08:30: Meet at FURAMA Darling Harbour hotel and depart. 11:30: Visit Peterson House, a winery renowned for its sparkling wine. Sparkling wine is wine infused with carbon dioxide; it makes a great aperitif and suits most people’s tastes. (Wine tasting at this winery is at your own expense.) There is also a nearby chocolate shop with a wide selection of chocolates available for purchase. 12:30: Visit 4 Pines at Hunter Valley, one of the Hunter Valley region’s best-known wineries and one of the most awarded wineries in the world. Sample red and white wines and enjoy the enchanting vineyard views. A delicious lunch is included. 14:00: Visit the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory, renowned for its handmade cow’s milk and goat’s milk cheeses. Browse a wide range of local cheeses, including Brie, Cheddar and goat cheese. A visit experience is available, and cheese platters can be sampled at your own expense. 15:00: Stroll through Hunter Valley Shopping Village, browsing its specialty shops and cafés at your leisure and soaking up its European-style atmosphere. Then take photos outside the popular lakeside wedding chapel and make romantic travel memories. 16:00: Depart for Sydney. 18:30: Arrive at FURAMA Darling Harbour hotel, concluding the day’s itinerary.
