Itinerary details
Meet the group at a hotel in Rome, the airport, or the train station to begin this wonderful journey (to make the most of the itinerary, we recommend booking a flight/train arriving before 9). Then depart for Florence, the “Florence” celebrated in Xu Zhimo’s writing. As the birthplace of the European Renaissance, Florence is a world-famous city of art, a European cultural center, and the birthplace of opera, as well as a renowned cultural destination. The city has 40 museums and art galleries, more than 60 palaces, and countless churches of all sizes, housing a wealth of outstanding artworks and precious artifacts. It is therefore also known as the “Athens of the West” and is one of the world’s richest repositories of Renaissance art. Visit Florence’s landmark, the [Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore], the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Florence, then take a break in [Piazza della Repubblica] and browse the local stalls.

Then visit Italy’s idyllic Cinque Terre (train tickets included), the collective name for five cliffside villages: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. You can hike between the five fishing villages and experience the beauty of the Italian countryside. Tour Participation Information
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Guidelines and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document contains important information for travelers going abroad and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notices,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve the right to interpret all content on this website.
(1) Booking Restrictions
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and accepts a maximum of 7 per booking. Each booking is a private group; groups are not combined.
Travelers under 18 must be accompanied throughout the trip by at least one parent or adult traveler.
Travelers aged 70 or over (including those aged 70) must ensure they are in good health and fit to travel before booking.
Two adults traveling with one child under 6 years old: the child may join free of charge without a bed (only chargeable admission tickets and other activities, etc. will be charged). If a bed is required, the regular fee applies. Only one child under 6 years old per tour may join free of charge without a bed; additional children will be charged the regular fee. All children must occupy a seat in the vehicle, regardless of age.
The quoted price is based on two people sharing one room. If you would like a room for one person, please select the single-room supplement option. If one person in a two-person room requests a single room, both people in that room must pay the single-room supplement.
(2) Registration Process and Precautions
Anyone booking through this website should carefully read all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour joining notice in advance. Once you submit an order, we will consider this confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they will be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. To register, first fill out the booking form on the website. Please carefully complete and check all the information, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room preferences, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for any losses resulting from errors in the registration information you provide. Once your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As coach seats are limited, we will give priority to assigning seats based on when payment is received. Please arrange payment within the order’s validity period after checking that all details are correct. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that 100% of the tour fee is paid at least five working days before departure. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations are often subject to deadlines, tour members booking within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to hold or cancel such bookings as appropriate, without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred in paying the tour fee, regardless of the payment method. After paying, please email or fax us proof of payment (the transaction receipt for bank-counter transfers or a screenshot of the successful online transfer). Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, we may require the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If we subsequently verify that a duplicate payment was made, we will immediately refund the excess amount;
3. We will confirm your place on the tour after confirming receipt of your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking, containing information such as the guide, itinerary and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff member for assistance.
4. Our company arranges hotel room types according to the requirements provided by group members when booking. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel season when an individual hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room types may change, and group members must cooperate with our arrangements. If room arrangements at the hotel do not meet a participant’s requirements because they provided incorrect gender or room-type information when booking, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by the group member.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used due to early departure, €30 will be deducted. If no hotel nights are missed, there will be no reduction in the tour price. If a group member requests to leave the tour early after the tour has started, they must inform the guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees already paid are non-refundable. When booking and during the tour, group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters, accurately complete all required forms, and follow the required legal procedures. Group members are responsible for any costs and losses resulting from personal circumstances, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to refuse the booking.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy truthfully when booking. As a general rule, we do not recommend joining the tour if the pregnancy is more than 24 weeks along. Those who choose to book and join the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer,” but our company reserves the right to refuse the booking depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and still choose to book and join the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Tour Participation Declaration,” but our company reserves the right to refuse the booking depending on the circumstances. The traveler is solely responsible for all consequences arising from personal circumstances during the trip.
9. Tour members must confirm that all information provided for joining the tour is accurate, particularly personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or the tour guide and other staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs or losses, including personal return travel, transportation, and travel expenses, must be borne by the participant.
10. Please do not book any flights or other transport tickets related to the tour before your booking is confirmed. If you book such tickets at your own discretion but are ultimately unable to join the tour, you will be solely responsible for all resulting losses.
(3) Cancellation and Change Policy
This is a private group tour. Each booking is a separate group and will not be combined with other travelers. Vehicles, hotels, guides, admission tickets, and other travel services will be booked individually according to the number of people in the booking and the itinerary. Fees arising from cancellations, changes to the departure date, or itinerary adjustments will be calculated according to these terms and the necessary costs actually incurred and non-refundable.
1. Tour Withdrawals and Order Cancellations
(1) Cancellation fee schedule
If you request to cancel an order for personal reasons, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on how far in advance of the originally scheduled departure date the cancellation is made:
31 days or more before departure: 5% of the total tour price on the order applies;
15–30 days before departure (including the 30th day): 20% of the total tour price on the order applies;
8–14 days before departure (including the 14th day): 50% of the total tour price on the order applies;
Within 7 days before departure (including the 7th day): 100% of the total tour price on the order is used to calculate the cancellation fee.
(2) Calculation of Necessary Expenses
In addition to the cancellation fees listed above, when an order is canceled, necessary costs already incurred and non-refundable by suppliers will also be calculated. These include, but are not limited to, hotel booking costs, private vehicle and driver services, guide fees, admission and transport tickets, and other reasonable costs for bookings that have already been made and cannot be recovered. We will calculate cancellation fees based on the specific order and explain the breakdown of costs to the traveler. The same cost may not be counted twice as both a cancellation fee and a necessary cost. The final amount deducted will be based on the contract and costs actually incurred, and will not exceed the total travel cost of the order.
2. Date Changes and Ticket Changes
(1) Change Fee Standards
To change your departure date, please contact us in writing as early as possible. Requests to change dates are subject to actual availability of vehicles, hotels, tour guides, and other suppliers.
31 days or more before departure: no rescheduling service fee is charged in principle;
15–30 days before departure (including the 30th day): a rescheduling service fee of 10% of the total tour price on the order applies;
8–14 days before departure (including the 14th day): a rescheduling service fee of 30% of the total tour price on the order applies;
Within 7 days before departure (including the 7th day): whether rescheduling is possible must be confirmed based on supplier policies and resource availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the order may be handled under the cancellation terms.
The above change-of-date service fee does not include actual price differences, non-refundable costs, or rebooking fees for hotels, vehicles, guides, tickets, or other travel services resulting from the date change. Any such costs will be calculated separately according to the circumstances, and travelers will be informed before the date change is processed.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Travelers must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, tour members must not harm the interests of the state, society or collective, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and assistance to other group members. They should respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Defacing or drawing on landscapes or buildings is strictly prohibited, as are uncivilized behaviors such as spitting or littering.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and improve your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance independently. During the trip, take good care of your luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, check the local weather and pay attention to children’s safety.
6. If a group member voluntarily takes part in a high-risk activity included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the group member is personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company bears no responsibility.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If circumstances beyond our control arise, such as insufficient participants or problems with a boat╱flight, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of God, disturbances, murder, riots, war or other disasters beyond our control that could seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, or in the event of unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic or strikes, our company may cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and may also shorten or extend the trip, but must notify tour members in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any resulting extra expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, group members should take care to protect themselves and stay safe in traffic, and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip as a result of loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability;
5. Group members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of a problem with their documents or passport, they are responsible for doing so, and the remaining tour fee is non-refundable. If this affects the normal itinerary of other group members, the participant must pay appropriate compensation.
6. If a group member suffers personal injury or property loss during the itinerary as a result of an accident (such as an incident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, or a fall resulting from a personal activity, or the group member’s violation of the provisions and instructions set out in our company’s terms), the group member is responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. The group member must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group’s normal activities or interests, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and after leaving the tour, the member’s actions are no longer our responsibility.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control, such as weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, riots, and strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If tour members have onward travel plans and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience if the itinerary is delayed. We accept no responsibility for any losses arising from tour members’ independent travel arrangements due to insufficient time being allowed.

Safety Information for International Travel and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notices” carefully. This document contains important information for travelers going abroad and, together with our “Booking Guidelines and Terms of Liability,” forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts; students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require every child to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not have spare child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all brought-from-home safety seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Be sure to bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it is not recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you have purchased insurance).
Food
1. The tour guide will do their best to help travelers who need assistance arrange Chinese-style group meals. If there are not enough diners to arrange a group meal, or if lunch cannot be arranged for reasons such as holidays, business hours, or other circumstances (for example, no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will try to arrange fast food or Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the accommodation hotel. Please understand that meals arranged as part of the itinerary may not meet every traveler’s requirements. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case they are needed.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, spoiled or unusual-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose thoroughly cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent discomfort caused by unfamiliar food or surroundings during your trip, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medicines provided by others without proper guidance.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Group members who enjoy drinking should strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is personally responsible for all resulting consequences.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and central hotels are very limited in number and size. Their facilities may be older and fall below the standard of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide everyday items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel's star rating and location.
④ If you book with our company a hotel in a city that is not scheduled as an overnight stop on the itinerary, our company reserves the right to choose the hotel's star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide drinking water or kettles for boiling water.
② Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (more substantial in Germany and simplest in Italy, where it consists only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner can also be modest, and their quantity and quality may fall considerably short of what you are used to in China.
3. Hotel room types:
① The triple room consists of one double bed and one single bed and is only available to a guardian traveling with one child under the age of 14. Under European law, three adults cannot book a triple room.
② For individual travelers, we arrange shared rooms with two separate beds. If there is a single male or single female traveler, we will try to pair them with another traveler of the same sex or provide an extra bed. Please cooperate if married couples need to stay in separate rooms. Travelers who are assigned a room on their own when rooms are finally allocated must pay the single-room supplement in advance. We will do our best to find you a roommate; if one is found before departure, the full single-room supplement will be refunded.
4. Hotel stay safety tips:
① Please take good care of your valuables and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and carry photocopies of your travel documents and credit cards to use as supporting documents if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, please read the hotel safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire safety equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits, fire escape stairs, and evacuation routes.
⑤ Please check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it to hotel staff or your tour guide immediately.
⑥ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not allow strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff to enter your room. Lock the door whenever you leave or enter, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you; do not leave them near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you are staying at a hotel and need to go out, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card shows the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Transport
1. Boarding and drop-off:
① All tour participants must assemble on time for departure. Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to assemble and depart at the agreed time and place, and cannot join the tour en route, will be deemed to have forfeited the tour, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the webpage are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations will be confirmed by our company. If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ Coaches come in three types: full-size buses, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Full-size buses generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. Since bus luggage compartments have limited capacity, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible.
④ To prevent overcrowding at attractions, coach parking is some distance from attractions in most European cities, and drivers are not permitted to stop wherever they choose; violations can incur heavy fines. The boarding and drop-off points may therefore be some distance from attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with anything on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is temporarily stopped, please follow your guide's instructions and do not wander away.
⑤ When group members get off the coach to sightsee, dine, or shop, please remember to close the coach windows and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicles are heavily loaded, a vehicle may break down and affect the itinerary. If this happens, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures; group members are asked to cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Precautions
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. During group activities, follow the tour leader’s╱guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your personal health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We recommend that group members avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on taking part, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may be illegal.
6. Pay attention to and take all warnings seriously. For example, do not walk around freely or feed the animals in a wildlife park.
7. Take extra care when visiting areas with poor public safety, and avoid going out alone.
