Tour Information
1. Booking Process and Important Notes
Anyone booking through this website must carefully read in advance all terms published on our company website, in the order confirmation and in the tour joining notice. Once you submit an order, we will consider you to have confirmed and fully agreed to the published terms. If a tour member violates any of the rules stated in these terms, they shall bear all resulting consequences.
1. Please confirm that each traveler's passport is valid for at least six months after the end of the itinerary! Infant travelers also need a passport. For itineraries that require visas, please prepare the relevant visas. A multiple-entry Schengen visa is required for the Schengen Area.
2. Travelers departing from within the country should arrive in the port city of embarkation at least one day before the cruise departure. Travelers departing from Europe should arrive in the port city of embarkation at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, if you miss the cruise, you will need to make your own way to the next port to board.
3. Before booking, please make sure you understand the product's cancellation and change policy. You may contact customer service for assistance.
4. Please be sure to confirm the health conditions of all passengers boarding the ship. Passengers with chronic illnesses, elderly passengers, pregnant women who are more than 23 weeks pregnant, and infants under 6 months old are not permitted to board.
5. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from the cruise line. Please refer to the information in the cruise line’s confirmation letter.
6. To register, first complete the booking form on the website. Please carefully fill in and check that all information is correct, including name, gender, ID number, contact details, room type, and pick-up and drop-off points. We accept no responsibility for any losses arising from errors in the registration information provided by the customer.
7. The prices shown on the official website are indicative. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an online registration confirmation. Our staff will email you a booking confirmation within 24 hours. Please refer to the email for the final price and details.
8. Group members must verify that all information provided for the tour is accurate, especially personal identification details and contact telephone numbers. Group members shall be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information they provide (for example, being unable to cross a border because personal identification documents have expired, the name on an ID does not match the name used to book a ferry ticket, or the visa type does not meet the destination country's entry requirements; or staff being unable to contact a group member because the mobile phone number provided is incorrect). Any resulting personal return costs, transportation expenses, travel expenses, and other losses shall be borne by the group member.
9. Applicants are strongly advised not to book any flights or other tickets related to the itinerary before the ferry ticket is confirmed. If an applicant chooses to book flights or other tickets related to the itinerary but is ultimately unable to complete the registration, all resulting losses shall be borne by the applicant.
