. If we later confirm that payment was made twice, we will promptly refund the overpayment.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the participants’ payments, we will confirm their tour registration. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information for reference, such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel season, room types may change if individual hotels do not have enough rooms or for other reasons beyond our control. Participants must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assignment on arrival does not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered their gender or room-type preference incorrectly during registration, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participant.
5. If a participant needs to leave the tour early for special reasons, they must notify us when registering or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, 16 EUR will be deducted (or 30 EUR per unused night if the participant booked a single room for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no refund will be made from the tour price. If a participant requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Participants must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when registering and during the trip, complete all relevant information accurately, and fulfill the required legal formalities. Participants are responsible for any costs and losses resulting from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, those with a critical, terminal, or contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when registering. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their registration.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over who sign up for a tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking, depending on the circumstances. Travelers shall be responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.

(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour participants must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and assist one another, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and any remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to onward travel arrangements made without allowing sufficient free time.

(1) Helpful tips
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student ID.
2. Turkey uses European-style two-pin round plugs. Please bring a suitable plug adapter if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require all children, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that every seat brought along will be suitable for the tour coach. Please note this.
(2) Safety information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The guide will do their best to help arrange Chinese-style group meals for guests who need them. If there are not enough diners for a group meal, or if one cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (for example, there may be no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the hotel. We appreciate your understanding if meals arranged as required by the itinerary cannot meet everyone’s preferences. We recommend bringing bottled water, snacks, and other food in case of need.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are also small and their facilities may be older, and generally do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (more substantial in Germany and simplest in Italy, where it consists only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not especially lavish, and their quantity and quality may fall well short of what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, and are only permitted for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years of age.
② For general individual travelers, our company arranges room sharing (twin beds). If there is one male and one female traveling alone, we will try to arrange for each to share with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If necessary, married couples may need to stay in separate rooms; please cooperate. When arranging hotel room types according to travelers’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests or a solo traveler books (for example, 3, 5, or 7 people) and selects a double room, no single-room supplement will be charged if they accept the assigned arrangement. Those who refuse the arrangement must pay the additional single-room supplement.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage-compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other information and important notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
