Important Information for Tour Participants
I. Booking Procedure and Important Notes
Anyone booking through this website must carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour notice before joining the tour. By submitting an order, you are deemed to have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. Travelers shall bear all consequences resulting from their breach of any rules set out in these terms.
1. Please ensure that each traveler’s passport is valid for at least six months after the end of the trip! Infants also need a passport. For itineraries that require visas, please prepare the relevant visas. A multiple-entry Schengen visa is required for the Schengen Area.
2. Travelers departing from within China should arrive in the port city of departure at least one day before the cruise sails. Travelers departing from Europe should arrive in the port city of departure at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, if you miss the cruise, you will need to make your own way to the next port to board.
3. Before booking, please make sure you understand the product’s cancellation and change policy. You may consult customer service.
4. Please make sure to check the health of all passengers boarding the ship. Passengers with chronic illnesses, elderly passengers, pregnant women who are more than 23 weeks pregnant, and infants under 6 months old are not permitted to board.
5. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation from the cruise line. Please refer to the information in the cruise line’s confirmation.
6. When registering, first complete the booking form on the website. Carefully fill in and check all information, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from errors in the booking information provided by individuals;
7. Prices shown on the official website are for reference only. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an online booking confirmation notice. Our staff will email you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. Please refer to that email for the actual price and details.
8. Travelers must ensure that all information provided for tour participation is accurate, especially personal identity document details and contact telephone numbers. Travelers shall bear all resulting consequences of providing incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because a personal identity document has expired, the name on the document does not match the name used to book a ferry ticket, or the visa type does not meet the destination country's entry requirements; or staff being unable to contact a traveler because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Any resulting costs for returning home, transportation, travel, and other losses shall be borne by the traveler.

Everyday items that may also be carried on or checked in include power banks and selfie sticks.
Please note that drones, self-balancing scooters, skateboards, roller skates, and inline skates are not permitted. In exceptional cases, you must apply to the cruise company; its final decision will apply.

If restricted items must be carried for special reasons, they must be declared to customs and approved. The specific declared value is subject to confirmation by the relevant authorities.
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability” carefully. This document sets out important matters that our company brings to the attention of travelers going abroad and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. Our company reserves the right to interpret all content on this website.
4. Booking restrictions (to be completed in accordance with the specific cruise line’s requirements)
1. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. Travelers more than 24 weeks pregnant are generally advised not to join the tour. Those who insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver; however, our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on booking must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Tour Participation Statement, and must provide a certificate confirming they are permitted to board. The company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
2. Cruise lines require infants traveling on a cruise to be at least 6 months old on the day the cruise departs.
3. Cruise lines define passengers under 18 as minors. If a minor is not traveling and boarding with their parents, the following documents must be provided:
1) A legally valid notarized certificate proving the parent-child relationship (in Chinese and English);
2) Copies of the parents’ passports (the page showing their photos and names);
3) Their parents must complete the “Authorization Letter.” Please print the attached document, sign it, and bring it with you;
4) Copies of both sides of the parents’ ID cards;
5) A copy of the minor’s birth certificate.
Minors must carry all the above documents with them and present them when checking in to board. Otherwise, the ship may refuse to let them board.
4. Booking information for senior travelers:
Travelers over 70 years of age who wish to join the tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip. Due to limitations in our service capacity, we cannot accept bookings from travelers over 80 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Booking information for minors:
Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult, who must act as their guardian and be responsible for their safety. Tour members are responsible for any consequences during the trip arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult. Due to limits on our service capacity, travelers under 18 may not book or travel independently. Thank you for your understanding.

2. When exercising their rights, tour participants must not harm the interests of the country, society, or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.

4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and improve your personal safety awareness. Group members may choose and purchase travel accident insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other precautions to protect them.
5. When traveling, check the local weather and pay attention to children’s safety.
6. If group members voluntarily take part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, any resulting disputes, property losses, or personal injuries will be their own responsibility, and our company will bear no liability.
VI. Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as fully as possible, please read our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes” carefully. This document sets out important matters that our company brings to the attention of travelers going abroad and, together with our “Booking Information and Terms of Liability,” forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful Tips
(1) Please board on time at the place specified in your travel notice. Passengers who miss the ship are responsible for the consequences.
(2) Shore excursions at the ports of call may be adjusted depending on the weather. The itinerary finally confirmed by the cruise operator will apply.
(3) After the cruise ship docks, if you go ashore independently, you may return to the ship for meals or arrange your own. If you join a shore excursion, whether meals are included depends on the itinerary you choose. If meals are not included, you may return to the ship to eat or make your own arrangements, depending on the circumstances. Meal costs are non-refundable.
(4) For other detailed information about the cruise, please read the pre-departure “Departure Notice” and “Travel Information” carefully.
(5) If you plan to join a shore excursion, spaces are limited, so please sign up at the service desk as soon as possible after boarding.
(6) Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. For safety reasons, please do not smoke in your room.
(7) Formal attire is required for the Captain’s Dinner. We recommend bringing one formal outfit.
(8) The seas along the route can sometimes be rough, which may cause seasickness or other discomfort. We recommend bringing medication for motion sickness.
(9) Under the cruise line’s regulations, guests traveling on a Mediterranean cruise must strictly comply with the cruise line’s conditions of carriage. Please read them carefully. You will be responsible for any consequences resulting from a violation of these conditions.
(2) Other Important Information and Precautions
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. Before taking part in any high-risk activities, you must assess your personal health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a safety harness, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly advise group members to avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If a group member insists on participating, they do so at their own risk.
4. Do not take part in entertainment activities that may be illegal.
5. Pay attention to and take all warnings seriously. For example, do not wander around or feed the animals in a wildlife park.
6. Take extra care and remain vigilant when visiting areas with poor security, and avoid going out alone.
