Important Information for Tour Participants
I. Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the booking confirmation, and in the pre-departure notice. Once you submit an order, our company will consider that you have confirmed and fully agreed to the published terms. If any member of the group violates the rules set out in these terms, they will be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. Please make sure that each traveler’s passport is valid for at least six months after the end of the trip! Infant travelers also need a passport. For itineraries that require visas, please prepare the appropriate visas. A multiple-entry Schengen visa is required for the Schengen Area.
2. Travelers departing from within China should arrive in the departure port city at least one day before the cruise sets sail. Travelers departing from Europe should arrive in the departure port city at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, if you miss the cruise, you will need to make your own way to the next port to board.
3. Before booking, please make sure you understand the product’s cancellation and change policy. You can consult customer service staff.
4. Please make sure to check the health of all passengers boarding the ship. Passengers with chronic illnesses, elderly passengers, pregnant women who are more than 23 weeks pregnant, and infants under 6 months old are not permitted to board.
5. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation from the cruise company. Please refer to the information in the cruise company’s confirmation.
6. To register, first fill out the booking form on the website. Please carefully complete and check all the information, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, requested room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from errors in the registration information you provide.
7. Prices listed on the official website are for reference only. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an online registration confirmation. Our staff will email you within 24 hours with your booking details. Please refer to that email for the exact price and information.
8. Travelers must confirm that all the information provided for joining the tour is accurate. Personal identification details and contact phone numbers are especially important. Travelers are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because their ID has expired, the name on their ID does not match the name used to book a ferry ticket, or their visa type does not meet the relevant country's entry requirements; or staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile phone number). Any resulting losses, including personal return costs, transportation costs, and travel expenses, must be borne by the traveler.
9. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other transportation tickets related to the itinerary before the ferry ticket is confirmed. If a traveler books flights or other transportation tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but their booking for the tour is ultimately unsuccessful, the applicant must bear all resulting losses.
II. Pre-Trip Preparations:

Everyday items such as power banks and selfie sticks may also be carried on or checked in.
Please note that drones, self-balancing scooters, skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, and similar items are not permitted. In exceptional cases, permission must be requested from the cruise line; its final decision will apply.

(For passengers taking consecutive cruises, alcoholic beverages they purchase will be returned the day before disembarkation from their final voyage.) Alcoholic beverages brought aboard by passengers on the day of departure (such as baijiu, yellow rice wine, beer, etc.) will not be returned if discovered.
Other items commonly prohibited from being brought across borders include: all types of weapons and imitation weapons; counterfeit currency; printed materials, film, photographs, records, movies, audio tapes, video tapes, and other items harmful to China’s politics, economy, culture, or morals; drugs and poisons; animals, plants, seeds, and propagation materials; and cultural relics.

If restricted items must be carried for special reasons, they must be declared to customs and approved. The amount to be declared will be confirmed by the relevant authorities.
To best protect your interests, please read our “Registration Guidelines and Liability Terms” carefully. This document sets out important information that our company provides to members of outbound tour groups and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
IV. Booking Restrictions (to be updated according to the specific cruise line’s requirements)
1. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for travelers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who still wish to join must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Waiver of Liability”; however, our company reserves the right to refuse them depending on the circumstances. Travelers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and still wish to join must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Participation Declaration”; a certificate permitting them to board must also be provided. The company reserves the right to refuse them depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
2. The cruise line requires infants traveling on a cruise to be at least 6 months old on the day the cruise departs.
3. The cruise line defines passengers under the age of 18 as minors. If a minor is traveling on board without their parents, the following documents must be provided:
1) A legally valid notarized certificate of the relationship between the parents and their child (in Chinese and English);
2) Photocopies of the parents’ passports (the page with their photos and names);
3) Their parents must complete the “Authorization Letter.” Please print the attached document, sign it, and bring it with you;
4) Copies of both sides of the parents’ ID cards;
5) A copy of the minor’s birth certificate.
All of the above documents must be carried by underage travelers and presented when checking in to board. Otherwise, the cruise line may refuse them boarding.
4. Booking information for senior travelers:
Travelers over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Group Tour Declaration.” If they are not accompanied by a family member but insist on joining the tour, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip. Due to limitations in our service capacity, we cannot accept bookings from travelers over 80 years old. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Booking information for minors:
Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must act as their guardian and take responsibility for their safety. Any consequences arising during the trip from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult are the responsibility of the tour member. Due to the limits of our service capacity, travelers under 18 cannot register for or travel on their own. Thank you for your understanding.
V. Tour Member Responsibilities
1. Travelers must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, travelers must not harm the interests of the state, society, or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social ethics. Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff and show mutual respect and support for other group members; respect local customs, traditions, and ways of life; and refrain from defacing scenic sites or buildings, spitting, littering, or engaging in other uncivil behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Group members may choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance policies. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other precautions to protect them.
5. Check the local weather when traveling and pay attention to children’s safety.
6. If group members voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in the official itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, they will be personally responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company accepts no liability.
VI. Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information
To best protect your interests, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information” carefully. This document sets out important information that our company provides to members of outbound tour groups and, together with our “Registration Guidelines and Liability Terms,” forms part of the travel contract.
(I) Helpful Tips
(1) Please board the ship at the time and place stated in the travel notice. Passengers who miss the ship are responsible for the consequences.
(2) Shore excursions at each port of call may be adjusted according to weather conditions. The itinerary ultimately confirmed by the cruise line will apply.
(3) After the cruise ship docks, if you go ashore to explore independently, you may return to the ship for meals or arrange your own. If you join a shore excursion, whether meals are included depends on the itinerary selected. If meals are not included, you may return to the ship for a meal or make your own arrangements, depending on the circumstances. Meal costs are non-refundable.
(4) For more detailed information about the cruise, please carefully read the pre-departure Notice and Travel Information.
(5) If you plan to join a shore excursion, please sign up at the service desk as soon as possible after boarding, as places are limited.
(6) Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. For safety reasons, please do not smoke in your cabin.
(7) Formal attire is required for the Captain’s Dinner, so we recommend bringing a set of formal clothes.
(8) Seas can sometimes be rough along the route, which may cause seasickness or other discomfort. We recommend bringing medication for motion sickness.
(9) Under the cruise line’s rules, guests traveling on a Mediterranean cruise must strictly comply with the cruise line’s terms of carriage. Please read them carefully. You will be responsible for any consequences resulting from violations of these terms.
(II) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. Before taking part in any high-risk activities, assess your health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening your seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly advise group members to avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to participate, you do so at your own risk.
4. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may be illegal.
5. Take note of and heed all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding animals in wildlife parks.
6. Be especially vigilant when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
