3) The above circumstances must be supported by written notice; otherwise, they will be deemed automatically waived, and the company accepts no responsibility.
Notes for joining the tour
To protect your interests to the greatest extent, please carefully read our “Booking Information and Terms of Responsibility.” This document sets out important matters we bring to the attention of members of our outbound tour groups and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Information and Other Important Notes,” forms part of the travel contract. We reserve all rights to interpret the content of this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation, and in the tour joining notice in advance. Once you submit an order, we will consider this confirmation that you fully agree to the terms published by our company. If any tour participant violates the rules stated in these terms, they shall be solely responsible for all resulting consequences.
1. When registering, please first complete the booking form on our website. Carefully fill in and verify all information, including each traveler’s name, gender, ID or passport number, contact details, requested room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the traveler. Once your submission is successful, we will send you an order confirmation. As seats on tour buses are limited, we will give boarding priority based on when payment is received. We will assign a vehicle according to the group size and ensure one seat per person. After checking that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the time allowed for your order. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the tour, and we reserve the right to cancel your order without further notice.
2. If the tour is confirmed to depart, group members must pay 100% of the tour price within the order’s payment deadline. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel reservations often have time limits, group members booking within five working days before departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant’s consent. The payer is responsible for any fees incurred, regardless of the payment method. After payment, please email or fax our company proof of payment (the transaction slip for a bank-counter remittance or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer). Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, due to late payment, the tour fee has still not been received two days before the end of the tour, our agency may require the group member to provide the tour guide with cash collateral equal to the tour fee. If subsequent verification confirms a duplicate payment, our company will immediately refund the excess amount.
3. We will confirm your place on the tour after receiving your payment. Three days before departure, you will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when you registered. It will include information for reference, such as the guide, itinerary, and pickup and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam-filtering features, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We arrange shared rooms with guests of the same gender by default. When assigning hotel room types according to guests’ requests at the time of booking, if an individual or an odd number of guests book (such as 3, 5 or 7), we will arrange shared rooms based on the actual circumstances. Guests who do not wish to share may choose to pay the additional single-room supplement. In exceptional circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a particular hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other reasons beyond our control, room arrangements may change, and guests must cooperate with our arrangements. If room arrangements at the destination do not meet a guest’s requirements because they entered their gender or room-type request incorrectly when booking, our agency will coordinate and make arrangements based on room availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
Note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know one another, the guests’ personalities and conduct are entirely unrelated to our company. If differences in habits or any disputes arise, our company and tour guide are under no obligation to mediate or intervene.
5. If, due to special circumstances, a tour member needs to leave the group midway, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign a “Declaration of Leaving the Tour Midway.” For each night of accommodation missed due to leaving early, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction will be made if no hotel nights are missed. If a tour member requests to leave the group midway during the tour, they must notify the tour guide and sign a “Declaration of Leaving the Tour Midway”; fees paid will not be refunded. When booking and during the itinerary, tour members must provide truthful information about their health, identity, and other relevant matters, complete the relevant forms truthfully, and fulfill all legal formalities. Any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, must be borne by the tour member. Visitors with a history of serious illness (for example, those with severe or terminal illnesses, or contagious diseases) must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a visitor’s health condition or other circumstances, our company reserves the right to accept or decline the booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or older must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Group Travel Declaration.” If they insist on joining the tour without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their participation at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Pregnant participants must disclose their pregnancy when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who insists on joining must be accompanied by a family member and complete a Disclaimer, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those who are less than 24 weeks pregnant and insist on joining must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a Tour Participation Declaration, but our company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own personal circumstances.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their duty of supervision and is responsible for the minor's safety. Participants are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from the minor's own actions or from inadequate supervision by their accompanying adult.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided when joining the tour is accurate, particularly personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour members are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect information they provide, such as being unable to cross a border because their identification document has expired or their visa type does not meet the destination country's entry requirements, or tour guides and other relevant staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile phone number. Any resulting costs, including return travel, transportation, and other travel expenses, must be borne by the tour member.
10. Please do not book any flights or other tickets related to the tour before your booking is confirmed. If you choose to book such tickets and your booking is ultimately unsuccessful, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a group member falls into any of the following categories (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) Has an infectious disease or other condition that may endanger the health and safety of other group members; (2) Carries items that threaten public safety and refuses to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) Engages in illegal activities or activities contrary to public morals; (4) Engages in activities that seriously infringe the rights and interests of other parties and fails to heed warnings or stop; (5) Any other circumstances provided by law that affect the performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it shall notify the group member in writing or by other means and may deduct necessary expenses at its discretion before refunding the balance.

Guests are advised to choose and purchase personal accident insurance and other insurance for travel themselves. During the trip, they should take good care of their luggage and belongings, keeping valuables with them or taking other protective measures. Unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the guest has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and is not responsible for consequences arising from the guest’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transport, recreational activities and other services include the corresponding insurance required by local law; this insurance is not included in overseas travel insurance.)

6. If a traveler voluntarily participates in hazardous activities included in the official tour itinerary, including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, bungee jumping, or other activities that may cause personal injury, the traveler alone is responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company bears no liability.
(IV) Liability
1.The company reserves the right to change accommodation, itineraries, the order of visits, attractions, and departure dates as circumstances require.
2. If there are too few participants, or if circumstances beyond our company’s control arise, such as problems with a ship or aircraft, we reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by group members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company shall not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of civil unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond the company's control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or strikes, the company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activity before departure or after the tour has begun, and to shorten or extend the itinerary, but must notify tour members in advance. The company is not responsible for any additional expenses or losses arising from such circumstances, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, please take care of your personal safety and observe traffic safety rules. Keep your belongings and luggage secure. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip as a result of loss, theft, robbery, or other incidents, please notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Tour members must carry valid passports, visa pages, residence permits, and other relevant documents at all times. If a tour member has to leave the group midway because of problems with their documents or passport, they are responsible for this themselves, and the remaining tour fee will not be refunded. If this affects the normal itinerary of other tour members, they must bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or property loss, due to an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or a sprain resulting from personal activities, or a traveler’s violation of the provisions and instructions stated in our company’s terms), the traveler is solely responsible for all related liability and costs. Our company accepts no responsibility for such injury, death, or property loss. Travelers must compensate our company for any resulting losses.
7. If a participant deliberately fails to follow the rules or disrupts the group's normal activities or interests, our tour leader may cancel their participation. Fees paid will not be refunded, and our company accepts no responsibility for the participant's actions after they leave the group.
8. Times shown in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrival times may be delayed due to various force majeure events, such as weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, festivals or sporting events, riots, and strikes. We appreciate your understanding. If participants have onward travel arrangements requiring them to take other transportation to another city, we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours of extra time to avoid inconvenience caused by delays or disruptions. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from participants' independently arranged travel plans when they have not allowed sufficient extra time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful Tips
1.Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student ID cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring the necessary travel adapters.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require children to occupy a seat regardless of age. As most coaches do not provide child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, so we cannot guarantee that all personal safety seats will be suitable for the tour coach. Please take note.
II. Safety Information
Clothing
1.The weather in Europe is changeable, so please carry rain gear and a warm coat with you.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss or theft.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return it if it is lost and found. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant organizations (such as the hotel or airline) and report it to the police as soon as possible. If it cannot ultimately be recovered, keep the police report so you can claim compensation from the relevant organization or insurance company (if you purchased insurance).
Food
1.Hotel breakfast: Breakfast in Europe is usually simple. Hotel breakfasts generally consist of bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. All hotels arranged by our company include a buffet breakfast;
2. Please bring bottled water and snacks in case of need, especially for seniors and children.
3. Do not drink unsafe water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or is spoiled.
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To prevent illness caused by a change in environment while traveling, bring any medicines you commonly use. People with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without permission.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic beverages. Travelers who wish to drink must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. Anyone who causes trouble while intoxicated, disrupts public order, infringes on others’ rights, or causes financial loss to a third party is solely responsible for all resulting consequences.
Accommodation
1.Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and there are very few hotels in city centers. These hotels are also small, with rather outdated facilities, and do not meet the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② Hotels in Europe do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that all the amenities provided in your hotel room are present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it immediately to hotel staff or your tour guide.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s relatively cool climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Hotel buildings in Italy are relatively old, and rooms generally use blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room’s closet. If none are available, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ Guests who need one should bring their own small travel hair dryer.
⑦ German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. Whether travelers request one large bed or two single beds, this bed arrangement is common in most of Europe.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please cherish food. Do not waste it or take it away.
③ As breakfast hours vary from hotel to hotel in Europe, please be sure to arrive at the restaurant early, at the time specified by the hotel, to avoid a shortage of food caused by arriving late for personal reasons.
④ Hotel food differs somewhat from what you may be used to in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not particularly lavish, and their quantity and quality differ considerably from what you may be accustomed to at home.
3. Hotel accommodation safety tips:
① Please take good care of your valuables. Do not leave them in your hotel room, and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches or jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings safe, and bring a photocopy of your travel documents and credit cards in case you need replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in your hotel room. Any hotel fines incurred as a result will be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with its safety information. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where the firefighting equipment is located, and familiarize yourself with the hotel’s emergency exits, safety stairways, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in, or let strangers or people claiming to be hotel maintenance staff enter your room. Lock the door when entering or leaving, and before going to sleep check that the door and windows are closed and the safety lock is secured. Keep your belongings close to you, and do not leave them by the window or on the floor.
⑤ If you need to go out after checking into the hotel, inform your tour guide and get a hotel business card from the front desk. It lists the hotel’s address and phone number, which you can use to ask for help if you get lost.
Trip
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes early. Our tour buses will not wait. Anyone who fails to gather at the agreed time and place, or join the tour along the way, will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the tour, and no refund will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The exact pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. If traffic or other exceptional circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the pick-up location on time, or if the time changes at short notice, we will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.
③ Coaches are available in three types: large coaches, minibuses, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while minibuses and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartments are limited in size, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will assign vehicles based on the final group size and ensure one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking areas in most European cities are some distance from the attractions, and drivers are not allowed to park just anywhere. Violations can result in heavy fines. Sometimes the drop-off and pick-up points are some distance from the attractions; we appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety tips for traveling by coach:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Please do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle any items on the vehicle without permission, to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ While the coach is making a temporary stop, follow the tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to visit attractions, dine, or shop, please make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As travel times are long and vehicles carry heavy loads, a vehicle may break down and affect the itinerary. If this happens, the travel agency will promptly take remedial action. Please cooperate with the group.
3. Other Information and Important Notes
1.Please comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Please be sure to carry the relevant documents and a valid passport with you at all times.
3. When participating in group activities, follow the tour leader/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before taking part in any high-risk activity, you must assess your personal health and abilities and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We kindly ask tour members to avoid taking part in these activities during free time on the trip. If you insist on participating, you do so at your own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and observe all warnings, such as not wandering around or feeding the animals in wildlife parks.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, exercise extra caution and avoid going out alone.
