D1 Cairo Meeting point: 24-hour airport pickup at Cairo Airport (CAI) (We recommend booking a flight arriving before 09:00)
Itinerary details
When you arrive at the airport, filled with anticipation for the mysterious land of Egypt, our English-speaking assistant will be there to welcome you. [Airport pickup process] An English-speaking assistant will wait for you at the visa-on-arrival counter with a pickup sign and help you obtain your visa and clear immigration. The visa-on-arrival fee is at your own expense. If time permits, the assistant can also help you exchange money or buy a local SIM card. After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, your Egyptian journey begins. For flights arriving at Cairo International Airport before 09:00, we will pick you up and head to Old Cairo to visit the 12th-century Saladin Citadel, built by Saladin to repel the Crusaders, and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, located inside the citadel. A brass enclosure to the southwest of the mosque marks the tomb of Muhammad Ali, the Egyptian governor during Ottoman rule. Next, visit the Hanging Church in the Coptic Quarter, also known as the Church of the Virgin Mary. Then head to Egypt’s largest bazaar, Khan el-Khalili, whose quaint Islamic-style shops and extensive range of goods are popular with international visitors. After experiencing the charm of Old Cairo, spend the afternoon at the Egyptian Museum, world-renowned for its collection of artifacts from the pharaonic era. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Notes for today: (1) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we recommend booking a return flight departing after 21:00 so that the D1 itinerary can be moved to the last day. If neither flight time works, you may arrive a day early and add one pre-tour hotel night with complimentary airport pickup when joining the tour. (2) If your flight arrives after 09:00, we will arrange for a driver to take you to the hotel. Hotels typically allow check-in and rest after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and explore at your leisure. (3) Most Cairo hotels are located in the western suburbs near the Giza Pyramids, about 20–30 km from downtown Cairo. Dinner can be purchased at the hotel restaurant. Please note! (4) Visitors to mosques must remove their shoes or wear shoe covers. Women should cover their heads with a headscarf as a sign of respect. Please understand that visits may not be possible during major events or holidays. Please read the following booking notes carefully: [New Year’s Eve dinner fee] For itineraries that include a stay in the Red Sea area on the night of December 31, some hotels require guests to pay an additional fee of USD 100–150 per person for the New Year’s Eve banquet and party. This fee is mandatory, is not included in the tour price, and must be paid separately. Booking a New Year’s Eve tour indicates acceptance of this fee. If you would like to add a night in the Red Sea on December 31, please contact customer service in advance for a separate quote; the price is not published on the website. [Special reminder for Ramadan] Ramadan in Egypt is expected to run for about one month, from February 8 to March 10, 2027 (the dates may change). Please take note if your itinerary falls during this period: attractions will close earlier each day, so visits must start earlier. Guides, drivers, and other service staff are generally Muslim and cannot eat or drink from sunrise to sunset. They will also need to pause work briefly several times a day for prayers. We appreciate your understanding; please try not to eat or drink in front of them. Many restaurants open only in the evening, so you may wish to bring some snacks. Entertainment and performances at public venues such as cruise ships will be suspended. If this is a concern, please consider your travel plans carefully. [Chinese New Year group size reminder] From late January to mid-February 2027, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, tour groups may have up to 15 participants per day. 【Pre-Departure Notes】 1) Customer service will provide an English invitation letter and a Chinese tour departure notice 2–3 days before the group departs, and create a WeChat group so the English-speaking assistant can contact you about airport pickup. The pickup assistant will add the Chinese-speaking tour guide to the group 1 day before departure. 2) We recommend exchanging for US dollars in advance at your place of residence or at the airport. US dollars in cash are preferred in Egypt, and euros in cash are also accepted, so you do not need to exchange for Egyptian pounds. 3) If you have an International Student Identity Card or related documentation, please bring it with you. You can only receive the discount when purchasing tickets on site. 4) Tickets in Egypt can only be paid for with Visa or MasterCard. We recommend bringing a credit card; the tour guide can also help you purchase tickets. 5) This is a destination-based group tour open to international travelers. You may share a vehicle with guests from other groups, travel to different hotels to pick up and drop off guests, and have the itinerary reordered to accommodate combined group travel. 6) Conditions in Egypt cannot be compared with those in China. Overall service standards and facilities differ to some extent from those of domestic tourism. Thank you for your understanding. 7) Before traveling, check your passport’s validity and visa type, and be sure to bring a valid passport with you on the tour. Local police in Egypt may conduct random passport checks during your trip. The English-speaking airport pickup assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. 【Important Notes During the Tour】 1) Depending on the time, hotel location, that day’s itinerary, and arrangements for picking up passengers from nearby flights, you may be asked to wait at the airport or on the way to the hotel, or proceed directly to a sightseeing location. The Chinese-speaking tour guide will usually meet you at the hotel, along the way, or at the first attraction. 2) All Chinese-speaking tour guides are licensed Egyptians. Some guides live and work year-round outside Cairo, in areas such as Luxor and Aswan. As a result, the tour may be led by different guides in different segments, and transfers between some cities may take place without a guide accompanying you. 3) The guide may recommend optional activities based on the itinerary. These activities may be shared with people who are not part of your tour group. You may choose whether to take part according to your needs. Please make sure you understand the activity before signing up and paying; once confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. The guide may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus or essential oil shops. If you are not interested, please decline directly. If other tour members wish to shop, a stop may be arranged. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Optional activities such as camel riding, hot-air ballooning, diving, and desert dune bashing carry certain risks. Please carefully consider your own circumstances and act within your limits. For some activities, such as visiting a Nubian village or a Bedouin community, local suppliers may provide food or snacks. Given differences in local eating habits and hygiene standards, we recommend eating little or none to avoid stomach upset or other problems. You can bring your own snacks, dry food, and water in case the activity ends late and you are hungry. 5) Egypt is a Muslim country. Please respect local religious beliefs, customs, and food culture during the tour. Do not point at people casually. When entering mosques or other religious sites, respect local customs and rules and dress appropriately. Be mindful of what you say and try to avoid arguments or conflicts with local people. Do not bring drones or other items prohibited by law into the country. Do not take photographs of people or important sites such as airports and military locations without permission, especially children, women, military personnel, or police officers. 6) Tipping is deeply rooted in Egyptian culture. In addition to the guide or cruise tips specified in the itinerary, tips may also be requested when using public toilets or by hotel porters, restaurant staff, drivers, boatmen, carriage drivers, and others. We recommend respecting local customs and tipping appropriately. 7) Keep valuables with you and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or displaying wealth. Before paying, confirm the amount, currency, exchange rate, and the details and standard of the service to avoid disputes. 8) If you forgo any included or complimentary meals or activities in the itinerary (such as airport transfers, a carriage ride, or a felucca ride) for personal reasons, including flight or health issues, no refund will be given. Meals included in the itinerary generally do not include drinks or alcohol; please pay for these yourself if needed. 9) Flights included in the itinerary (if any) are mostly early-morning departures, so you will need to get up early to go to the airport. Airport transfers are arranged at both ends, but staff may not be on the same flight as you; you will need to board the plane by yourself. Reference baggage allowance for domestic flights: one 6 kg carry-on bag per person + one 20 kg checked bag per person. You must pay any excess baggage fees yourself. You may keep valuables with you and choose to leave some luggage at the front desk of your Cairo hotel for collection on your return. 10) Nile cruises (if any) are locally rated as standard five-star cruises (not luxury cruises). Their facilities differ to some extent from hotels and those in more developed regions. Facilities, equipment, and conditions vary between cruises departing on different days. As the cruise operates on the river for extended periods, cabins can be quite damp and may have an odor. The engine can also be loud, and some cabins may be affected by engine noise while sailing (it is quieter at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided). Cabins are assigned at random during check-in. We recommend asking the cruise reception to arrange a cabin away from the engine or one that is quieter, but we cannot guarantee this; please follow the actual assignment.

Tour Information
Special Notice
1. This is a destination-based international group tour. Provided that the promised services and standards remain unchanged, different vehicles and guides may serve you on different days. You may share a vehicle with other guests, and guests arriving on the days before or after yours, or following the same itinerary, may be regrouped and travel together in a different order. Without reducing the number of attractions, the tour operator and guide may make appropriate itinerary adjustments based on weather, traffic, or other conditions (such as the order of the itinerary or sightseeing, timings, and flights). Please be advised.
2. Under local Egyptian policy, the Chinese-speaking guide and English-speaking assistant on this tour are both Egyptian locals. They are professional and welcoming, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their beliefs, lifestyles and food culture during the tour. No Chinese-speaking guide or vehicle is provided during free time. The English-speaking assistant can go to the hotel to help if needed. Some transfers and domestic flights may be accompanied only by an English-speaking assistant or driver.
3. We recommend exchanging US dollars in advance or at the airport. US dollars in cash are preferred locally in Egypt; euros in cash are also accepted. The guide uses WeChat, so you can also pay in RMB via WeChat. If you exchange money for Egyptian pounds, you may not be able to buy admission tickets (some guides can help purchase them, but accept only US dollars, euros, or RMB). Cruise tips are accepted only in US dollars or euros. Apart from paying to use the restroom, Egyptian pounds have limited use on a short trip of just a few days, so you do not need to exchange any.
4. Nile cruise facilities may differ from those of hotels and those in developed areas. Cruises departing on different days may have different facilities, equipment, conditions, and surroundings. As the cruise ships operate on the river for long periods, rooms may be damp and may have some odor. The engines can also be loud, and some rooms may be affected by engine noise while the ship is underway (the noise is quieter at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided). Rooms are assigned at random at check-in. We recommend asking the cruise ship reception to arrange a room away from the engine or in a quieter area, but this cannot be guaranteed; actual arrangements will apply.
5. Egypt is still a relatively underdeveloped developing country. Due to local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, dining, and other aspects may fall short of those in developed cities. Local five-star hotels may be comparable to four-star hotels in China. Some hotels also have fairly basic facilities because they opened or were renovated a long time ago. Most of the hotels we regularly work with are not in city centers. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Tipping is customary in Egypt. People may ask for tips for using public restrooms, hotel porters, restaurant staff, and similar services. This is unrelated to our company. Please respect local customs and be prepared for this before your trip.
7. This tour has no mandatory shopping requirements or arrangements (excluding shopping opportunities at attractions, on cruise ships, and other places not organized by our company). The guide may recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus and essential oil shops. If you are not interested, please decline directly. If other tour members wish to shop, the group may make a stop. Thank you for your understanding.
8. During special holidays (such as May Day, National Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year) or the peak season, cruise cabin availability may be limited. The guide may be on a different cruise ship from the tour members, or some tour members may be assigned to another ship. However, the guide will arrange to explain the relevant temple attractions (Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple) during the ships’ stops. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience this may cause.
9. If a guest is late or misses an activity for personal reasons, they will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited that activity. Guests may not leave or separate from the group without the consent of the guide or travel agency. If consent is granted, you must sign a Group Departure Liability Form and are responsible for your personal safety and belongings during that period. No refunds will be provided in any of these circumstances. Guests shall bear responsibility for any personal safety issues and additional expenses that result.
10. The destination may have privately operated entertainment and shopping venues with varying levels of licensing and safety standards, posing various risks. For your safety and health, please exercise caution when spending money at these venues. During free time, do not go out on your own with anyone outside the tour operator or visit dangerous areas. While you are away from the tour, we cannot ensure your safety or accept responsibility for any issues arising from other activities you take part in or from being in dangerous areas. Please take care of your personal safety when going out or participating in optional activities. Do not take part in high-risk activities such as camel riding. We cannot ensure your safety while you participate in such activities. Please be advised.
11. Meals listed as included in the itinerary may be served at different locations or to different standards depending on the actual circumstances and group size, provided that the number of meals is not reduced. No refund will be given if you choose to forgo a meal. The buffets listed in the itinerary are provided by hotels or cruise ships and generally do not include drinks or alcoholic beverages; please pay for these yourself if needed.
12. The local guide may recommend optional activities for this product, usually as packages. You can choose whether to participate according to your needs; there is absolutely no compulsory spending. Please confirm that you understand the activities before booking and paying. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled or changed.
13. Traffic conditions in Egypt are poor. City traffic is often congested, and drivers generally have poor driving habits. If the driver drives unsafely or speeds, please promptly point this out. If there is a problem, contact us promptly to help prevent risks and danger.
14. Egypt is relatively safe and has a fairly good public security situation. However, keep valuables with you in hotels and crowded places, and take care of your belongings while traveling. When leaving the vehicle to sightsee, dine, shop, or for other purposes, please ensure the vehicle doors and windows are locked and keep your valuables with you. The tour operator accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen;
15. During your trip in Egypt, local police may conduct random passport checks. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. Before departure, check that your passport is valid and that you have the correct type of visa. You must carry a valid passport with you on the tour. If a traveler does not bring a valid passport, the guide may refuse to accept them or remove them from the tour;

If any tour member violates the rules stated in these terms, they will be responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, first complete the booking form on the website. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred by paying the tour fee by any method. After payment, please send proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant booking number on the proof; otherwise, our finance team will be unable to match the payment to the booking. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not reached us two days before the end of the tour, our company reserves the right to require the group member to deposit the equivalent amount in cash with the tour guide. If it is later confirmed that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the excess amount.
3. Once our company confirms receipt of a participant’s payment, we will confirm their place on the tour. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information such as the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filters, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We will arrange room types according to guests’ requests. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons, room types may change due to a shortage of rooms at a particular hotel or other circumstances beyond our control. Tour members must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room arrangements on arrival do not meet a tour member’s requests because they entered the wrong gender or room-type requirements when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
5. If a tour member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, €16 will be deducted (or €30 per unused night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). There is no reduction in the tour price if no hotel nights are missed. If a tour member requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” Fees already paid are non-refundable. Tour members must provide accurate information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete all related forms truthfully, and follow legal procedures. Tour members are responsible for any costs and losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Travelers with a significant medical history (for example, a serious or terminal illness, or a communicable disease) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their booking.
6. Tour members aged over 70 must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking at its discretion. Tour members are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, travelers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are not advised to join the tour. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver; however, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Tour Participation Declaration; our company likewise reserves the right to refuse their participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who will act as their guardian and be responsible for their safety. Tour members shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Tour members shall bear all consequences resulting from inaccurate information, such as being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the destination country's entry requirements, or the guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a tour member because an incorrect mobile number was provided. Any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses shall be borne by the tour member.
10. Please do not book any flights or other tickets related to the tour before your booking is confirmed. If you book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at your own discretion but are ultimately unable to join the tour, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.

In all the above cases, written notice is required; otherwise, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily forfeited your rights, and our company accepts no responsibility.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour members must not engage in illegal activities during the tour.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the country, society or collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social norms. Participants should treat tourism service staff with respect and show mutual respect and cooperation toward other group members. Respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not carve or write on scenery or buildings, spit on the ground, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for the trip and improve your awareness of personal safety. Participants may choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance themselves. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local weather and keep children safe.
6. If tour members voluntarily participate in potentially dangerous activities included in the regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, they shall bear sole responsibility for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury. Our company shall have no liability.
7. The airport pickup assistant and tour guide are both local Egyptians. They are professional and hospitable, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their beliefs, customs, and food culture during the trip.
(5) Responsibilities
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, routes, sightseeing attractions and departure dates as necessary, depending on the circumstances.
2. If there are too few participants, or changes occur beyond our control, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is cancelled, we will refund all fees paid by group members or recommend a similar replacement product. Our company is not liable for cancelling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond our control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour participants, as well as unexpected circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, provided participants are notified in advance. We accept no responsibility for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and participants may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and the remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this disrupts the normal itinerary of other tour members, the tour member must pay the corresponding compensation.
6. If a tour member suffers personal injury or property loss during the itinerary due to an accident (for example, an accident while taking part in an entertainment or game activity, or illness, death, a fall, or injury resulting from personal activities, or a breach of the terms and instructions stated by our company), the tour member is responsible for all related liability and expenses. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. If this causes our company any loss, the tour member must compensate us.
7. If a tour member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader may cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company will not be responsible for the tour member’s actions after they leave the group.
8. Times stated in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to force majeure, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, holiday events, unrest, or strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements requiring other transport to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses arising from onward travel arrangements made without sufficient buffer time.
Important Information for Tour Members
Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To best protect your interests, please carefully read our Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information. These guidelines contain important information for outbound tour members and form part of the travel contract, together with our Booking Information and Terms of Liability.
(1) Helpful Tips
1. Most attractions offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring an International Student Card.
2. Plug standards vary between countries. Please bring suitable plug adapters if needed.
3. Egypt is an Islamic country, so please respect local religious beliefs and customs. Women should avoid wearing overly revealing clothing, and couples should avoid intimate gestures such as embracing in public.
4. Alcohol is not prohibited in Egypt, but drinking spirits in public places is not recommended.
5. Photography is prohibited in sensitive areas such as government offices and military facilities. Do not photograph women without their permission. Ask for permission before taking photographs in mosques or museums.
6. Pay attention to food hygiene; it is best not to buy street food. Do not bring pork products.
7. Tipping is very common in Egypt. Tips are generally given to service staff, tour guides, and drivers.
(2) Safety Information
Clothing
1. Weather can change quickly, so be sure to bring rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please look after your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly label your luggage with your name and contact details for identification and to facilitate its return if found. If your luggage is lost, promptly notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police. If it is ultimately not recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Meals
1. The guide will do their best to help group members who need it arrange Chinese group meals. If the number of diners is too small to qualify for a group meal, or a Chinese meal cannot be arranged due to holidays, opening hours or other reasons (such as there being no Chinese restaurant in a small city), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or hotel. If meals arranged due to the itinerary cannot meet the requirements of all group members, we ask for your understanding. We recommend bringing bottled water and snacks in case of need.
2. Do not drink unsafe water or eat unhygienic, spoiled or bad-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose thoroughly cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To prevent travel-related illness, bring any commonly used or regular medications. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medication provided by someone else without permission.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Tour members who wish to drink must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes a disturbance while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible for the consequences.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① Hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, kettles, or other everyday essentials. Please bring your own. In the event of an exhibition or other major event, our company reserves the right to select hotels of a different star rating.
② If you book through our company a hotel in a city not included in the itinerary’s overnight stays, our company reserves the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel dining:
① Hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel meals may differ considerably from those in China. Breakfast is simple, and lunch and dinner may also be less abundant; both the quantity and quality may be far below domestic standards.
3. Hotel room type:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed. They are only available for two adults traveling with one child under the age of 14.
② For individual travelers, our company arranges shared rooms with two separate beds. If there is one male or one female traveler without a roommate, we will try to arrange a room share with another traveler of the same sex or provide an extra bed. If necessary, couples may need to stay in separate rooms; we appreciate your cooperation. When assigning hotel room types according to travelers’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests (such as 3, 5, or 7) choose a double room, those who accept the assigned arrangement will not be charged a single-room supplement. Those who refuse the arrangement must pay the additional single-room supplement.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to facilitate replacement if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines incurred as a result will be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located. Locate the emergency exits and stairways and familiarize yourself with evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. Report any missing or damaged items immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or your room number. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you and do not leave them near the windows.
⑦ If you need to leave the hotel during your stay, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and telephone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Included
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather promptly and depart on time. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather and depart at the agreed time and place, and cannot join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited the tour; no refund will be given.
② Pickup and drop-off times shown on the webpage are estimates. The exact pickup and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our bus from reaching the pickup point on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches are available in three sizes: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will assign a vehicle based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To prevent overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations may result in substantial fines. The boarding and drop-off points may sometimes be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle or tamper with anything in the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ Follow your tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops and do not wander off.
⑤ When leaving the coach to visit attractions, dine, or shop, please make sure the windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, a breakdown may affect the itinerary. If this happens, the travel agency will promptly take remedial measures. We ask all tour members to cooperate.
(3) Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please carry relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. During group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group, for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly recommend that participants avoid these activities during free time on the trip. If participants choose to take part, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not walking around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. Take extra care and remain vigilant when visiting areas with poor public security, and avoid going out alone.
