【Göreme Panoramic Viewpoint】Climb up to take in sweeping views of Cappadocia’s remarkable landscape. 【Kaymakli Underground City】This underground refuge was excavated by people seeking to escape warfare and religious persecution. Carved out of soft volcanic rock, it is an impressive site with a long history. Its extensive living facilities showcase the ingenuity of ancient people. (Admission included) 【Uchisar Castle】An ancient defensive fortress carved out of volcanic rock, now a popular tourist attraction known for its dramatic setting, panoramic views, and distinctive historical background. (Exterior view) 【Pigeon Valley】Near Uchisar, this valley takes its name from the colorful pigeon houses along the way. The valley is dotted with rocks riddled with tiny holes; up close, you’ll see that they are pigeonholes. Besides the charming pigeons, there is also a nearby tree covered with traditional Turkish evil eye amulets—a fascinating sight. 【Mushroom Valley Fairy Chimneys】These fairy chimneys are actually huge cone-shaped rock formations. The soft rock resembles pointed spires, each topped by nature with a cap of even softer basalt, creating a fairytale-like scene. 【Devrent Valley】Also known as Imagination Valley, it is home to the famous Camel Rock. 【Avanos Pottery Town】A distinctive town in Türkiye’s Cappadocia region, renowned for its thousand-year-old pottery tradition. Its ceramics are made from Red River clay and combine traditional craftsmanship with modern artistic value. The town also offers a variety of visitor experiences. (Visits to local specialty workshops, such as ceramic and carpet shops, are included. Shopping is not required; please book only if you are comfortable with this.)

The rocks in Pigeon Valley are riddled with pigeonholes, which people are said to have used in ancient times to collect pigeon droppings for fertilizer. Above the valley stand two relatively young trees with many branches: one is covered in evil eye charms, while the other is adorned with locally renowned pottery. This is a great spot for photos.
