A few helpful reminders:
To help everyone travel safely and return from the tour smoothly and happily, our company asks all guests to assist with and comply with the following requirements:
First: If you are unhappy with the vehicle or there is not enough food, please tell the group leader on the spot and ask them to arrange extra food or discuss changing vehicles.
Second: The boat service to Penida has fixed departure and return times, like flights. If you miss the boat, there is no return service. On group trips, please allow enough time for photos. To avoid missing the boat, the tour guide or group leader will urge everyone to meet on time for the return trip. Thank you for your understanding.
Third: For any optional activities you choose and pay for locally, you may negotiate the price directly with the relevant providers and choose freely within a price range you find acceptable. Complaints will not be accepted if you choose an optional activity yourself and later feel that the price was unsuitable or that your experience was unsatisfactory.
Fourth: If guests ask the tour guide or group leader to recommend restaurants or local specialties, the guide may make recommendations. Please choose according to your needs.
Fifth: Safety comes first on group trips, and our company is responsible for everyone's safety. Since Bali has right-hand-drive vehicles and local traffic and road conditions are very complex and dangerous, renting a motorbike and riding independently is strictly prohibited for group members. If anyone violates this rule, our company reserves the right to terminate the contract and accepts no responsibility if an incident occurs.
Sixth: When completing the local feedback form, please fill it out truthfully, regardless of what the group leader or tour guide says.

Tour Information
Important information for all itineraries (standard information that applies to the entire trip, not to any specific itinerary; see the details for your itinerary
The specific terms are subject to the actual itinerary.)
1. Please keep your personal belongings safe while traveling and carry valuables with you. Be sure to exchange cash into Indonesian rupiah in advance (US dollars, RMB, and cards are not useful). If you really need to exchange money, speak to the driver as soon as you arrive. The driver can take you to withdraw or exchange money near the airport (exchange rates may vary). Please do not display your money or entrust it to the driver. You can leave your suitcase in the car when you get out, but be sure to keep cash and other valuables close to you. If anything is lost or stolen, we will help you report it to the police;
2. You can set up international roaming on your phone in advance. If you need a local SIM card, you can first connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi upon arrival to stay in touch. You can register for a local SIM at the airport using your valid passport and phone. Each phone and SIM card is linked to the corresponding passport. The telecom shops inside the airport mainly serve travelers and are more experienced and efficient. Unlike a few shops outside, they are also less likely to take advantage of foreigners who are unfamiliar with local practices. So the safest option is to get your SIM at the airport and check that mobile data works before leaving the airport to meet the driver;
3. Women traveling should preferably bring in advance any items needed for their period, such as ibuprofen and sanitary pads, as well as fever and cold medicine. These items are very inconvenient to buy locally and are expensive;
4. Indonesia is a tipping country. Tips of around IDR 2,000 are charged for using local toilets or changing rooms. A tip of IDR 50,000 is recommended for scenic area guides. After the driver service for the entire trip is completed, a tip of IDR 100,000 per person is recommended. Tips are given only after the service is completed and are not mandatory;
5. During the trip, if you notice anything that does not match the itinerary, need to adjust the itinerary, or have difficulty communicating with the driver, please report it immediately in the Chinese-language service group or to the booking office. We will coordinate or address it as soon as possible. Reports made after the trip ends will not be accepted.
6. During the trip, please check your personal belongings carefully in the vehicle and at the hotel. Before leaving, be sure to check three times that you have not left anything behind. If an item is lost, the local operator will first help verify where it is and who has it (you must provide the place and time the item was lost). Once the details have been confirmed, there are generally three options: 1. Ask the hotel or guide to arrange for a driver to deliver it. The vehicle fare and driver’s service fee will be calculated based on the distance. Based on past experience, the cost starts at RMB 600; delivery will be arranged if you agree. 2. The local operator will provide you with the address and contact number, and you will need to contact a courier, logistics company, or arrange another way to retrieve the item online. Any related costs are your responsibility. 3. If there are Chinese guests taking the same itinerary later, ask them to bring it back for you, if they are willing. You will negotiate the service fee with them directly; we can help provide their WeChat contact.
7. Depending on the actual circumstances of the itinerary, factors such as local religious festivals and celebrations, protests or demonstrations, traffic jams, weather changes, landslides or mudslides, and other guests in a shared tour may require the guide or driver to adjust the itinerary order or departure time. This will be done to ensure the trip runs smoothly, without adding or removing any of the scheduled attractions.
Important information for Surabaya
After pickup, transfer directly to the Mount Bromo area. The next few days will be tiring, so please make sure you get a good night's rest at home before departure. After arriving at the jeep meeting point, you may need to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour because the mountain road is narrow and the large number of jeeps can easily cause traffic jams. The driver will escort you to the jeep and then wait at the parking lot. You will take the jeep for about 45 minutes to the Penanjakan sunrise viewpoint. (1. When you get out, note where the jeep is parked and take a photo so you can find it when you return, as there may be too many vehicles to locate yours. 2. There may be severe jeep traffic, and the driver may have to stop some distance away. You will then need to hike to the sunrise viewpoint; just follow the single path to the top. You can also ask the jeep driver to arrange a motorcycle ride to the viewpoint, at your own expense; this usually costs IDR 50,000 per trip.)
06:30 Take a jeep for approximately 15–30 minutes to the destination. Note where the jeep is parked and take a photo for reference) Pasir Berbisik Sea of Sand-
Hike to the crater of Mount Bromo (there is a lot of dust, so you may want to bring a mask in advance. You can also ride a horse for IDR 150,000 per trip; at your own expense);
08:15 Take a jeep back;
10:00 Arrive at the parking lot and conclude the Mount Bromo excursion. Depart or return to the hotel to rest before heading to the next stop.
(P.S. In rare cases, weather conditions may cause mist to obscure the view of Mount Bromo, affecting the sightseeing experience. No refunds are available in such cases.)
Important information for Bali
Luggage: Your flight includes 20 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of carry-on baggage. All liquids over 100 ml must be checked. Be sure to carry power banks, lithium batteries, and valuables with you. Bring your own: swimsuit, slippers, rain gear, and disposable toiletries (for environmental reasons, most overseas hotels do not provide disposable towels, combs, slippers, and other toiletries). Bring a light jacket (Hong Kong airport and the aircraft can be cold). Also bring cold medicine, fever medicine, stomach medicine, mosquito repellent spray or patches, etc. (90% of Bali's population is Hindu and does not kill living creatures.) Indonesia is a tropical country, with temperatures from 24 to 32°C; take precautions against the sun.
Other information:
1. Please carry your valid original passport with you. It must have at least 6 months of validity remaining (valid beyond February 5, 2026). This is very important❗
2. ⚠ The local currency in Bali is the Indonesian rupiah. You can prepare cash in RMB or US dollars. Most banks in China cannot exchange small Indonesian denominations, so you can exchange money with the local tour guide after arrival; any unused amount can be exchanged back on the day you depart. Each person may bring no more than the equivalent of RMB 20,000 in cash when entering the country. Please prepare the cash and bank or credit cards you need for your trip. Large local shopping malls accept bank and credit cards displaying the UnionPay, Visa, or MasterCard logos. Most convenience stores do not support Alipay or WeChat Pay.
3. ⚠ Please prepare the medicines you need for your trip, such as digestive medicine (for stomach upset from unfamiliar food or water), cold medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, and medicated oil for bruises and sprains.
4. Temperature: approximately 25–32°C. Be sure to bring a light jacket (there is a temperature difference between morning and evening in July, August, and September), summer clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses, and rain gear. Wear comfortable, casual clothing.
5. Communications: We recommend that you activate international roaming or overseas data services, or get a SIM card, so you can stay in touch whenever needed. (A guide to activating overseas data through the Worry-Free Travel app is also provided for reference only; please choose a suitable platform or plan based on your needs.) Plug: The sockets use European-style round pins. We have asked the tour leader to prepare adapters for everyone, which will be handed out on the day of departure.
6. Southeast Asians are accustomed to drinking cold or iced water. If you are used to drinking boiled water or tea, we recommend bringing your own cup. Do not boil tap water in the hotel and drink it directly; always use bottled water, boiled before drinking.
7. ⚠ Regulations on bringing tobacco and alcohol into the country: Entry into Hong Kong: limit of 19 cigarettes. Entry into Indonesia: limit of 200 cigarettes. Alcohol limit: 1 kilogram.
8. Batteries, iPads, cameras, and power banks (not exceeding 20,000 mAh) must be carried with you and cannot be checked in.
9. Bali is part of Indonesia, a tipping country. A typical bedside tip is IDR 10,000 per night (about RMB 5). Tips for drivers, assistants, spa staff, and other service workers are IDR 10,000 per service, per day. Please exchange some small bills and carry them with you.
10. Bali local visa-on-arrival fee: USD 35; Bali environmental protection tax: USD 10; total: USD 45 per person, equivalent to RMB 330 per person. The tour leader has already exchanged US dollars in advance. If you haven't exchanged or brought any yourself, you can transfer the amount directly to the tour leader via WeChat, and they will handle everything together.
11. A friendly reminder to all our guests: Please travel respectfully and follow local customs. Be sure to observe local customs and etiquette. The weather is hot, and there may be crowds at immigration and attractions. Please don't rush and maintain a positive attitude!
