IV. Important notes:

1. The tour requires at least 3 participants to operate.

2. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Minors and adults pay the same price.

3. A Chinese-language tour is available.

4. The driver-guide will advise you of the visiting time at each attraction upon arrival. The order of visits is subject to the driver-guide's arrangements on the day; the itinerary above is for reference only.

5. Customers are responsible for any losses caused by their personal circumstances.

6. Departure and return times may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day.

7. Our company is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure during the tour, such as weather conditions or accidents.

8. Please look after your personal belongings and valuables. Our company is not responsible for any losses.

9. Vehicle information: A 5–9-seat business vehicle or a luxury business van for around 10 passengers will be arranged. The specific vehicle depends on the number of bookings that day.

10. This is a semi-independent tour. If a vehicle with fewer than nine seats is arranged, the driver will also act as the guide. To prevent driver fatigue and ensure passengers' safety and protect the vehicle from theft or damage, the driver-guide cannot leave the vehicle to accompany you while sightseeing. You will have free time at each attraction. If you require a separate guide to accompany you, please contact customer service to arrange this separately.

11. If a 5–9-seat vehicle is arranged, we can pick you up and drop you off directly at your hotel if parking is available at the entrance; otherwise, a nearby pickup point will be arranged. If a luxury minibus for more than ten passengers is arranged, the meeting point will be set based on your hotel address.

V. Booking reminders:

1. Please provide valid contact details so the driver-guide can reach you.

2. If you are more than 15 minutes late or miss the tour for personal reasons, you will be considered to have forfeited your place. You may not use this as grounds to cancel the tour or request a refund.

3. If you leave the tour during the itinerary for personal reasons, you are responsible for any risks to your personal safety and additional expenses incurred. No refund will be issued.

4. On the day of the tour, please note the vehicle's license plate number and be punctual. This helps prevent delays or separation from the group that could disrupt the itinerary. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from reaching the meeting point at the scheduled time, please contact customer service or the driver promptly; otherwise, this will be treated as leaving the tour midway.

5. Please refer to the information in your confirmation email for the exact departure location.

Changes and cancellation policy

1. No cancellation fee applies if you cancel by 17:00 at least 7 days before the tour date (inclusive)

2. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order amount applies if you cancel by 17:00 at least 3 days before the tour date (inclusive)

3. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the order amount applies if you cancel after 17:00, 3 days before the tour date

4. No refunds will be issued if guests are absent, arrive late, leave the tour early, or withdraw from the tour.
