Day 9
Istanbul - Cairo
Itinerary details
After breakfast, check out according to your flight schedule (check-out is before 12:00; luggage storage is available free of charge). Your itinerary ends here. An English-speaking driver will take you to the airport according to your flight schedule (included). Your flight to Cairo Airport is at your own expense. When you arrive at the airport, full of anticipation for the mysterious land of Egypt, our English-speaking assistant will be waiting to welcome you. Airport pickup (included) and transfer to your hotel for check-in. 【Airport pickup process】Our English-speaking assistant will wait for you at the visa-on-arrival counter in the customs area, holding a pickup sign, and help you obtain your visa and clear immigration. The visa-on-arrival fee is at your own expense. If time permits, the assistant can also help you exchange currency or buy a local SIM card. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, we’ll check in to your hotel in Egypt and rest. Today’s arrangements: No Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) After you arrive, we’ll arrange a driver to take you to your hotel. Hotel check-in is usually available after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and explore at your leisure. (2) Most hotels in Cairo are located near the Giza Pyramids in the western suburbs, about 20–30 km from downtown Cairo. Dinner is at your own expense at the hotel restaurant. Please take note! ****Please note that today’s itinerary includes only an English-speaking airport drop-off in Istanbul and an English-speaking airport pickup in Cairo. The flight from Istanbul to Cairo is at your own expense. Please provide your flight details when booking. Please read the following booking information carefully: 【New Year’s Eve Dinner Fee】For itineraries in the Red Sea area that include the evening of December 31, some hotels require guests to pay an additional fee of USD 100–150 per person for the New Year’s Eve dinner party. This fee is mandatory, is not included in the tour price, and must be paid separately. Booking a New Year’s Eve tour means you agree to this fee. If you would like to extend your stay in the Red Sea on December 31, please contact customer service in advance for a separate quote; this price is not published on the official website. 【Ramadan Advisory】Ramadan in Egypt is expected to last about one month, from February 8 to March 10, 2027 (the dates may change). If your itinerary falls during this period, please note the following: Attractions will close earlier each day, so you will need to set out earlier for visits. Guides, drivers, and other service staff are generally Muslim and cannot eat or drink between sunrise and sunset. They also need to pause work briefly several times each day for prayers. We appreciate your understanding; please try not to eat or drink in front of them. Many restaurants do not open until evening, so you may wish to bring some snacks. Entertainment and performances in public venues, such as cruise ships, will be suspended. If this is a concern, please consider carefully whether to travel. 【Chinese New Year Group Size Advisory】From late January to mid-February 2027, due to limited availability of Chinese-speaking guides, groups may have up to 15 participants per day. 【Before You Travel】 1) Customer service will provide an English invitation letter and a Chinese tour notice 2–3 days before the group departs, and create a WeChat group so the English-speaking assistant can coordinate your airport pickup. The pickup assistant will add the Chinese-speaking guide to the group chat one day before departure. 2) We recommend exchanging money for US dollars in your home country or at the airport in advance. US dollar cash is preferred in Egypt, and euros are also accepted, so you do not need to exchange for Egyptian pounds. 3) If you have an International Student Identity Card or related documents, please bring them with you to receive a discount when purchasing tickets at the venue. 4) Tickets in Egypt can only be paid for with Visa or Mastercard. We recommend bringing a credit card; your guide can also help you purchase tickets. 5) This is a destination-based tour with international mixed-group arrangements. You may share a vehicle with other guests, with pick-ups and drop-offs at different hotels, and the itinerary order may be adjusted to combine groups. 6) Conditions in Egypt cannot be compared with those of domestic travel in China. Overall service standards and facilities differ to some extent from those in China. Thank you for your understanding. 7) Before departure, check your passport's validity and visa type, and be sure to carry a valid passport with you on the tour. Local police may conduct random passport checks while you are traveling in Egypt. The English-speaking airport assistant will also ask to see your passport to verify your name. 【Important Notes During the Tour】 1) Depending on the timing, hotel location, day's itinerary, and arrangements for picking up passengers from nearby flights together, you may be asked to wait at the airport or on the way to the hotel, or proceed directly to a sightseeing spot. The Chinese-speaking guide will usually meet you at the hotel, along the way, or at the first sightseeing spot. 2) All Chinese-speaking guides are licensed Egyptians. Some guides live and work year-round outside Cairo, such as in Luxor or Aswan. As a result, the tour may be led by different guides in different segments, and transfers between some cities may be unaccompanied by a guide. 3) The guide may recommend optional activities depending on the itinerary. These activities may be shared with people who are not part of your group. You may choose whether to join based on your needs. Please make sure you understand the activity before signing up and paying; once confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. The guide may also recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil shops. If you are not interested, please decline directly. If other group members wish to shop, a stop may be arranged. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Optional activities such as camel rides, hot-air balloon rides, diving, and desert dune bashing involve some risks. Please carefully consider your personal circumstances and only participate within your limits. For some activities, such as visiting Nubian villages or Bedouin communities, local suppliers may offer meals and snacks. Due to differences in local dietary habits and hygiene standards, we recommend avoiding or limiting these foods to prevent stomach discomfort or other issues. You may bring your own snacks, dry food, and water in case the activity ends late and you get hungry. 5) Egypt is a Muslim country. Please respect local religious beliefs, customs, and food culture during your trip. Do not point at people casually. When entering mosques or other religious sites, respect local customs and rules and dress appropriately. Please be mindful of your words and avoid arguments or conflicts with local people. Do not bring drones or other items prohibited by law into the country. Do not photograph people or important locations such as airports and military sites without permission, especially children, women, military personnel, and police officers. 6) Tipping is deeply ingrained in Egyptian culture. In addition to the guide or cruise tips specified in the itinerary, tips may also be requested for services such as using public toilets, hotel porters, restaurant servers, drivers, boatmen, and carriage drivers. We recommend respecting local customs and tipping appropriately. 7) Keep valuables with you and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or flaunting your wealth. Before making a purchase, confirm the amount, currency, exchange rate, and the services and standards provided to avoid disputes. 8) No refunds are available if you skip any meals or activities included or offered free of charge in the itinerary (such as airport transfers, carriage rides, or felucca rides) for personal reasons, including flight or health issues. Meals included in the itinerary generally do not include drinks or alcohol; please pay for these yourself if needed. 9) Most flights included in the itinerary (if any) are early morning flights, so you will need to get up early to go to the airport. Transfers will be arranged at both locations, but staff may not accompany you on the flight, and you will need to fly on your own. Domestic flight baggage allowance (for reference): one 6 kg carry-on bag per person + one 20 kg checked bag per person. Excess baggage fees must be paid by you. You may keep valuables with you and choose to leave some luggage at the Cairo hotel reception for safekeeping, then collect it on your return. 10) Nile cruises (if any) may differ from hotels and facilities in more developed areas. The facilities, equipment, and conditions vary between cruises departing on different days. As the cruise operates on the river for extended periods, cabins can be damp and may have some odor. Engine noise can also be loud, and some cabins may be affected while the boat is moving (the noise is quieter at night, but this issue cannot be completely avoided). Cabins are assigned at random during check-in. We recommend asking cruise reception staff to arrange a cabin farther from the engine or in a quieter area, but this cannot be guaranteed. The actual assignment will prevail.

Cairo ✈ Luxor
Itinerary details
In the morning, transfer by vehicle to Cairo Airport for an early flight to Luxor (departures are generally between 05:00 and 13:00; flight time is about 1 hour). “You haven’t been to Egypt if you haven’t been to Luxor.” Upon arrival, head to Luxor’s West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where many Egyptian pharaohs were buried, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, built for an ancient Egyptian queen. Two “singing” Colossi of Memnon stand in the plain between the Nile’s West Bank and the Valley of the Kings. Then head to the East Bank to visit Karnak Temple, lined with colossal stone columns, and Luxor Temple, dedicated to the Theban Triad. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) ♥ Enjoy a complimentary felucca experience on the Nile, a traditional Egyptian sailing boat (feluccas are often motorized rather than wind-powered; a sailing boat may remain stationary if there is no wind). (2) ♥ Enjoy a complimentary traditional carriage tour in Luxor (ride through the streets of Luxor’s Old Town. Please hold on to the handles while riding to avoid accidents such as falling and getting injured).
Important notes
Please note: To enhance your sightseeing experience, depending on the circumstances each day, the visit to 【Luxor Temple】 and 【Luxor carriage tour】 may take place in the evening. The guide’s arrangements will prevail. Please be advised!

Today, you may choose to get up early and join an optional hot-air balloon ride at your own expense: “Take in Luxor’s spectacular sunrise from a hot-air balloon, and look down on the Nile and magnificent ancient sites such as the Valley of the Kings. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour and includes insurance during the flight.” After breakfast at the hotel, drive to your Red Sea hotel in Hurghada for check-in. Today’s arrangements: No Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) Luxor–Hurghada: approximately 320 km one way / approximately 4 hours (2) Hot-air balloon rides generally operate in two batches. We will try to book the first batch, but cannot guarantee this due to local conditions. Each balloon may carry up to approximately 20–30 people. Keep your footing and hold on securely; when taking photos, hold your phone firmly to prevent it from falling. Day 14
Cairo - (Giza Pyramids & New Museum)
Itinerary details
Set out in the morning for the landmark of ancient Egypt, the Giza Pyramids, said to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The site includes several pyramids, among them the magnificent Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the Valley Temple of Khafre. The Sphinx, which has stood for thousands of years, still guards the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, silently telling the story of their pride amid the endless sands. After taking in the majestic pyramids, visit the nearby Grand Egyptian Museum. The Grand Egyptian Museum is currently in a trial-operation phase. Visitors can explore most of the completed areas, including almost all artifact galleries and exhibition halls, with the exception of the Tutankhamun galleries. According to your flight schedule, an English-speaking driver will take you to Cairo Airport. As this wonderful journey through Egypt comes to a perfect close, we look forward to seeing you again on your next trip. Today’s arrangements: Chinese-speaking guide Today's notes: (1) Please note that your return flight must depart after 21:00; otherwise, you will be considered to have voluntarily given up part of the itinerary. (The tour is expected to run from 9:00 to 15:30, subject to the guide’s arrangements!)

Actual arrival times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, civil unrest, or strikes. Important travel information for the Turkey segment
Turkey is visa-free for holders of Chinese passports.
A scan of the passport information page (an email copy is sufficient), in case it is lost overseas
Local SIM card (can be purchased on Taobao)
Buy and bring a travel adapter. The local plug type is the European two-pin round plug.
Bring a scarf (a headscarf must be worn inside the mosque; if you don’t have one, free scarves are available to borrow outside the attraction); bring sunglasses, an umbrella, a bath towel, and sunscreen as appropriate for the season and your personal needs.
The official currency of Turkey is the lira. Euros and US dollars are accepted in many places, but attraction tickets can only be purchased in lira.
Turkish ATMs charge withdrawal fees, and exchange rates are unpredictable. We recommend bringing euros or US dollars to exchange for lira locally.
Temperatures in Turkey can vary considerably between day and night. Bring enough clothing to stay warm, as it’s easy to catch a chill.
Most hotels in Turkey do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors, so remember to bring your own.
Regarding optional activities on the Türkiye itinerary: Registering in advance does not guarantee a successful booking. Advance registration allows us to reserve a place ahead of time and increase the likelihood of securing a spot. (Some activities are not suitable for guests under 1.1 m tall, those with a fear of heights, asthma, high or low blood pressure, panic disorder, or other cardiovascular conditions.)
Important information for the Egypt segment:
1. This is a destination-join-in tour with international group departures. Provided the promised services and standards remain unchanged, different vehicles and guides may serve you on different days. You will share vehicles with other guests, and guests arriving a few days before or after you, or taking the same itinerary, may be regrouped to travel together in a different order. The travel agency and guide may make reasonable adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other conditions (such as changing the itinerary order, sightseeing order, timing, or flights), without reducing the number of attractions. Please take note.
2. Under local Egyptian regulations, the Chinese-speaking guides and English-speaking assistants on this tour are all Egyptian. They are professional and welcoming, and most have religious beliefs. Please respect their beliefs, lifestyle, and food culture during the tour. No Chinese-speaking guide or vehicle is provided during free time. An English-speaking assistant can come to the hotel to help if needed. Some transfers and domestic flights may be accompanied only by an English-speaking assistant or driver.
3. We recommend exchanging for US dollars in advance or at the airport. US dollars are preferred locally in Egypt, and euros are also accepted in cash. The guide uses WeChat, so can also accept renminbi through WeChat. If you exchange for Egyptian pounds, you may not be able to buy entrance tickets (some guides can help purchase them, but accept only US dollars, euros, or renminbi). Cruise tips are accepted only in US dollars or euros. Egyptian pounds have few uses during a short trip of just a few days, aside from paying to use the restroom, so exchanging for them may not be necessary.
4. Egypt is still a relatively underdeveloped developing country. Due to local economic constraints, transportation, hotel services and facilities, dining, and other aspects may fall short of standards in developed cities. Local five-star hotels may be equivalent to four-star hotels in China, and some are fairly basic because they opened or were renovated some time ago. The hotels we commonly work with are often outside the city center. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Tipping is deeply ingrained in Egyptian culture. Tips are requested for using public restrooms, hotel porters, restaurant servers, and other services. This is unrelated to our company. Please respect local customs and be prepared for this before your trip.
6. There are no mandatory shopping requirements or arrangements on this tour (excluding shopping at attractions, on cruise ships, and other venues not organized by our company). However, the guide may recommend local specialty shops, such as papyrus painting or essential oil shops. If you are not interested, please decline directly. If other group members wish to shop, a stop may be arranged. Thank you for your understanding.
7. During special holidays (such as May Day, National Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year) or peak season, cruise ship cabins may be limited. The guide may be on a different cruise ship from the group, or some group members may be assigned to another ship. However, at the docking stops, the guide will arrange to explain the relevant temple attractions (Kom Ombo Temple and Edfu Temple). We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience this may cause.
8. If you are late or miss an itinerary activity for personal reasons, you will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited that activity. You may not leave the tour group without the consent of the guide or travel agency. If you receive their consent, you must sign a liability waiver for leaving the group and are responsible for your personal safety and belongings during that time. No refunds will be issued in any of these circumstances. You will be solely responsible for any personal safety issues and additional costs arising as a result.
9. Some entertainment and consumer venues at the destination are privately operated and may have inadequate or inconsistent credentials, posing various risks. For your safety and health, please spend cautiously. During free time, do not go out privately with anyone outside the travel agency or visit dangerous areas. While you are away from the group, our company cannot ensure your safety or accept responsibility for any other activities you take part in or any issues arising in dangerous areas. Please take care of your personal safety when going out or taking part in optional activities, and do not take part in high-risk activities such as camel riding. Please note that our company cannot ensure your safety during such activities.
10. Meals listed in the itinerary are included. Without reducing the number of meals, the dining locations and standards may be adjusted according to the actual itinerary and group size. If you choose to forgo a meal, no refund will be given. All buffets listed in the itinerary are provided by hotels or cruise ships and generally do not include beverages or alcoholic drinks; please pay for these yourself if needed.
11. Local guides may recommend optional excursions for this product depending on the circumstances. These are generally offered as packages, and you may choose whether to participate according to your needs. There is absolutely no forced spending. Please review and understand the excursions before signing up and paying; once confirmed, they cannot be refunded or changed.
12. Local transport conditions in Egypt are poor. Traffic jams are common in city centers, and drivers generally have poor driving habits. If a driver drives unsafely or speeds, please promptly point this out and ask them to correct their behavior. If you have any concerns, contact our company promptly to avoid potential hazards and danger.
13. Public security in Egypt is relatively good, and it is a safe country. However, please keep valuables with you in hotels and crowded places, and take good care of your belongings whenever you go out. When getting off the vehicle for sightseeing, dining, shopping, etc., please make sure the vehicle doors and windows are closed and keep your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
14. During your trip in Egypt, local police may conduct random passport checks. The English-speaking assistant meeting you at the airport will also ask to check your passport to verify your name. Before departure, check that your passport is valid and that you have the correct visa type. You must carry a valid passport with you while on the tour. If a group member joins without a valid passport, the guide has the right to refuse them or remove them from the tour.

Tour Information
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes, forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(I) Registration Process and Important Notes
If you book through this website, please carefully read all the terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour information notice. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. When booking, please fill out the booking form on the website. Carefully complete and check all information, including names, gender, ID/passport numbers, contact details, required room type, and pickup and drop-off points. Our company accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. After successful submission, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will prioritize boarding arrangements according to when payment is received. The final vehicle will be assigned based on group size, with one seat guaranteed per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the validity period of the order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, the booking will be treated as automatically canceled, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. Guests must ensure that the full tour fee (100%) is paid at least five business days before departure. As tour bus seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, guests booking within five business days of departure must promptly complete payment. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred regardless of the payment method. After payment, please email or fax proof of payment (the bank transaction slip for an in-person transfer or a screenshot of the successful online transfer) to our company. Be sure to include the corresponding order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department cannot match the payment to the order. If the tour fee has still not arrived two days before the end of the tour because payment was made late, we reserve the right to ask the guest to provide the corresponding amount in cash to the tour guide as a deposit. If we later confirm that payment was made twice, we will promptly refund the overpayment.
3. After our company confirms receipt of the participants’ payments, we will confirm their tour registration. Five days before departure, participants will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided during registration. It will include information for reference, such as the tour guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filtering, participants may not receive the notice five days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel season, room types may change if individual hotels do not have enough rooms or for other reasons beyond our control. Participants must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assignment on arrival does not meet a participant’s requirements because they entered their gender or room-type preference incorrectly during registration, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participant.
5. If a participant needs to leave the tour early for special reasons, they must notify us when registering or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation not used after leaving early, 16 EUR will be deducted (or 30 EUR per unused night if the participant booked a single room for the entire tour). If no hotel nights are missed, no refund will be made from the tour price. If a participant requests to leave the tour early during the trip, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Participants must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters when registering and during the trip, complete all relevant information accurately, and fulfill the required legal formalities. Participants are responsible for any costs and losses resulting from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, those with a critical, terminal, or contagious disease) must disclose this truthfully when registering. In view of a visitor’s health or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to decide whether to accept their registration.
6. Travelers aged 70 or over who sign up for a tour must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Tour Participation Declaration.” If they insist on signing up without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their booking, depending on the circumstances. Travelers shall be responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant travelers must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Those who insist on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Liability Waiver, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising from their own actions during the trip.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of care and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising from a minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult during the trip.
9. Participants must ensure that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Participants are responsible for all consequences resulting from incorrect information (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired or the visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or a guide and other relevant staff being unable to contact a participant because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Participants are responsible for any resulting personal return travel costs, transportation costs, travel expenses, and other losses.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their tour participation is confirmed. If an applicant books flights or other tickets related to the itinerary at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they shall bear all resulting losses.

In all of the above cases, written notice must be provided; otherwise, it will be treated as an automatic forfeiture, and our company will not be held responsible.
(4) Member Obligations
1. Tour participants must not engage in illegal activities during the trip.
2. When exercising their rights, group members must not harm the interests of the state, society or the collective, or the lawful rights and interests of others.
3. Observe public order and respect social etiquette. Tour members should respect the dignity of tourism service staff, show mutual respect and assist one another, and respect local ethnic customs and traditions. Do not deface landscapes or buildings, spit, litter, or engage in other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. Tour members may choose and purchase personal accident travel insurance and other insurance at their own discretion. During the trip, keep your luggage and belongings safe, and carry valuables with you or take other protective measures.
5. When traveling, pay attention to the local weather and take care to keep children safe.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in a regular tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may cause personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(5) Liability
1. Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, places visited, and departure dates as required by specific circumstances.
2. If changes arise beyond our company’s control, such as insufficient numbers of participants or problems with a ship / aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by the members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company accepts no liability for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activity, a serious infectious disease outbreak, natural disaster, other disaster, disturbance, murder, riot, war, or other disaster beyond our company’s control that may seriously threaten members’ personal safety, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport disruptions, or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before or after departure, and to shorten or extend the trip, but must notify members in advance. Our company is not responsible for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public security conditions vary from country to country, tour members should take care of their personal and traffic safety and keep their belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, robbery, or other causes, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Participants must carry a valid passport and identification documents at all times. If a participant has to leave the tour early because of an issue with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and any remaining tour fees are non-refundable. If this affects the other participants’ itinerary, the participant must pay the relevant compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in entertainment or recreational activities, illness, death, or a fall or injury resulting from personal activities, or the traveler’s violation of the provisions or notices set out in our company’s terms), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or loss of property. The traveler shall compensate our company for any losses caused as a result.
7. If a group member deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the normal activities or interests of the group, our tour leader has the right to cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and we accept no responsibility for anything the member does after leaving the group.

We appreciate your understanding. If you have onward travel arrangements and need to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of free time to avoid inconvenience caused by itinerary delays. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to onward travel arrangements made without allowing sufficient free time.
Tour Information
Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes
To protect your interests as much as possible, please read our Important Safety Information for Overseas Travel and Other Notes carefully. This document contains important information that our company wishes to bring to the attention of tour members traveling overseas, and, together with our Booking Notes and Terms of Liability, forms part of the travel contract.
(1) Helpful tips
1. Most attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student ID.
2. Turkey uses European-style two-pin round plugs. Please bring a suitable plug adapter if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require all children, regardless of age, to occupy a seat. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents bringing children under 3 years old may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that every seat brought along will be suitable for the tour coach. Please note this.
(2) Safety information
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable. Please be sure to bring rain gear and a warmer jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report to make a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. The guide will do their best to help arrange Chinese-style group meals for guests who need them. If there are not enough diners for a group meal, or if one cannot be arranged due to holidays, business hours, or other reasons (for example, there may be no Chinese restaurant in a small town), the guide will do their best to help arrange fast food, Western food, or meals at a supermarket or the hotel. We appreciate your understanding if meals arranged as required by the itinerary cannot meet everyone’s preferences. We recommend bringing bottled water, snacks, and other food in case of need.
2. Do not drink unclean water or eat unhygienic, spoiled, or foul-smelling food. When visiting areas with poor sanitation, choose cooked food and packaged drinks.
3. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
4. To help prevent travel-related illness, bring any medicines you regularly use or commonly need. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case of emergency. Never take medication provided by someone else without careful consideration.
5. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcohol. Participants who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disturbs public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, with very few hotels in city centers. Hotels are also small and their facilities may be older, and generally do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② European hotels do not provide daily necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or kettles. Please bring your own.
③ In the event of a trade fair or other large-scale event, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
④ If you book with us a hotel in a city that is not scheduled for an overnight stay on the itinerary, we reserve the right to select the hotel’s star rating.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Hotel food differs somewhat from food in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (more substantial in Germany and simplest in Italy, where it consists only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not especially lavish, and their quantity and quality may fall well short of what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel room types:
① Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, and are only permitted for two adults traveling with one child under 14 years of age.
② For general individual travelers, our company arranges room sharing (twin beds). If there is one male and one female traveling alone, we will try to arrange for each to share with another traveler of the same gender or provide an extra bed. If necessary, married couples may need to stay in separate rooms; please cooperate. When arranging hotel room types according to travelers’ requests at the time of booking, if an odd number of guests or a solo traveler books (for example, 3, 5, or 7 people) and selects a double room, no single-room supplement will be charged if they accept the assigned arrangement. Those who refuse the arrangement must pay the additional single-room supplement.
4. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep your valuables safe. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost.
② Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
③ Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
④ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the fire-fighting equipment is located. Find out where the hotel’s emergency exits and stairways are, and learn the evacuation routes.
⑤ Check that all the items provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
⑥ Do not casually tell strangers the name of your hotel or room number. Do not let strangers or anyone claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close to you rather than near the windows or elsewhere.
⑦ If you need to go out while staying at the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel key card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Yes
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes early. Our tour bus will not wait. Anyone who fails to meet at the agreed time and place, or join the tour en route, will be considered to have forfeited their place, and no refund will be given.
② The boarding and disembarking times shown on the website are estimates. The company’s confirmation will determine the exact pickup and drop-off locations. (If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pickup point on time, or the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches come in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage-compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. We will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are located some distance away, and drivers are not allowed to park wherever they wish. Violations can result in hefty fines, so the drop-off and pick-up points may be some distance from the attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items in the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid damage.
④ Follow the tour guide’s instructions during temporary coach stops, and do not wander away.
⑤ When leaving the tour vehicle to sightsee, eat, or shop, remember to close the vehicle windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicle is under considerable strain, if it breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate.
(3) Other information and important notes
1. Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader's/guide's instructions and avoid leaving the group for your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, assess your health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. Tour members are strongly advised not to take part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you choose to take part, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not take part in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, be especially vigilant and avoid going out alone.
