Tour Information
To best protect your interests, please read our “Booking Instructions and Terms of Liability” carefully. These instructions and terms set out important information for members of our outbound tour groups and, together with our “Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Information,” form part of the travel contract. We reserve the right to interpret all content on this website.
(1) Registration Process and Important Notes
For all bookings made through this website, please carefully read in advance all terms published on our company website and in the order confirmation and tour joining notice. After you submit your order, we will consider you to have confirmed and fully agreed to the terms published by our company. If any tour member violates the rules set out in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. To register, please fill in the booking form on the website. Carefully enter and check that all information is correct, including names, gender, ID or passport numbers, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. Our company accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you. After you submit the form successfully, we will send you a booking confirmation. As seats on the tour bus are limited, we will give priority to arranging pick-up based on when payment is received. We will assign vehicles according to the group size, ensuring one seat per person. Once you have verified that all details are correct, please arrange payment within the booking’s validity period. If the tour fee is not paid in full by the deadline, your booking will be considered automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without further notice.
2. Tour members must ensure that, once the tour departure is confirmed, 100% of the tour fee is paid within the order's payment deadline. As coach seats and hotel rooms are limited, and hotel bookings are often subject to deadlines, members who book within five working days of departure should promptly complete payment. Otherwise, our agency reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to hold or cancel such orders without first obtaining the applicant's consent. Any fees incurred when paying the tour fee, regardless of payment method, are the responsibility of the payer. After payment, please send proof of payment (the bank transaction slip for an over-the-counter transfer, or a screenshot showing a successful online transfer) to our company by email or fax. Be sure to include the relevant order number on the proof; otherwise, our finance department will be unable to match the payment to the order. If, because payment was made late, the tour fee has still not arrived by two days before the tour ends, our agency reserves the right to ask the tour member to provide the corresponding amount in cash as a deposit to the tour guide. If subsequent verification confirms that the payment was made twice, our company will promptly refund the overpaid amount.
3. After confirming receipt of a group member’s payment, our company will confirm their place on the tour. Three days before departure, group members will receive a tour confirmation notice at the email address provided when booking. It contains information for reference, including the guide, itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off points. Due to network delays or spam filters, you may not receive the notice three days before departure. If this happens, please contact the relevant staff for assistance.
4. We arrange shared rooms by default for guests of the same gender. When assigning hotel room types according to guests’ requests at the time of booking, if an individual or an odd-numbered group (such as 3, 5, or 7 guests) is involved, we will arrange shared rooms as appropriate. Guests who do not wish to share may pay the additional single-room supplement. In special circumstances, such as during peak travel seasons when a hotel has insufficient rooms, or for other uncontrollable reasons, room assignments may change, and guests must cooperate with our arrangements. If the room assignment on arrival does not meet a guest’s requirements because they entered the wrong gender or room-type preference when booking, we will coordinate and make arrangements based on the rooms available at the hotel that day. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
Note: Although we arrange shared rooms for guests who do not know each other, the character and conduct of fellow travelers are entirely unrelated to our company. In the event of differences in habits or disputes, neither our company nor the tour guide is responsible for mediating or intervening.
5. If a group member needs to leave the tour early due to special circumstances, they must notify us when booking or before joining the tour and sign an “Early Departure Declaration.” For each night of accommodation missed after leaving early, €30 will be deducted (€50 per night if a single room was booked for the entire tour). No tour fee reduction applies if no hotel nights are missed. If a group member requests to leave the tour early after it has begun, they must inform the tour guide and sign an “Early Departure Declaration”; fees paid will not be refunded. Group members must provide truthful information about their health, identity and other relevant matters when booking and during the trip, complete the relevant forms accurately, and fulfill all legal formalities. Any expenses or losses arising from personal reasons, such as feeling unwell during the trip, are the responsibility of the group member. Travelers with a history of serious illness, terminal illness or infectious disease, for example, must disclose this truthfully when booking. In view of a traveler’s health or other circumstances, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept their booking.
6. Travelers aged 70 or above must be accompanied by a family member and complete the “Group Tour Declaration” when registering. If they insist on joining without a family member, our company reserves the right to refuse their registration at its discretion. Travelers are responsible for all consequences arising during the trip from their own actions.
7. Participants who are pregnant must disclose this truthfully when booking. As a general rule, participation is not recommended for those more than 24 weeks pregnant. Anyone who nevertheless wishes to join must be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Disclaimer”; however, our Company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Those less than 24 weeks pregnant who nevertheless wish to join must also be accompanied by a family member and complete a “Participation Declaration”; however, our Company reserves the right to refuse participation depending on the circumstances. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from their own actions or circumstances.
8. Minors joining the tour must be accompanied by at least one adult who fulfills their guardianship responsibilities and is responsible for the minor’s safety. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences arising during the trip from the minor’s own actions or from inadequate supervision by the accompanying person.
9. Tour members must ensure that all information provided when booking the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact phone numbers. Tour members are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide, such as being unable to cross a border because their identification document has expired or their visa type does not meet the relevant country’s entry requirements, or tour guides and other staff being unable to contact them because they provided an incorrect mobile phone number. Any resulting costs or losses, including personal return expenses, transportation costs, and travel expenses, must be borne by the tour member.
10. Applicants are advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the tour itinerary before their booking is confirmed. If an applicant books such tickets at their own discretion but is ultimately unable to join the tour, they will be responsible for all resulting losses.
11. The travel agency may terminate the contract if a participant falls into any of the following circumstances (unless otherwise provided by relevant laws or administrative regulations): (1) They have an infectious disease or other condition that may endanger the health and safety of other participants; (2) They carry items that endanger public safety and refuse to hand them over to the relevant authorities; (3) They engage in illegal activities or activities that violate public morals; (4) They engage in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of the other party and fail to heed warnings or cannot be stopped; (5) Any other circumstances provided by law that affect performance of the contract. If the travel agency terminates the contract for any of the above reasons, it must notify the participant in writing or by other means. The agency may deduct necessary expenses at its discretion and refund the remaining amount to the participant.

Group members should respect the dignity of tourism service personnel and show mutual respect and assistance to other group members; respect local ethnic customs and traditions; and refrain from defacing or writing on scenic features or buildings, spitting, littering, or other uncivilized behavior.
4. Make an effort to learn what you need to know for your trip and strengthen your awareness of personal safety. We recommend that guests choose and purchase personal accident and other travel insurance themselves. During the trip, take good care of your luggage and belongings, and keep valuables with you or take other precautions to protect them. Unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, the travel agency assumes that the guest has purchased overseas travel insurance independently and is not responsible for consequences arising from the guest’s failure to purchase insurance. (Note: The insurance mentioned here refers only to overseas travel insurance. Transportation, recreational activities, and other services include the applicable insurance required by local law; this insurance is not covered by overseas travel insurance.)
5. When traveling, please pay attention to the local weather and take care to ensure children’s safety.
6. If a traveler voluntarily takes part in hazardous activities included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, scuba diving, or bungee jumping, which may result in personal injury, the traveler shall be solely responsible for any resulting disputes, property loss, or personal injury, and our company shall bear no liability.
(IV) Responsibility
1. Our company reserves the right, as circumstances require, to change accommodation, itineraries, the order of sightseeing, attractions visited, and departure dates.
2. If changes occur beyond our company's control, such as insufficient passenger numbers or problems with a ship or aircraft, our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If the itinerary is canceled, our company will refund all fees paid by tour members or recommend a similar alternative product. Our company will not be liable for canceling any itinerary.
3. In the event of social unrest, terrorist activity, a major infectious disease outbreak, natural disasters, acts of nature, riots, murder, rebellion, war, or other disasters beyond our company’s control that may seriously endanger the personal safety of tour members, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic or strikes, our company reserves the right to cancel or replace any tour activities before departure or after the tour has begun, and to shorten or extend the itinerary, provided that tour members are notified in advance. Our company shall not be liable for any resulting additional expenses or losses, and tour members may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
4. As public safety conditions vary from country to country, guests should take care of their personal and road safety and safeguard their belongings and luggage. If anything is lost or damaged during the trip due to loss, theft, or robbery, notify the tour leader and report it to the police promptly. Our company accepts no legal liability.
5. Group members must carry a valid passport, visa pages, residence permit and other required documents at all times. 6. If a traveler suffers personal injury or death, or loss of property, as a result of an accident during the itinerary (such as an accident while taking part in recreational or game activities, illness, death, a fall, or a slip and fall caused by personal activities, or the traveler’s breach of the terms and notices set out by our company), the traveler shall bear all related liability and costs. We appreciate your understanding. Our Company accepts no responsibility for losses incurred in participants’ independently arranged travel plans due to their failure to allow sufficient extra time.
(5) Overseas Travel Safety Guidelines and Other Important Notes
I. Helpful tips
1. Some attractions in Europe offer student discounts. Students are advised to bring their student cards.
2. Plug standards vary across European countries (for example, plugs used in Italy and Switzerland differ from those used in Germany). Please bring different plug adapters if needed.
3. For safety reasons, European coach operators require all children to occupy a seat, regardless of age. As most coaches do not have child safety seats available, parents traveling with children under 3 may bring their own. However, each child safety seat occupies one coach seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personally supplied seats will be suitable for tour coaches. Please take note.
II. Safety Guidelines
Clothing
1. The weather in Europe is changeable, so please bring rain gear and a warm jacket.
2. Please take good care of your belongings and luggage. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or other incidents.
3. Clearly write your name and contact details on your luggage for identification and to make it easier to return it if it is found after being lost. If your luggage is lost, notify the relevant parties (such as the hotel or airline) and the police as soon as possible. If it cannot be recovered, keep the police report so you can file a claim with the relevant party or your insurance company (if you have insurance).
Food
1. Hotel breakfast: European breakfasts are typically simple. Hotels generally serve bread, coffee, tea, juice, and similar items. The hotels arranged by our company all include buffet breakfasts;
2. Bring bottled water and snacks with you in case you need them, especially if you are traveling with seniors or children.
3. Do not drink unclean water or eat food that is unhygienic, has an unusual odor, or has spoiled;
4. Do not accept or consume cigarettes, food, or drinks offered by strangers.
5. To help prevent discomfort from unfamiliar food or climate during the trip, bring any medicines you regularly use. Travelers with chronic illnesses should carry their medical records in case they are needed. Never take medicines provided by others without careful consideration.
6. Our agency does not provide or arrange alcoholic drinks. Travelers who enjoy drinking must strictly limit their alcohol consumption during the trip. The individual responsible shall bear all liability for any drunken misconduct, disruption of public order, infringement of others’ rights, or financial loss caused to a third party.
Accommodation
1. Hotel facilities:
① European cities are relatively small, and hotels in city centers are extremely limited in number and modest in size. Their facilities are often older and may not match the standards of comparable hotels in China.
② Hotels in Europe do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own daily necessities.
③ Check that the amenities provided by the hotel are all present and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, report it to hotel staff or your tour guide immediately.
④ For various reasons, including environmental considerations, the age of the buildings, and Europe’s cooler climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning.
⑤ Hotels in Italy are relatively old buildings and generally use blankets. Blankets are usually kept in the room wardrobe. If there are none, please contact the front desk to request one.
⑥ Guests may bring a small travel hair dryer if needed.
⑦ German-style double beds often consist of one large bed with two sets of bedding. Whether travelers prefer one large bed or two single beds, this bed configuration is also common in most parts of Europe.
2. Hotel meals:
① European hotel rooms do not provide hot drinking water.
② Please do not waste food or take it away.
③ Breakfast hours vary from hotel to hotel in Europe. Be sure to arrive at the restaurant early enough to eat during the time specified by the hotel, so that you do not arrive too late for personal reasons and find there is not enough food available.
④ Hotel meals differ somewhat from those in China. Breakfast is fairly simple (German breakfasts are more substantial, while Italian breakfasts are the simplest, consisting only of bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner may also be less plentiful, and their quantity and quality can differ considerably from what you are used to at home.
3. Hotel safety tips:
① Please keep valuables safe yourself and do not leave them in your hotel room. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive watches and jewelry. Keep your travel documents and belongings secure, and carry a photocopy set of your travel documents and credit cards to use as proof when applying for replacements if they are lost. Our company accepts no responsibility for loss or theft. ② Please do not smoke in hotel rooms. Any resulting hotel fines must be paid by the person responsible.
③ After checking into the hotel, familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety instructions. Check whether the room windows can be opened and where firefighting equipment is located. Familiarize yourself with the hotel's emergency exits, the location of safety staircases, and evacuation routes.
④ Do not casually tell strangers which hotel or room you are staying in. Do not let strangers or people claiming to be hotel repair staff enter your room. Lock the door whenever you enter or leave, and before going to bed check that the door and windows are closed and the security lock is engaged. Keep your belongings close by; do not leave them near the window or on the floor.
⑤ When leaving the hotel, guests should inform the tour guide accompanying the group and pick up a hotel business card from the front desk. The card has the hotel’s address and phone number. If you get lost, you can ask for help using the address on the card.
Travel
1. Boarding and alighting:
① All tour participants must gather on time and depart promptly. Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes in advance. Our tour buses will not wait. If you fail to gather at the agreed time and place, and are unable to join the group en route, you will be deemed to have withdrawn voluntarily, and no refund will be issued.
② The boarding and drop-off times shown on the website are estimates. The specific boarding and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by our company. (If traffic or other unforeseen circumstances prevent our coach from arriving at the boarding location on time, or if the time changes at short notice, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ Coaches are available in three sizes: large coaches, medium-sized coaches, and 9-seat minibuses. Large coaches generally have dedicated luggage compartments, while medium-sized coaches and 9-seat minibuses have relatively limited luggage space. As coach luggage compartment space is limited, we recommend bringing as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange vehicles based on the final group size, ensuring one seat per person.
④ To avoid overcrowding near attractions, coach parking is some distance away from attractions in most European cities, and drivers are not allowed to stop wherever they like. Violations incur heavy fines. Sometimes the drop-off and pick-up points are some distance from the attraction, so we ask all tour members for their understanding.
2. Safety tips for coach travel:
① Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
② Do not bring prohibited items.
③ Do not handle anything on the vehicle unnecessarily, to avoid accidental damage.
④ While the coach is making a temporary stop, follow your tour guide’s instructions and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the coach to visit attractions, eat, or shop, make sure the coach windows are closed and take your valuables with you. The travel agency accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
⑥ As the journey is long and the vehicles carry heavy loads, the vehicle may break down and affect the itinerary. The travel agency will promptly take remedial measures in such cases. Please cooperate.
III. Other Information and Important Notes
1. Please observe local laws and regulations.
2. Please make sure to carry your relevant documents and a valid passport with you.
3. When taking part in group activities, follow the tour leader’s/guide’s instructions and avoid leaving the group to ensure your safety.
4. Before taking part in any higher-risk activities, assess your personal health and abilities, and follow the relevant safety instructions, such as wearing a life jacket, fastening a seat belt, and wearing suitable or required clothing. We strongly advise guests to avoid such activities during free time on the trip. If a guest chooses to participate despite this advice, they do so at their own risk.
5. Do not participate in entertainment activities suspected of being illegal.
6. Pay attention to and heed all warnings, such as not walking around or feeding the animals in a wildlife park.
7. When visiting areas with poor public security, take extra care and avoid going out alone.
